Aldez Organic Tequila Blanco

Aldez Organic Tequila

750 ml | 40% ABV
Tequila

Life is a blank slate – filled with possibilities, promise, and potential. It falls on us to take each step of our journey living life to the fullest and turning those myriad possibilities into the reality we desire. And that desire is at the heart of Aldez Blanco. Bottled directly after its second distillation, our Blanco pairs and blends perfectly with the possibilities that lie before each one of us.

With its flavors of pure agave, untouched by outside influences and unaged, Aldez Blanco is fresh and ready to join you in taking life by the reins and forging your own unique path.

And the path that blanco takes to arrive in your glass is as pure as the tequila itself. Aldez Blanco is certified organic in both Europe and the US, and sourced entirely from blue agave that has matured under the radiant Mexican sunshine that warms our estate’s fields in the lowlands of Jalisco. Our approach to production has changed very little over the generations, following traditional methods that guarantee tequila that has stunning flavor and superior quality.

Using traditional tools to harvest and prepare our blue agaves by hand, our experts then hand-prepare each agave to be cooked for nearly 3 days in our brick ovens before beginning our process of open vat fermentation. Our one-of-a-kind bottles are made from recycled Coca-Cola bottles and our labels are sourced from recycled paper. Every aspect of production ensures the purity and integrity of our liquid, so that as you pour yourself some Aldez Blanco, you are experiencing pure, authentic, and organic tequila that empowers you to experience good, clean, living.

Aldez Organic Tequila Anejo

Aldez Organic Tequila

750 ml | 40% ABV
Tequila | Anejo

All of the most significant accomplishments that life has to offer require the ingredients of time and patience. For those willing to wait until the right moment, amazing possibilities exist. It is no different for Aldez Aejo. Spending 18 months soaking up rich and complex flavors from reclaimed bourbon casks, our Aejo is symbolic of the amazing achievements that await those who are willing to invest the time it takes to develop true greatness.

The bold, nuanced and robust flavors of Añejo are derived by 100% locally grown and twice-distilled blue agave from our sun-kissed fields in the lowlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our production approach has not significantly changed from the approach of our forefathers. By following traditional methods, we also achieve excellence in the results of the tequila. Our unsurpassed quality is owed to our uncompromising dedication to sustainable, responsible production values and the simple truth that you deserve to sip a drink that is worthy of your own high standards for living. Every blue agave has spent several years maturing in its native Mexican soil, and is removed from the earth with traditional tools, all by hand. The blue agave is then slow-cooked in our brick ovens over a period of nearly 3 days before being extracted – by hand, no less – and proceeding through the completion of the distillation process.

As you pour Aldez Añejo, you’ll be pouring out a small taste of the heart and soul of authentic Mexican traditions – and as you savor your drink, you’ll find that the amazing flavor was well worth waiting for.
