Grass Widow Bourbon contains a unique high rye mash bill of 36% Rye, 60% Corn and 4% Barley. This delicious bourbon possesses intriguing levels of spice and complexity. The hazelnut and dried raisin notes are results of our proprietary Madeira Barrique finishing. We are excited to bring the Green Fairy to Detroit and the Great Lakes Region with the release of our Nain Rouge Absinthe Verte. Starting with a traditional 19th century French recipe we distill Wormwood, Fennel, Green Anise, and over 100 pounds of botanicals to create a spirit that has an unfathomable depth of flavor and complexity. Colored with peppermint, hyssop and nettle to produce a beautiful rich earthy green color.

Because of our belief in the importance of local agriculture and the fact that sugar cane isnt readily available in Michigan, we decided to take our Rum project to the Caribbean, and the Land of Wood and Water. We import several different Jamaican rums and ship them back to our distillery in Detroit where they are artfully blended and aged in special Moscatel barrique. The result is a high esther flavor bomb of incredible length and complexity. The Doctor is most definitely IN!

Long before the tequila had a name, country music legend George Strait has been drinking the private and nameless Anejo tequila for years. He even wrote a song about it. George Strait is offering this very limited edition bottle of his Codigo 1530 Anejo Tequila for his fans to enjoy. Codigo 1530 Tequila ages in Award Winning French Oak Barrels. The George Strait Special Edition Anejo is aged for 18 months and has hints of fruit, with subtle hints of oak and vanilla and a touch of spice on the finish. There is never a corner cut in Cdigo 1530's production. The sole purpose is to make the most selective tequila in the world using only perfect inputs and age old secret family processes. We use fully-matured Blue Weber Agave aged over 7 years. Each drop of Amatitn water we use is from freshwater pools and rainwater, filtered through the volcanic soil of Los Bajos. Our proprietary chopper allows us to extract only the best juice and pulp from the first press of agave to garner the purest flavor. Our fermentation process is highlighted by an organic yeast from a small family bakery in Amatitn. We add no chemicals, flavoring or sugar to maintain the rich, natural flavor of Los Bajos agave. We use the finest Napa Cabernet French White Oak Barrels in our time-honored family aging process, embracing the clean elegance of wine making to produce a uniquely delicate finish.

Every bottle of Tenjaku Whisky is a gif from the land that surrounds Mount Fuji. It is created in the city of Fuefuki which is located in the eastern part of the Kofu Basin in the Yamanashi district. The heart of this well balanced whisky is made with famed natural spring water from the Misaka mountain range which lends to its minerality. It is extracted from 250 meters below the surface and is filtered through porous volcanic rock. Tenjaku is the Japanese characters for the Skylark (Hibari) songbird.

The brainchild of Jeff Bell (PDT) and Thomas Pastuszak (The NoMad), Bertoux is structured on the French classics, including the heavy use of the Colombard grape variety, with a distinctively American penchant for cocktails blended into the structure and flavor profile of the brandy. Created from 3yr-7yr old pot-distilled brandies that are aged in a combination of French and American Oak casks, the spirit is forward, primary, full flavored and well balanced all at once. If that doesn't fit the bill for a perfect all-purpose mixing spirit than we don't know what will.

This is coconut rum the way it was meant to be, original strength and smooth as an ocean breeze.It's inspired by the places where you sail up, swim ashore, and pay for a round with wet money. Now being served in places where shoes are not an option.

Enjoy the following cocktail recipe:

1 L Wild Turkey 101
20 g cardamom seeds
150 g dried, unsweetened cranberries
3 sticks cinnamon

In a wide-mouthed glass infusion jar, place the Wild lurkey 101 and the cardamom seeds. Close and leave in a cool dark place for 1 day. Strain out cardamom and add the cranberries and cinnamon. Close and leave for another 2 days, agitating once per day. Strain solids and store in the original Wild Turkey bottle with proper labeling.

Wild Turkey Rye is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.

Master Distiller Eddie Russell tapped the southern roots and enthusiasm of Matthew McConaughey to help create this small batch bourbon. After a two year development process together, McConaughey knew they finally created what would become Longbranch after tasting the "83rd" sample on a camping trip. The result 8-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon refined with Texas mesquite and American oak charcoals, resulting in smooth, smoky sweetness and deep complexity.
