Like all of our bourbons, Lady Bird begins its life as our distinguished Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. Master Distiller Donnis Todd selects barrels of this nectar that already display notes of honey, and delicately infuses them with Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey for an additional 8-9 months. The liquid then ages in exquisite French Cognac XO casks for an additional 3 years, resulting in a harmonious blend of unparalleled flavor and elegance. This double-finished masterpiece reflects the perfect balance between sweet honey notes and the rich complexity of cognac.

There’s a story to be told within the bottle: a light breeze of licorice root, earthy-warm mace, fruity citrus peels and a mysterious blue flower from the far east. Distilled in a pot still, filled into black, art-nouveau stylized vessels. Come closer and let yourself be enchanted.

TASTING NOTES

Complex character through fruity and floral, fresh aromas. A touch of mediterranean rosemary, lavender, chamomile, and coriander seeds, harmonised by nutmeg flower, liquorice and angelica roots. Finally, orange, lemon, grapefruit and cranberries lends the gin its fruity complexion. The butterfly pea flower provides a delicate-nutty flavor and 
our gin’s classic blue color. Together with tonic or any acidic based mixer our gin undergoes a color transformation, from its royal deep blue hue to a gentle pink.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Inspired by Japanese traditions and the famous Yuzu lemon, Yu Gin offers: freshness, subtlety and a wealth of aromas, all in an originally designed glass bottle reminiscent of a Zen garden.

YUZU

Used by the greatest chefs and perfumers, yuzu has also been beloved by the Japanese for ages for its relaxing and refreshing properties both in Japanese cuisine and in centuries old customs such as Yuzuyu, where the fruit is floated in the hot water of a bath on tōji (winter solstice), to guard against colds, warm the body and relax the mind.

TASTING NOTES

Distilled with juniper berries and enhanced with yuzu, Szechuan pepper, coriander, and licorice. A pronounced citrus nose and a perfectly balanced botanical taste with a subtle peppery finish.  Yu Gin can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a classic G&T cocktail as a refreshing aperitif.

La Madrina Pisco is produced by Fundo Tres Generaciones, originally established in 1856, in the fertile Ica Valley in Peru. This region is ideal for growing grapes as the Ica Valley has produced piscos for hundreds of years. The Ica Valley has a dry desert climate, low relative humidity, low rainfall, plenty of sunshine, with good gradient temperatures during the day and night that produce grapes that result in outstanding Pisco.

This Pisco Quebranta is made from the noble non-aromatic Quebranta grapes of the Bodega Doña Juanita in Ica, Peru and is often known as Pisco Puro. Using centuries old techniques, this craft Pisco is distilled to proof in copper pot stills without adding any additives, coloring or flavors and creates the perfect pisco for making a proper Pisco Sour.

Rich & Complex Original Dark in a PET Bottle

Aromas: Notes of blackstrap molasses, hints of coffee, celery, allspice, hazelnut, and toffee with a subtle layer of ripe pineapple.

Taste: Buttery upon entry and followed by sweet sugar cane, caramel, tobacco, leather, honey, dark chocolate with elements of raisin and fig. The finish has a decadent dark chocolate character with brown sugar and smokiness with underlying oak notes.

For Aston Martin proportionality defines every precise detail of the design process; in a quest to achieve the Golden Ratio, this guides the creation of absolute beauty by ensuring a perfectly symmetrical relationship between each proportion.

For Bowmore, proportions define character and shape flavour combinations; from cask selection and age to blending. But for the first time, the adoption of the Golden Ratio has inspired the combination of components, each of which add their own unique flavours and layers of complexity to the final whisky.

The result is a single malt which thrills all the senses for optimal enjoyment. But much like an Aston Martin, delivers a very powerful and memorable finish.

Color: Mahogany​Nose: Sweet and nutty with notes of Manuka honey and maple syrup, with praline and grilled hazelnuts; combine with rich aromas of freshly tanned leather.

Taste: Richly elegant sherry merges with raw Islay peat, whilst bitter dark chocolate unites with vanilla and coffee beans. A fruity flair is defined by Morello cherries and a touch of papaya.
