RESERVED SMOOTH FLAVOR
Our private reserve red label, twice aged-rye will is smooth-tasting double-barreled rye that has won multiple awards across the nation.
Nose: The front lines are oak, rye, and baked oats. There are hay, vanilla, and sweet sugar scents lingering behind. With a slight layer of ethanol bringing a significant heat overlay to the nose. The effect makes the nose well balanced, but slightly warm.
Finish: Sweet sugars go through the finishing process and combine each sip with low sparkling heat. Sweet vanilla and oak start and fade into a more dry combo of leathery oak, which lasts a while. It is not your traditional rye finish, but is a slightly weaker experience than nose and palate.
