TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Heavy red sherry, honey, raisins, and a hint of marzipan.

PALATE: Full of complexity, strong influence of sherry, mixed fruit, raisins and sultanas.

LINGER: Good, well balanced – long.

ENDEAVOUR IS A NON-AGED STATEMENT SINGLE MALT IRISH WHISKEY. A MARRIAGE OF VIRGIN OAK, OLOROSO SHERRY AND IMPERIAL STOUT CASKS WITH SUBTLE HINTS OF PEAT.

A DECADENT BLEND OF SINGLE MALT AND SINGLE GRAIN IRISH WHISKEY, EACH AGED FOR NO LESS THAN 10 YEARS, MARRIED TOGETHER AND FINISHED IN XO COGNAC CASKS.

It exudes a bouquet of floral fragrances intertwined with delightful nuances of honey and dried apricot. On the palate, one can discern intricate layers of leather, marzipan, and subtle hints of ginger, elevated by lively citrus accents. Its finish is long-lasting, characterized by whispers of liquorice and vanilla, leaving a lasting impression.

This very limited single malt, aged for 15 years in American bourbon casks, has been carefully hand-selected by Maurice & Jonathan Egan - the fifth and sixth generations of the Egan family. This release is limited to only 1,000 bottles and is an expression of their commitment to provide only the finest Irish whiskey and honor the craft and dedication of their forefathers.

This sumptuous single malt is non-chill-filtered to retain the unique characteristics of the carefully selected casks.
