Usquaebach (Oos: Ke: Bah) is the name derived from the ancient Gaelic phrase, meaning water of life. These are the ancient words from which the word whisky is derived. A pleasant nose of pears, cooked apple, caramel and white pepper leads to a rich, slightly floral palate with layered notes of caramel, citrus and dried fruit. Hints of spice emerge on the lightly peppery finish.

We don't blame you if you aren't familiar with I.W. Harper 15 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, or even the Harper name, mostly because it hasn't been available here in the US in nearly 20 years. The Harper brand dates back to the late 1800's, when Isaac Wolf Bernheim and his brother began distilling. It has remained a premium offering in Japan all along, and is finally back on shelves in the states after a long hiatus. Packed with flavor, this 15 year old bourbon whiskey was distilled at the Bernheim Distillery and comes packaged in adecanter that is as classic as the Harper brand name. Sweeter up front with grain and corn immediately apparent, I.W. Harper15-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey then moves into notes of oak, raisin, caramel, spice, and vanilla. The finish leaves a long and lasting mouthfeel perfect for enjoying on the rocks, or neat to truly appreciate the full flavor profile.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Refreshing fruity nose exhibiting tropical and apple notes with a healthy dose of salt and citrus, similar to that of fresh agave.

TASTE: The palate is semi-viscous and peppery with ripe fruit tones giving way to crisp citrus notes and a hint of vanilla.

FINISH: Wonderfully balanced finish with long lasting citrusy, peppery, and herbaceous notes.

As with the other rums in the Plantation range, this exotic spirit is aged first in its original country, Barbados, and then benefits with further aging and nurturing in Cognac. Resting in casks originally used for Pierre Ferrand cognac, and meticulously nurtured by Cellar Master of Maison Ferrand, a unique expression is achieved using traditional local methods.

An unique artisanal gin made in the heart of Germany's historic Saar wine region. The team at Ferdinand's believe in the terroir of the region and grow a period table of fruits, herbs and botanicals in their gardens that very from batch to batch to match the vintage of Zilleken wine they are infused with. This current release is infused with the 2014 Sptlese and features local juniper, quince, rosehip, sloe berries, hop blossom and rose all contribute to the dynamic flavor profile. On the palate the gin is soft round and luscious at first then bright and spicy with mouth-watering acidity on the finish.

Cava de Oro tequila is made from 100% agave in the Jalisco region of Mexico. The Anejo has a pleasant, smooth mouthfeel with notes of honey, black pepper, and oak on the nose. A lovely long finish reveals the advantages of aging the spirit, allowing the herbaceous agave flavor to give way to juicy red fruits and cinnamon. 24 months of rest in French white oak barrels give our Añejo the perfect touch between its silky texture and long, slightly sweet finish.

Cutwater Distilling was originally part of the Ballast Point Brewing family, but has recently cut out on their own and holds the distinction of being the first distillery in Southern California since Prohibition. This is their flagship bourbon, winner of 3 gold medals and two double gold medals over the past 6 years at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The bourbon is created by taking just the hearts of the small batch distillate, and it is aged in new charred American oak barrels.

Meaning 'Smoky Two' in Scots Gaelic, Toiteach A Dhà (pronounced Toch-ach ah-ghaa) is a sequel to the original peaty paradox on Bunnahabhain’s gentle single malt.  To create this Mòine variant, our blending team selected a combination of ex Bourbon and Sherry casks which were then matured in full, in our coastal warehouses on Bunnahabhain Bay.

With touches of smoke from our peated malted barley, this whisky’s prickling strength emanates from the dram, while warming with a lingering, robust length and delicately sweet sherry influence.

A powerful woman deserves a powerful wine. She greets her rose-gold treasure of 14.5% alcohol which matches her presence and command of her surroundings. This AOP Ctes de Provence ros in her glass transports her to an outdoor oasis where relaxed, sun-filled shade and refreshing summer breezes express the floral notes of summer through carefree dances. She is surrounded by the notes of honeysuckle covered patios, followed by a feeling of walking through a citrus grapefruit orchard. When she finally tastes her Ctes de Femme, she is met with a feeling of drinking this magical one-of-a-kind ros right off the vine. She cant help but notice the minerality of the unique terroir where the grapes come to life under the Provenal sun. Like her, the wine has strong layers, structured with velvety tannins, expressing an intellectual depth which invites a longer conversation. Her experience moves her to a time in Southern France where she knew she was untethered by the stresses of her days, allowing her to regroup to lead the day tomorrow.

Matured in bourbon casks, helping to bolster the sweetness and bring balance to the flavour profile's spicy malt base.

Aged for a minimum of six months in former bourbon barrels, revealing elegant florals, with sweet, lightly toasted vanilla. Deep toned in both appearance and taste, boasting rich, fragrant aromas. Its smoothness will charm connoisseurs and tequila newcomers alike.

Aged for a minimum of 28 months in former bourbon barrels and blended from two- to three-year-old reserves. Incredibly aromatic, with a spice and caramel nose accompanied by hints of vanilla and candied florals. Ideally prepared neat, on the rocks, or in one of our signature cocktails.

Deep wood aroma, maltose, nectar, blueberry, Mizunara oak, milk coffee; Oily, ripe fruit, lemon peel, leather, cinnamon, and ginger.Finished with a hint of sweet malt with aromas of wooden barrels and a touch of fruity flavor.
