The Story
The visionaries behind T’maro, Chef Elizabeth Falkner and beverage-alcohol expert Heather Freyer, sought to create an extraordinary fusion of dates and chocolate. Partnering with San Francisco’s Dandelion Chocolate, they leveraged its bean-to-bar expertise to craft this divine liqueur, inspired by traditional Amaro and Eau de Vie techniques.
