WE PUSHED THE BOUNDARIES OF AGING TEQUILA BY BLENDING AÑEJO AND EXTRA-AÑEJO. THEN WE REMOVED THE COLOR AND THE MOST PROMINENT WOODEN NOTES TO KEEP THE CRISP FLAVOR OF THE AGAVE.

VOLCAN DE MI TIERRA BLANCO BLENDS THE HERBAL, CITRUS AND SPICY INDICATIVE OF THE LOWLANDS WITH FRUITY NOTES LIKE CHERRY AND PEAR FROM THE HIGHLANDS.

ITS TASTE COMBINES SWEET AGAVE NOTES WITH DELICATE HINTS OF GRAPEFRUIT AND A TOUCH OF BLACK PEPPER SPICE, RESULTING IN A WELL-BALANCED FINISH.

A tribute to Edinburgh and made with both demanding bartenders and malt whisky enthusiasts in mind. The higher proportion of single malt whiskies in this blend is inspired by 100-year-old recipes.

The One and Only New Orleans Original. Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey that dates back to the 1800's, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud's Bitters. The libation became known as the Sazerac and America's first branded cocktail was born. This is the whiskey that started it all.

This versatile con-cock-tion is just what you need to start your next epic adventure. Try it straight up, on the rocks or with any mixer you can think of.

Straw Boys Irish Vodka was created using select grain from traditional farming methods. Our vodka has a rich mouthfeel that is luscious, silky, and semi-sweet. It is batch distilled in copper pot stills and hand bottled at our distillery. Like the wedding crashing straw boys of western Ireland, our vodka is fun and spirited.

Clear with an aroma of freshly cut hay, green grass, lemon zest, salt and sweetness. A rich taste with lots going on: grassy, lemony and vanilla sweetness. A full, creamy body. Finishes soft with alcohol warmth and the flavors linger. Crisp and clean vodka full of sophisticated nuance. It blends well with mixers and really enhances the taste and flavor of your favorite cocktail such as a Cosmo, Bloody Mary or Mule.

Poitn, pronounced put' cheen, is unaged, white whiskey that has been made in rural Ireland for decades. It's essentially what Americans call moonshine. Using a mash featuring malted barley, we distill our poitn in copper pot stills at our distillery. It is hand bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Our poitn's name salutes another tradition of western Ireland, where wedding crashers, who brought the bridal couple good luck, were known as 'straw boys.

Smooth and complex to taste. This is 100% malted barley so it has a great full flavor. Clear with an aroma of raw, funky farmhouse hay and clay plus corn sweetness. Sweet and spicy in the taste with mint, lemon zest, roses, pepper, citrus, macaroons and alcohol warmth soft and nice. A light to medium body. Finishes with spices, vanilla, black pepper, flowers and alcohol warmth. Although Poitn is traditionally consumed straight, the warm and toasty flavors make a compelling cocktail as well. It makes an excellent Irish Coffee and a surprisingly excellent Irish Margarita.

TASTING NOTES

"This seems to have more precise flavors rather than a medley of subtle ones. The aroma focuses on juniper, other berry skins, and freshly-ground coriander. The palate is more bitter than the aroma might let on as anise and orris root play a large role. Though fret not, fresh juniper and elderberry tea are at the center of it all. Try this in a Negroni or a Corpse Reviver."
