The heart of our spirit, fire, not only powers our stills - but also refines our beautifully unique glass.
‍Our flame burns twice as bright - indefinitely, due to Meili's 100% post-consumer recycled bottle. Vast mountains of broken, discarded glass are heated to molten masses, reborn, and repurposed into something functional and exquisite.
‍This is why no two bottles are alike. The antique texture, full of organic imperfections, and the stunning Georgia green hue.

WATER
The soul of our spirit, water, is the essence of our existence. Instinctively, we sought one of the purest water sources available.
‍An ancient aquifer formed over 300 million years ago ushers alpine snow and rainfall through miles of vast underground caverns - filtering and infusing itself through the veins of natural springs.
‍Meili takes pride in using this “living water” to distill and proof our spirits to bottle, resulting in an incredibly refreshing, unpolluted, and genuinely remarkable flavor.
‍Our regenerative water source is considered one of the purest on Earth by EPA standards.

EARTH
The body of our spirit is derived from the earth.
‍A harmonious marriage of native and seasonal grains brings a bright, smooth, and effortless flavor profile.
‍Our grains are sourced locally on our own farms, operated by the same family for generations. These farms are located centrally to our water source and distillery, resulting in the smallest carbon footprint possible. A factor that is very important to us.
‍To honor the Earth, we ensure that Meili is created, sourced, and produced as ethically, environmentally friendly, and humanely as possible.

AIR
The final "breath of life" into our spirit is air.
‍From beginning to end, Montana's crisp, cool mountain air influences our vodka and its ingredients in several unique ways.
‍The 11,000-foot elevation at our aquifer's peak allows alpine snow and rainfall to remain untainted before its subterranean journey to the collection source.
‍At the final distillation stage, our vodka is set to rest and breathe before bottling, resulting in a smoother flavor profile.

SUSTAINABILITY
We take the broken and make it whole. We transform the discarded into the desired.
‍This is recycling reimagined. Resurrected from the blaze, our handmade glass radiates new life from the ashes of the old. Designed through determination, true beauty contains imperfections. A creation that possessed the best elements of each of us. Seven years ago, we embarked on the journey to create Meili together. "The Journey," Whiskey JYPSI's Legacy Batch 001, co-founded by acclaimed musician and songwriter Eric Church, is an exceptional whiskey that embodies a unique blend of smoothness, complexity, and unconventionality. Crafted with meticulous attention, Batch 001 is the result of combining three fine-aged whiskeys.

Led by whiskey maker Ari Sussman, Whiskey JYPSI found and selected the highest quality, fully mature spirits that expressed the individual grains of a traditional bourbon mash bill. The team then scientifically reconstructed the recipe, resulting in a remarkable blend.

Batch 001 is composed of 70% Corn Bourbon aged 7 and 8 years from Indiana, 21% Canadian Rye aged 20 years, and 9% American Single Malt aged 4 years.

Paying tribute to those who challenge conventions, break the rules, and embark on a journey of adventure and purpose, "The Journey" is the name given to this award-winning Legacy Batch 001. It honors individuals who live life with a JYPSI spirit.

THE YEAR WAS 1707

In Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico, Blue Weber agave was cultivated by jimadors to produce an agave spirit, known today as Tequila.

As Diego Osorio, our founder's great-great-grandfather, learned about this liquid and transported it in sherry wine barrels to his native Spain, he discovered the liquid aged within this sherry-bathed oak created a smooth and elegant Tequila unlike any other.

Honoring this rich tradition, our unique process and world class Tequila is created by Master Distillers from Mexico and Spain. In this spirit, Lobos 1707 represents the best of both worlds

The Lobos 1707 Añejo debuted at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, where it won a gold medal in the agave category for its balanced flavor and smooth finish. Made from the finest ingredients, including 100% Blue Weber Agave, it is an all-natural, gluten-free tequila with no added colors or flavors. Aged for 12-18 months in American white oak barrels and finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry wine barrels using the Solera method, this new expression offers a woody flavor profile with hints of walnuts, caramel, and vanilla. This superior sipping tequila is perfect for enjoying neat or over ice, providing an elevated flavor experience. Diego Osorio, the Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Lobos 1707 Tequila & Mezcal, expressed his excitement about the gold medal and the opportunity to share this limited edition variant with others. The Lobos 1707 Limited Edition Añejo shares the same award-winning qualities as the brand's other offerings and comes in a unique bottle design inspired by Lobos 1707's Joven and Extra Añejo bottles, featuring a debossed wolf head and a dark blue wax cap. TASTING NOTES
