Freeland Spirits Dry Gin is a London Dry-style dry gin distilled in Portland, Oregon. Barr Hill Gin is our ode to the hardworking bees of the Northeast. Each batch is distilled in our custom-built botanical extraction still. The juniper-forward botanicals are brought to a perfect balance by the floral depth of the raw honey.

Tom Cat Gin is an expedition into uncharted territories. Once distilled, we age the gin in new American oak barrels in search of a bolder expression. The robust character of the new oak barrel mingles with the coniferous quality of the juniper, yielding an enticing aroma.

A touch of raw honey leaves this revolutionary spirit remarkably approachable, whether drinking neat or in a cocktail.

The Sassenach Select is a double wood reposado that is handcrafted using the finest matured agave from the highlands of Jalisco and mineral-rich water from volcan de tequila, distilled in traditional copper pot stills, aged for two years in American oak barrels, and finished for four months in French oak barrels. These attributes form the foundation of the Sassenach Select's unique character and exceptional, unparalleled taste.

Despite the geographical distance, they merged their respective cultures and unwavering commitment to creating exceptional spirits, all with the aim of doing justice to this innovative creation.

To breathe life into this expression, they began with an award-winning foundation. Salles shares his inspiration from learning about the meticulous process behind The Sassenach whisky and immersing himself in Scottish tales. "The Scottish and Mexican cultures bear striking similarities," notes Salles. "Both hold tremendous pride in their nations, boast deep-rooted histories, and, of course, possess an immense passion for producing their iconic spirits." The Sassenach Select is meticulously handcrafted using the finest matured agave sourced from the Highlands of Jalisco, complemented by mineral-rich water from El Volcán de Tequila.
