A CHAMPAGNE OF VISIONARIES
It's a beautiful story, a story of men. That of Henri Macquart, the pioneer founder of the Centre Vinicole de la Champagne (The Champagne Wine Centre). That of Nicolas Feuillatte, a daring businessman. That of volunteer winegrowers who, together, dare and succeed in a gamble to create a brand of excellence, Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte.

Champagne is the only vineyard in France that authorizes the assembly of red and white to obtain rosé. This is why we speak of “blended” rosé. We, therefore, add to the still white wine, before drawing, the red wine from the m famous crus which produces red wine from AOC Champagne. The proportion of red wine is determined by our Cellar Master according to the desired aromatic characters and color.

This mixing takes place before the birth of the bubble (before the “second fermentation” in the bottle), in a word, before the Champagne is “Champagne”.
