The Dalmore 25 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

The Dalmore 25 Year Old is an exceptional and unique whisky.

The spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, yielding soft vanilla and honey notes. The whisky is then carefully apportioned between casks which have held 30-Year Old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry and Tawny Port Pipes. It is then brought back together to harmonise in a first fill ex-Bourbon cask, creating something truly exceptional.

TASTING NOTES

The Aroma: Exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee, and fig cake

On the Palate: Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee, and chocolate truffles

Finishing Notes: Maple syrup, dark chocolate, and spiced gingerbread
