The Dalmore’s signature expression and the pinnacle of the Principle Collection. Our annual limited edition Dalmore 21 is finished in 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks.
SUMPTUOUS FLAVOUR
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, which previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks are hand-selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.
TASTING NOTES
The AROMA: Bitter dark chocolate, overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee, and toffee apple
The PALATE: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts, and thick marzipan
The FINISH: Ginseng, pear tarte tatin, and Sanguinello blood oranges
