Tequila TAU Reposado, made in the highlands of Jalisco, is a tequila inspired by the Wixárika culture, dedicated to the deer god!

TAU Tequila Reposado is matured in American oak barrels for a period of 4 to 6 months to provide those exquisite flavors that are distinguished by the most demanding palates.

At a glance: Straw-colored, bright, clean and crystalline, full-bodied.

To the nose: On the nose, it invites us to enjoy its characteristic aromas of ripe, well-cooked Agaves, with expressions of pumpkin, sweet potato, honeys, candies, tangerine, lime, lemon, pineapple and pear citrus, which give way to grass, grass and mint and a hint of cherry blossom, finishing with delicious spices of vanilla, anise, clove and pepper.

To taste: Honest to the taste, moderately mineral to the attack, it opens the mouth to the enjoyment and appreciation of tangerine, pear, pineapple, lemon and lime, highlighting herbs, grass and mint, to give way to caramel, vanilla, anise, clove, pepper and cinnamon, closing  with a full-bodied finish, excellent bouquet and lingering notes of Agave.

Distilled, blended and bottled by Kōloa Rum Company Kalaheo, Kauaʻi, Hawaiʻi, 40% ABV/80 Proof.

Kōloa Gold Rum is made from pure cane sugar, distilled in an impressive vintage 1,210 gallon, steam-powered copper pot still and cut with filtered water from the ancient Mount Waiʻaleʻale.

The rum is distilled 2 times at 160 – 180 ABV.

Appearance
A vibrant, golden hued rum with a wonderful and surprisingly deep viscosity on the glass. Shimmering, light golden legs run slowly and deliberately down the inside of the glass.

Nose
Initially starts off a rich caramel with wafts of butter toffee, light hints of amaretto and freshly roasted macadamia nuts.

Taste and Finish
This soft, candy-like gold rum presents itself boldly with no pretenses other than being a good-tasting gold rum. The mouth feel is viscous with an upfront caramel blast that finishes with vanilla, light macadamia nut brittle and toasted almond.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Crown Royal Texas Mesquite begins with a nose of mesquite smoke and vanilla with hints of barbecue spice.

The idea of creating a coffee liqueur came to life after one of our Master Distiller Jason MacIsaac's usual morning strolls for coffee, with the aroma of roasting beans inspiring his vision for the flavor profile. Born out of our love for all things java, this liqueur is made from premium coffee beans roasted by our favorite neighborhood café, The Stick in the Mud. The distillation process extracts the complexities of the coffee beans and transforms those flavors into a well-balanced, semi-sweet liqueur that’s ideal for any time of day. Formerly Kazuki Gin, “Beacon” embodies a sense of place, signifying two monumental sites on Vancouver Island where Sheringham Distillery originated–the iconic Sheringham Point Lighthouse beacon located by our first distillery and the beloved springtime cherry blossom-lined Beacon Hill Park. Brilliant floral and fruitiness of the cherry blossoms deliver polished and rounded edges with soft citrus notes of yuzu and grapefruit, and local green tea leaves and flowers give a delicate herbaceous note through to the finish.  Beacon Gin is elegant on its own and brilliantly nuanced in a Sheringham cocktail.

Our Master Distiller Jason MacIsaac has fond memories of cooking with rhubarb over the years, especially compote made with rhubarb freshly harvested from his garden. Drawn to the winning combination of rhubarb and star anise, he envisioned a liqueur that would taste as fresh and bright as a new summer’s day. With its classic gin base, premium rhubarb grown in British Columbia, and maceration process involving star anise and lemon skins, this liqueur achieves a perfect balance of tart, sweet, and subtly vegetal notes. A year-round delight, this liqueur is great on its own for sipping and equally enjoyable in a simple cocktail—just add ice and bubbles.
