The 2022 Old Soul Bourbon single barrel selection featured just 61 barrels, all carefully reviewed and chosen during the maturation process. Tailored for the discerning palate, barrels that undergo the single barrel process are some of the most monitored and judged.

Nose: Dominant aromas of cherry and vanilla, followed by hints of maple syrup and nutty undertones.
Taste: Sweet vanilla is at the forefront followed by notes of hazelnut and fresh leather.
Finish: Pepper with a dark chocolate and toffee finish.

James A. Miller, the founder of Chicken Cock Whiskey, took so much pride in his beloved chickens and his exceptional whiskey it led him to name his whiskey "Chicken Cock.” To this day we continue to take pride in the beautiful roosters that adorn our exceptional whiskey. As such, the fourth edition of Chicken Cock’s limited annual tin release is guided by a like-minded pride in roosters and good whiskey. The Onagadori rooster and Mizunara Oak from Japan inspired this year’s release.
The Onagadori rooster is not only stunning but also incredibly rare, with its distinctive long tail. Similarly, Mizunara oak is renowned for its rarity and difficulty coopering, taking up to two centuries to mature before it can be used to make whiskey barrels. It’s likely the Mizunara oak trees used in this batch were already growing when Miller began making whiskey in the 1800s.

Driven by a new ambition and desire for freedom, the Louis Roederer Champagne House is entering a new phase in its history with the creation of Collection. Current times, climate change and the importance of sustainable and respectful winegrowing practices that accentuate the qualities of the terroir have become central to our ethos and our work.

The finest works are often forged by constraint and adversity. Driven by a new energy, the Maison decided to reinvent its blends, reshape its expertise and rethink its methods in order to fall into step with Nature's new tempo and continue to evolve, advance and adapt.

All the plots of vines used for the creation of Collection, i.e. those owned by Louis Roederer as well as those belonging to our longstanding partners, have therefore been reevaluated to retain only those that are best suited to the Collection identity, rooted in the heart of the Champagne terroir.

This quest for the Champagne region’s most ‘expressionist’ terroirs has led us to a myriad of different origins, lieu-dits, exposures, lands and predominantly limestone soils, all with the ability to endure over the long term. This approach enables Louis Roederer not only to better tackle climate change, and do so whilst acquiring resilience and complexity, but also to guarantee the freshness of its wines and the continuation of the ‘Louis Roederer style’.

Created from the Perpetual Reserve and the oak-aged reserve wines, complemented by the finest successes of the 2018 harvest, Collection 243 is tied to our Champagne roots and the foundations of our Reims-based Champagne House. We therefore give ourselves the freedom to create the blend on the basis of whatever Nature gives us.

This decidedly Epicurean champagne is the Louis Roederer’s multi-vintage champagne par excellence! Collection’s number represents the number of blends created since the birth of the Louis Roederer Champagne House and enables wine lovers to select their wine based on the level of youth or maturity that they desire and appreciate.

It takes an unconventional winemaker to make a totally unexpected dry Riesling. One night, Charles was eating Chinese takeout and watching a fight scene in a notorious martial arts film when he had an idea: a killer white wine made to be paired with Asian food. Just like that, Kung Fu Girl was born. And it’s been kicking ass and taking names ever since.

Dos Boots’ agaves are grown deep in the Oaxacan Sierra, only a short drive from Villa Las Margaritas. The rich terroir of the mountain landscape and soil there nurture our agave, giving it its unique and differentiating proper- ties. The piñas, or hearts, of the agaves are hand selected and cooked in a conical underground pit oven, overseen by the expertise of our 4th generation Maestro Mezcale- ro, Petronilo Altamirano. Our agave is milled with a ta- hona stone wheel, fermented in wooden vats, and double distilled in copper alembic stills. Our Mezcal’s flavor is bold, and best described as smooth with herbal, earthy notes and a slight sweet aftertaste. We think it’s deli- cious, and is best enjoyed as a sipping experience or in a craft cocktail.

Sandeman Madeira Rainwater is made in the traditional manner on the Atlantic island of Madeira, The rich soil and volcanic subsoil give this wine a unique character which is enhanced by the winemaking and ageing in «estufas». It is light in body but full in flavour, well balanced and a good accompaniment to many classic dishes such as soups and patés. It is also an essential ingredient in classic cuisine.

Medium light amber colour with pronounced golden highlights. Clean nutty aromas, very agreeable light complexity. Medium dry in flavour, nutty and slightly complex, with a good clean finish. Brilliant wine - a good quality young Madeira in evolution.

The grapes from the province of Treviso, an area that has always produced high quality Prosecco, give this sparkling wine a luminous straw yellow hue and for its emphatic yet stylish mousse. APPELLATION: Treviso DOC. The grapes are grown in the Veneto region of Italy, in an area near the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, on the sloping hills just north of Treviso. Soil is alluvial with an important presence of clay.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Glera.

HARVEST PERIOD: The grapes are harvested in the second half of September

VINIFICATION: Wine is made from the soft pressing of the grapes with the must separated from the skins. Secondary fermentation (Charmat method) takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel.

Crafted with precision at the renowned NOM 1414 distillery under the expertise of Master Distiller Sergio Cruz, Lost Lore Still Strength Blanco Tequila is a bold expression of tradition and purity. Bottled at an impressive 110 proof (55% ABV), this tequila delivers an intense, unfiltered agave experience. Busnel Calvados Pays d'Auge AOC VSOP is a distinguished apple brandy crafted in the heart of the Pays d'Auge region in Normandy, France. This appellation is recognized for its strict production standards, ensuring only the finest Calvados comes from the region. The VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) designation indicates that the blend of Calvados has been aged for a minimum of four years in oak barrels, although many expressions in the blend may be aged longer. The oak maturation imparts rich, complex flavors and deep amber hues, balancing the crisp freshness of apples with layers of vanilla, caramel, and subtle spice.

Busnel’s commitment to traditional distillation methods, using only apples sourced from the Pays d'Auge and employing double distillation, results in a spirit that captures the essence of the region's apple orchards.
