COLOUR: Pale gold

NOSE: Quite rich and malty. Orange peel, honey with spicy toasted vanilla and grassy notes.

PALATE: Soft, rich and tongue coating. Spicy honey, gingerbread, a hintof Seville orange and sweet vanilla oakiness.

FINISH: Lovely balanced oak, lightly drying and spicy

Matured in a unique combination of 1st fill Bourbon and 1st fill Sherry casks for notes of fresh apple, sweet floral grass and hints of chocolate. ‘Vinaya’, a Sanskrit word meaning respect and gratitude, pays homage to the original founders of the distillery who paved the way, as Bladnoch looks forward to an exciting new era of production and innovation.

The 19 Year Old is the first PX Sherry expression that Bladnoch has released.The flavourful casks have imparted delectable notes of dark liquorice sticks, dried apricots and warming nutmeg into the golden-hued whisky.

An extremely limited release of 200 bottles to celebrate the 200 year anniversary of Bladnoch Distillery.

Made from two exceptional casks of Whisky distilled in 1988, the Bladnoch Bicentennial Release was first matured in Oloroso Sherry casks and finished for a final 18 months in Moscatel casks. Each personally numbered and presented in a luxurious gold plated bottle.
