Chamucos Tequila was originally conceived in 1992 by two friends; the Oscar nominated Mexican film director, Antonio Urrutia, and his close friend, a hand-blown glass bottle artist/ producer, Cesar Hernandez. US Importer Mark Howard was interested in creating his own tequila brand and saw a bottle while visiting Cesar’s glass factory. Chamucos Tequila was originally produced and bottled as Reposado only. The recipe/formula was the collaboration of the group (Cesar, Antonio and Mark) lead by renowned Master Distiller, Ing. Hector Davalos. Chamucos was launched in both Mexico and the US in 1994. Chamucos Blanco was first introduced in 2009 and Chamucos Anejo in 2010. Today, Chamucos Tequila is sold in eight countries. Leading in sales is the U.S. followed by Mexico.

The flavor of blue agave abounds. Spicy, vanilla, cinnamon, fennel, citrus and orange blossoms with a barely discernible hint of smoke. It’s ultra smooth and soft and has a very silky mouth feel.
It’s well rounded and balanced with a nice hint of earthiness. The finish is smooth with mild heat.

Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon forms the base for this smooth, rich bourbon cream that boasts authentic ingredients and an honest legacy.

TASTING NOTES
Cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel blend with undertones of vanilla and sweet pecan on the nose. Buttery caramel is followed by sweet toffee and a smooth, warm finish on the palate.

It’s brought to proof with the most important ingredient: artesian, limestone-filtered water, sourced directly from the snowy and majestic Rocky Mountains.

TASTING NOTES
This handcrafted flavored vodka has rich, tangy notes of fresh lemon and pomegranate juice, with a hint of cranberry. The sour notes subside on the back end, leaving you with a sweet, lasting finish.

As soon as this wine hits the glass, sparkling clarity meets the eye. A nose of morning mist, bright green moss and honeydew melon are layered over notes of fluffy clotted cream. On the palate, chalky vitamins frame a firm fruit core of kiwi, lemon and tart lychee.

General/vintage info: 2021 saw two unusual cold snaps in the late spring, which brought Chardonnay yields down - however our Pinot Noir yields narrowly escaped the frosts and gave us an abundant harvest! Despite the rocky start to this vintage, it finished strong with idyllic mild temperatures that extended well into October. The wines are coy and delicately layered. We suspect this vintage will age extremely well. The Willamette Valley Chardonnay fermented in a barrel and aged for 11 months before moving to stainless steel for the remaining 5 months before bottling.

Tasting Note: The 2021 Willamette Valley Chardonnay represents our evolving program, combining Draper and Wente clones as well as barrel and stainless-steel aging. As soon as this wine hits the glass, sparkling clarity meets the eye. A nose of morning mist, bright green moss and honeydew melon are layered over notes of fluffy clotted cream. On the palate, chalky vitamins frame a firm fruit core of kiwi, lemon and tart lychee. The elegant mineral finish is very long and makes the bottle disappear quickly!

The stunning painting on the front of the pack is the work of photo-realist artist Michelle Lucking, and captures the River Spey in its majestic winter beauty. The Spey, which flows gently through our Estate, is an enduring source of inspiration and an essential part of our whisky-making process. We are proud custodians of our 1.5-mile stretch of the river, protecting its waters and the wildlife around it.

Michelle works with her fingers to bring her subjects, most often water, to life. She has used natural pigmented pastels to create a collection of six original pastel paintings of the River Spey, three of which are included in the art folio. The colours she has chosen echo the earthy hues of umber, russet and gold found within our whiskies.

Sipping rum with unique roots and Central American terroir

ETHICALLY SOURCED, DISTILLED IN BELIZE

Single-column distillation at Traveller’s Liquors in Belize, a country located south of Mexico and east of Guatemala. The rum is aged for 4 to 6 years in Bourbon barrels.
