lies deep in the secrets of the Earth. Influenced by the elements of sun, air, water and earth, Oceana stands alone as the most exceptional of them all, shaped by fossils and shells of mollusks and crustaceans...and the mystery of the mermaid.

The 2015 Oceana Chablis presents as a delicate, pale yellow in color. You are immediately drawn into the glass as notes of lime and wet stone with hints of chalk and citrus blossom greet you on the nose. As you begin to taste, the palate follows the nose, and is well balanced between citrus notes and minerality, with a gentle reminder of kaffir lime leaves. The bright acidity and spreading mid-palate lead to a lingering, stony finish. The elegant balance found in this glass of wine make it a delight to enjoy on its own or paired with food.

The moon has a mystic and wondrous curiosity. Powerfully moving our tides while softly lighting our skies at night. Through astronomy, alchemy, and storytelling, we find the moon's deepest mystery and adorn this wine with its unique glow.

The 2015 Evoluna Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is rich and lush, yet bright and approachable. Fuji apple, DAnjou pear, Narcissus and Lychee greet you on the nose. On the palate, you find notes of vanilla bean, mango, dried apple and apricot preserves. This delectable wine has a plush, rich mouthfeel - bold on the front, balanced mid-palate, and a long, lingering finish.

The 2015 Chronology Red Wine is a unique union of nine grape varietals coming from nine counties in California - a blend of Bordeaux and Rhne varietals, kissed by Angelica. Deep burgundy in color, you are greeted on the nose with notes of plum skin, strawberry and a hint of cinnamon. From the first sip, you find notes of black currant, strawberry, black tea and cacao nibs. Your palate will delight in the wide, rich texture of the Chronology.

Emancipation, a California produced Rhne varietal blend, challenges the norms and intrigues from the first sip by bringing together Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre with Petite Sirah. This wine is smooth, bright and juicy, yet delicate and refined. Bright red cherry on the front of the palate leads to a briary herbaceous quality on the finish. This blend is palate coating, with a long, lingering finish and structure to pair well with rich foods.

Wine compels revelation...confess your deepest secrets!

The 2015 Confession Red Wine is dark, dense and immediately intriguing in the glass. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and grown in St Helena and Rutherford, you are greeted by blue and black fruits, a dusty, herbaceous quality and a hint of ginger-molasses cookie on the nose. The well integrated new French Oak is nicely balanced with fruit, and it supports the richness of the wine, while framing and balancing the dense palate. This mouth-coating, juicy blend entices with notes of dried mission fig, star anise, and blackberry.

Tarot Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is rich, dense, dark, powerful and velvety. With black cherry, boysenberry and a hint of dustiness, the nose is reminiscent of walking through a raspberry patch. This wine has good intensity and intrigue coming out of the glass, and the palate follows the nose. With a very full entry, this medium bodied wine has a round and supple mid-palate and lingering fruit notes on the finish.

It is the result of a collaboration between Jean-Charles Boisset, a renowned winemaker, and Thomas Rivers Brown, one of California's most respected winemakers. The wine is part of the Secret Indulgence portfolio, which features a range of high-end wines that are designed to be both accessible and indulgent.

The grapes used in Secret Indulgence Chronology California 2018 Red Blend are carefully selected and blended to create a wine that is rich and full-bodied, with layers of complex flavors. The blend includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Malbec, all of which are grown in different regions of California. Each grape brings its own unique character to the wine, resulting in a blend that is greater than the sum of its parts.

The wine has a deep, dark color and a rich aroma of blackberries, cassis, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, and espresso. The tannins are firm but silky, giving the wine a long and satisfying finish.

TASTING NOTES

Delicate pink in color, this cool climate rosé from Provence captures the terroir of Montagne St Victoire in the glass. Notes of white flowers, peach and fresh picked strawberry waft out of the glass. On the palate you initially find the minerality of Provence - richness from the sandstone and finesse from the limestone. The wine then opens up with the notes of stone fruit - white plums and apricots - balanced with a light salinity. The wine has a balanced structure and nice weight on the palate, with a clean, lingering finish.

Pair with oysters on the half shell and tuna tartare
