Zombie Apocalypse Vodka is made exclusively from soft, white winter wheat grown in the Finger Lakes region of New York. Once the wheat has been harvested by family farms throughout the region, it is transported to the Braided Oak Spirits Distillery in Middletown, New York. Since the grains used to craft the vodka have, on average, 60% extractable sugar content, they are ultimately able to produce a softer and more flavorful spirit. Once the wheat arrives at the distillery, it is mashed and then fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast. Following fermentation, the vodka is distilled five times through a stainless steel column still, before being filtered and bottled by hand. Zombie Apocalypse Vodka has sweet notes of vanilla, cupcake icing and black pepper. It can be enjoyed neat, or in an amazing punch. Pick up a bottle today!
