Mistral Nobel Pisco is a brandy distilled from grapes and produced in Chile's Elqui Valley. It has a 40% ABV and is aged in American oak barrels for 1-3 years. The pisco is made from Muscatel of Alexandria and Pedro Jimenez grapes. This Pisco has a soft consistency and a wood scent. It has flavors of baked red apples, cinnamon, banana bread, and dried rose petals. Some say it has a silky and chewy texture.
