Heritage Distilling Co. (HDC) is a craft distillery based in Gig Harbor, Washington. HDC is the most awarded craft distillery in North America by the American Distilling Institute6 years 2014 - 2019). Each Heritage Distilling Co.product has a unique story. This family-owned Craft Distillery makes their spirits by hand. From working directly with the farmers to grow their grains, to ensuring the purity of their water source, to milling the grain, making their own mash and wort and running their own custom made stills. Heritage Distilling embodies a wholehearted Field to Flask ethos. Distilled to the most meticulous standards this Brown Sugar Bourbon is distilled from a corn, rye, and malted barley mash before being barreled at less than 125 proof for at least two years in new American Oak Charred Barrels. The whiskey is then cut to 60 proof with their private crystal clear water source and infused with natural brown sugar and cinnamon flavors.This Brown Sugar Bourbon earned World's Best Flavored Whiskey from World Whiskies Awards in 2018 and 2019.

Following the end of the American Revolutionary War, Johannes Reginald Beam emigrated from Germany to the United States, and eventually settled in Kentucky County. At the time, Kentucky County was still considered part of Virginia, and was overseen by a military governor named John J. Bowman. In order to encourage westward expansion, Virginia issued pioneers who agreed to settle in Kentucky County corn writs, which granted the pioneers 60 acres of land if they agreed to settle in Kentucky and start farming corn. After settling in Kentucky, Beam began harvesting corn and set forth a family tradition by distilling the excess grains he harvested into whiskey. Since then, seven generations of the Beam family have been involved in whiskey production for the eponymous company (the company is actually named after James Beam, who rescued it following Prohibition). Today, Fred Noe a seventh generation master distiller and the great-grandson of Colonel James B. Beam shepherds his family legacy forward. Jim Beam Peach is the epitome of ripe and fresh peaches, combined with the world's finest Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey to create a perfect blend of sweet and woody notes of bourbon. Born in December 1839, William Grant became a cattle herder at the age of 7 in order to supplement his family's income. As a teenager, Grant apprenticed as a cobbler and a clerk, and in 1866, he joined Mortlach Distillery as a bookkeeper. For the next two decades, Grant managed the affairs at the distillery, while secretly learning the art of distillation. In 1886, he resigned from his position as distillery manager and, together with his seven sons, two daughters and one sporadically working stonemason, built his family distillery in Scotland. Over a century later, Charles Gordon, Grant's great-grandson and successor at William Grant & Sons, purchased two unusual and incredibly rare stills at auction a Carter-Head Still (constructed in 1948, there are only a few in the entire world) and a dusty 19th-century Bennett. Although he didnt find a use for these stills initially, more than twenty years later he enlisted the help of master distiller and Gin scientist Lesley Gracie to assist in his quest to create something extraordinary from the stills. Finally, in 1999, Gordon and Gracie found the perfect combination and launched Hendrick's Gin. Hendrick's Gin is made in small batches of 500-liters or less, with both the Bennett and Carter-Head stills working their magic on Hendrick's unique mix of botanicals, which include yarrow, elderflower, juniper, angelica root, orange peel, caraway, coriander, chamomile, cubeb berry, orris root and lemon. After distillation, Hendrick's Gin is infused with Bulgarian Rosa Damascena and specially selected cucumbers an odd combination which produces miraculous results. Hendrick's Midsummer Solstice is a limited edition Gin inspired by the Midsummer Solstice blooms, which gives Hendrick's signature house blend a distinctive floral take. The result is a captivating floral Gin that blooms onto the palate in a harmony of lightness and complexity. An alluring floral twist on Hendrick's hallmark taste. On the banks of the Salt River, nestled in the quiet Kentucky countryside near Lawrenceburg, Four Roses Distillery is a testament to American ingenuity and perseverance. Built in 1910 to resemble the architecture of California wineries, the distillery now listed on the National Register of Historic Places was one of six distilleries that were granted permission to operate during Prohibition. Following Prohibition, Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon became the top-selling bourbon in the United States.In 1943, Seagram's bought the distillery and a decade later, discontinued the sale of Four Roses Kentucky Straight Bourbon. In 2002, the distillery changed hands again, and the new owner brought a renewed sense of purpose and vigor to Four Roses. Bottled at a solid at 104 proof, Four Roses Small Batch Select marks the first permanent addition to their portfolio of premium Bourbons since 2006. This extra proof and non-chill filtered Small Batch Select has a richer profile more robust profile than the signature Four Roses. Made from six of the ten: OBSV, OBSK, OBSF, OESV, OESK, OESF, each of the bourbons in this small batch selection are six to seven years old.

Koloa Rum is a single-batch, craft distiller and bottler that handcrafts their rums from the finest quality sugarcane and the pure, abundant waters of Kauai, Hawaii. Koloa sources their water from the crisp rainwaters of Mount Waialeale. The nearby mountain peaks and rainforests capture the rainfall as it slowly filters through volcanic strata before reaching a vast underground aquifer. This incredibly pure Kauai water imparts its own unique taste and mouth feel that perfectly complements Koloa's rum. This, combined with the tall cane sugarcane, results in a truly unique and delicious Kauai White, Gold, Dark, Spice and Coconut and Coffee Rum, as well as ready-to-drink Mai Tai, Rum Punch and Pineapple Passion products. Koloa Coconut Rum is crafted from raw Cane Sugar mash, twice distilled at 160 180 ABV in an impressive vintage 1210 gallon steam powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waialeale.

Mi CAMPO is a traditionally made tequila. The pias are cooked and crushed by a tahona stone, releasing the juices required for fermentation. The pias are gently squeezed, carefully extracting the juice to avoid any hints of bitterness from the agave fibers, illuminating the agave plant's natural honey characteristic and quelling any trace of bitterness. Before Mi CAMPO is bottled, it rests in the same French oak used for aging wine, made by expert coopers who craft their prodigious barrels for Napa Valley winemakers. The result is an incredibly smooth tequila. The Blue Weber agave are matured for 7-years, and 100% sourced in Jalisco, Mxico, the Pias are steamed-cooked in stone ovens for up to 38 hours and naturally fermented using open-air tanks, which allow aromatics from nearby citrus trees to fuse with the tequila. Mi Campo Reposado is double distilled in stainless stills for over 13 hours, then fermented in open-air tanks, amid fragrant citrus trees, resting for three months in the same French oak barrels used for aging Napa Valley Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, imparting an incredibly smooth taste.

Traverse City Whiskey Co. was founded by Chris Fredrickson, Jared Rapp, and Moti Goldring. Fredrickson discovered his great-grandfather's whiskey distilling patents in the 1920s. This was the catalyst behind the passion project. The brand now has an extensive lineup. This flavorful Traverse City Whiskey is pure and uncut, bottled at full barrel proof. Distilled from a mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, this bourbon's proof varies from 115-120. Founded in 2017 by vodka visionary Flo Vinger, Ving Vodka is the World's first and only premium spirit to combine the rich, peppery undertone of kale, the crisp freshness of lemon peel, and the gentle sweet finish of cucumber. I couldnt find a spirit I loved that was in line with my healthy lifestyle, said Vinger. After searching endlessly, I realized what I wanted didnt exist, the drink or the brand. So, I made my own. I perfected VING over four years, it had to be the smoothest, purest, highest quality vodka on the market or, I wouldnt put my name on it. Touting itself as the World's Cleanest Vodka the ingredients in Ving vodka are hand washed and inspection personally by Vinger and her team. Distilled in small batches using hand picked and washed produce, Ving Vodkas undergo multiple filtrations in a copper pot still. Ving Farm Fresh Vodka is organic non-GMO, gluten, sugar and additive free. 

Mr Black was founded in 2012 as the passion project of designer Tom Baker and distiller Philip Moore, proprietor of Distillery Botanica, one of Australia's highest-awarded distilling houses. The premium coffee liqueur is brewed at the Distillery Botanica facility in New South Wales, nearly 50 miles up the coast north of Sydney. Mr. Black is a bittersweet blend of high-quality Arabica coffees combined with Australian wheat vodka. Their roasters source specialty beans from the highest quality growing regions to deliver a complex, premium liqueur that is bold, balanced and unapologetically coffee. Each bottle is handcrafted with half the sugar and ten times the coffee of old-world liqueurs. In essence, Mr. Black can be described as "the cold brew liqueur for coffee purists." Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in any number of your favorite coffee cocktails.

The Merlet & Fils Distillery hails from the Saint-Sauvant in the Cognac region. The family-owned brand has been making cognac since 1850 and is now in its fifth generation of Merlet's. After distilling for large cognac houses for 160 years Merlet ventured out to develop their own cognac in 2010, producing several award-winning spirits. Gilles Merlet and his sons Pierre and Luc created this blend as a new expression for the new generation. They sourced four cognacs from Fins Bois crus and one from Grande Champagne, aging it for at least four years, yielding a sophisticated marriage of different ages. This is a unique release where the youngest cognacs deliver power and energy, and the oldest bring maturity and complexity. This Merlet VS is comprised of hand-selected eaux-de-vie blended from several different regions. For this expression, Gilles and his sons selected and blended eaux-de-vie from different regions of the cognac appellation, to ensure consistent quality. Aged for at least two years, the eaux-de-vie selected for this blend are light and inviting, made mostly from Fins Bois crus, but also from Bons Bois and a little bit of Petite Champagne. The result is a VS cognac with slightly woody and delicately fruity notes.

A blend of superb exclusively copper pot-distilled brandy with real character and depth of flavor mingled in a unique, modern American style. Small batch distillation of superior, highly aromatic wine selected for exceptional quality.

Non-Chill Filtered For An Authentic, Uncorrupted Natural Flavor and natural color. Some Cloudiness, faint suspension or light sediment may be apparent at colder temperatures. Our ambition is to retain the integrity of the distillate with minimal intervention, with our signature mouth-feel and definitive aroma. Matured in Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and medium-char American white oak barrels for balance, complexity and a polished, velvety finish. The approximate blend is 90% Kentucky Bourbon Barrels & 10% New American Oak.

In a blend of mature eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne, Antique sets out to be different. A perpetual conversation between the fruit and oak reveals notes of hazelnut, ripe quince and mild spices, appearing amid accents of fig tart and blonde tobacco. Mischievous complexity comes into being, along with sleek vivacity.

Our signature single malt is a deliciously balanced and bold whisky for sharing and mixing. Nova is matured exclusively in red wine barrels from wineries making great Australian shiraz, cabernets and pinot noirs.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Like we took bright flavours of red berries and orchard fruit and coated them in soft oak spice.

Palate: Imagine a rich red berry pudding covered in vanilla, caramel and spice.

Finish: Balanced and long. The sweetness fades and the delicious flavour goes on.

Situated in the heart of Campbeltown, Glen Scotia is one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland. The Scotch distillery was founded by the Galbraith family in 1832. In 2014, the petite facility was purchased by the Loch Lomond Group. The distillery is quite small scale, outfitted with two 12,000 and 16,000-liter stills, with distinctive onion shapes and horizontal lyne arms. Glen Scotia's line-up showcases their versatility, as they produced a range of peated and non-peated whiskies, two styles characteristic of Campbelltown. Their malt is sourced from eastern Scotland, and are crafted in open-topped, cast iron mash tuns, and their whiskies are processed with a variation in fermentation time yielding either nuttier, or fruitier malts. Their small-batch distillation process still maintains much of the original equipment designs dating back to the 1830s. This exceptional single malt whisky was matured from specially selected casks to deliver the true character of a Glen Scotia Malt Whisky. The stunning 18 year-old has earned several awards including Gold at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, Double Gold at the 2018 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and Gold Medals at The Spirits Business in 2017 and 2018.

The tradition of keeping an infinity bottle is well known to whiskey collectors and aficionados around the world. In 2018, we introduced the Infinite Barrel Project, to honor the infinity bottle tradition in our own way, and we became the first brand to produce and sell an infinity barrel in the commercial market.

THE INTENT OF THIS PROJECT 

The tradition of keeping an infinity bottle is well known – take the last ounces of each whisk(e)y bottle as you finish it and pour them into a bottle you’ve set aside.

Until 2018, the infinity bottle was largely something that people put together at home, but was done more for fun than flavor. The point of difference for the Barrell Craft Spirits “infinity barrel” was to select barrels for their flavor contribution and complexity and blend them in a larger single, or "Infinite" vessel. At each bottling, we remove a portion of that whiskey and replace it with other barrels that will complement the remaining blend. We then repeat the process - bottling a portion and adding newly selected whiskeys each time. To date, we’ve done 19 bottlings of the Infinite Barrel Project. 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM THE SOLERA PROCESS?

Our Infinite Barrel Project contains fractions of many whiskey barrels in a single blend, and we produce a unique blend for every bottling. A solera is designed to create a consistent product every time. At its most basic, the solera process starts with a single barrel or group of barrels of a specific age. A fraction of the first group of barrels is put it in the second group of barrels, a fraction of that second group is put in the third group and so on. The solera process is designed and symmetrical. We think of our Infinite Barrel Project as a solera in reverse. It's unpredictable and asymmetrical, and constantly evolving.

Bumbu XO is truly a thing of beauty. A smooth, rich and complex rum created from scratch by our master distiller, our XO is aged in bourbon barrels and selectively finished in white oak sherry casks to achieve a beautifully balanced, endlessly sippable rum.

This special release is distilled and aged in Panama, where we created a truly unique – and unquestionably superior – rum. Aromas of toffee, toasted oak, and vanilla give way to orange zest, peppery spice and even a hint of coffee on the palate.

A wonderfully engaging rum that encourages repeat visits, Bumbu XO is perfect for traditional rum cocktails – and perhaps even better on its own, neat or with a single ice cube.

Las Cabras Distillery dates as far back as 1919, when it was just a mere sugar mill. In the 90s the abandoned mill was discovered by Francisco Jose Fernandez Perez, aka "Don Pancho," and Carlos Esquivel. Beneath the overgrown grass, they uncovered a copper column still with a small medallion inscribed with Cincinnati 1922, and the modern day Las Cabras rum production plant was born. The distillery now boasts a five column, continuous distillation installation that distills rum from molasses, fermented using a bespoke strain of pineapple yeast. The facility also produces Caa Brava Rum. This Zafra 21 is distilled by Cuban master blender Francisco "Don Pancho" Fernandez, in the Cuban style of rum production. Made from molasses and aged in used Bourbon barrels for twenty-one years.

Earning top honors from multiple spirit awards, our Bird Dog Black Cherry Whiskey is the ultimate “cherry on top”. Rich, deep notes of dark fruitiness are enhanced by the signature honey and oak finish of our Kentucky bourbon. Sip it on its own, or mixed up in one of our signature Black Cherry Kentucky Mules.
