Production Process

The "Rose Tattoo" undergoes a meticulous maturation process:

• Double-Cask Maturation: Initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, the whiskey is then finished in ex-Amarone wine casks. This dual maturation imparts a distinctive depth and character to the spirit. 

• Cask Strength Bottling: Bottled at cask strength, it retains the full intensity of its flavors, offering a robust and unaltered tasting experience.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep amber with a rich, inviting hue.

• Nose: A harmonious blend of dried fruits, including plum and fig jam, complemented by toffee, toasted bread, and subtle oak nuances.
