The perfect manifestation of our 7,200 ft, Concept. Where the two main agave-producing regions meet: “Valle de Tequila” with its aromatic complexity and “Los Altos de Jalisco” with its herbal and sweet notes. Making this, the most noble of tequilas.

NOTES

SIGHT: Shiny and cristaline with silver iridenscence; strong adherence to the glass, showing a great body.

SMELL: Very well defined, strong presence of cooked agave, herbal notes, mint and citrus, with a light gleam of anise.

TASTE: Smooth and fresh with a building intensity; notes of raw agave give a long, rich and balnaced finish.

Rested and aged are thoroughly tasted until finding the best barrels that will make this a unique crystalline wine. This selection of aged and reposados ​​will have to leave the barrel in which they reached character and maturity to be distilled for the third time and thus polish the notes and tastes in the most whimsical way, taking care of their identity in every detail.

Hailing from Jalisco, Mexico, this Anejo Tequila by Tierra Noble embodies artisanal dedication. Crafted entirely from blue agave, its extended oak barrel aging yields a refined, amber-hued spirit. Delicate notes of vanilla, caramel, and subtle spices grace the palate, presenting a smooth and sophisticated homage to Mexico's esteemed tequila-making traditions.

The mix of the rarest and most peculiar Reposados is the whim of the master distiller that brings Tierra Noble Cristalino to life, which sublimates its attribute in a distilling process after its idyllic pass through the cask. The presence that ends with the precious perfect gold of Tierra Noble.

Tasting Notes

Color: Crystalline and translucent, with slight golden shimmers that recall its origin and aging. Perfectly clean and shiny, great adherence on the glass, forming tears and legs of great body.

SMELL: Very pleasant, with a variety of aromas that go from fruit notes, sweet and citric from orange and grapefruit, with notes of cooked agave honey, slight vanilla, and cacao in a perfect balance of wood without overstepping its presence.

TASTE: The notes of smell are confirmed in taste; this is a very smooth product to the plate. Balanced and fresh, with a slight flavor of cacao, fresh and sweet fruit, peach, and berries. Of great presence within the palate.

NOTES: An impressive and distinguished product with harmony and balance; a great permanence and smooth sensation in the palate; citrus notes, grapefruit and peach. Fresh and light notes of wood, characteristics that distinguish it.

It is born from the tradition that our tequila masters have of selecting year after year from among hundreds of Tierra Noble barrels only those that have developed the most subtle and elegant notes to celebrate the end of each season. Over time, the exquisite blend of these extra-aged wines of up to 85 months of maturation would become what the Founder's Selection is today.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Intense dark amber color, clean and bright with reddish highlights, great adhesion in the glass forming tears and full-bodied legs.

NOSE: Very pleasant and smooth on the nose with fruity and sweet aromas; Notes of cooked agave honey, vanilla, prunes, chocolate, toasted almonds, apricot and tobacco in a perfect balance with woody notes.

PALATE: Soft on the palate, balanced and complex, with flavors of dark chocolate, nuts and red fruits, a light touch of tobacco and spices; of great persistence on the palate.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: Surprisingly elegant, harmonious and balanced, additionally definitely the best expression of the Tierra Noble house.
