Terra is a modern botanical gin with wild, outdoorsy freshness, like wilderness in a bottle.

Decc offers attractive aromas and flavors of fruit and peppery spices which provide a satiny, medium body. This fruity, spiced liqueur was initially a one off creation that demanded to be duplicated, derived from our very own 291 Fresh whiskey, citrus and clove and inspired by Colorado’s crisp weather.

Infinitely mixable- The Decc’s versatility allows it to compliment warm winter sippers. Great in tea or coffee, a perfect addition to your hot toddy and add a surprising spice to fresh summer coolers. 

The perfect intersection of the gin and whiskey world. It’s the right choice for the adventurous drinker who is ready to take on a high-proof, category bending libation.

Distilled in the same process as our award-winning American Gin, we use the identical 12 botanicals to flavor our signature herbaceous, citrusy gin. In true bourbon fashion, the unaged spirit was placed in virgin White American Oak char #3 barrels at 62.5% ABV to rest post-distillation.

Through evaporative loss over the maturation period, the alcohol level dipped to 122 proof. After barrel harvest, the spirit was passed through a light particle filter to remove the residual charcoal fragments from the inside of the charred barrels.

No chill-filtration was utilized, as to not disturb the delicate essential oils that maintain the spirit’s gin profile.

Color: copper / burnt orange

Aroma: Sweet honey, pine and bourbon.

Taste: Barrel notes of oak and vanilla give way to citrus and warm winter spices, like ginger and nutmeg.

Named after the New Orleans bartender who first used rye whiskey in the Sazerac Cocktail, this uncut and unfiltered Straight Rye Whiskey is bottled directly from the barrel, just as it was over a century ago. Full of rich flavors, this authentic American rye whiskey is a symbol of the timeless history of New Orleans and the legacy of Thomas H. Handy.

TASTING NOTES

Powerful, lush, and boldly spicy. Flavors of toffee, fig cake, and candied fruit, followed by mint, cinnamon and clove. The finish ultimately reveals subtle notes of allspice, coconut and nutmeg. Long and warm.

The late Dr. George G. Moore was a native Irishman, with an incredible passion for single malt whiskyand his adopted home Virginia. His Virginia Distillery Company is a union of these two passions, brought to life in 2011. Today the distillery is looked after by, George's son,Gareth Moore and his wife,Maggie Moore, who have continued to preserve and cultivate George's single malt dream. Virginia Distillery Company is currently producing an American Single Malt on-site using malted barley from the U.S. and water from Virginia's Blue Ridge Mountains. This distillery flagship is being aged in ex-bourbon, sherry and re-toasted wine casks. Virginia's hot summers and cool winters significantly influence the aging cycle, imparting a distinctive character onto the whisky. This flagship will be released in three to six years from the time of casking, in 2019. While this single malt matures, Virginia Distillery offers their Virginia-Highland Malt Whisky expression, distilled from 100% malted barley, and crafted from single malt whisky produced in the Scottish Highlands a region known for producing bold and powerful single malts that are full-bodied, rich, textured, and characterized by a touch of smoke and fruit. The whisky is then transported over 3,000 miles to the Virginia Distilling Company in Lovingston, Virginia where the Scotch is married with whisky made onsite in Virginia. This hybrid whisky is finished for several months in French oak casks that were previously used to mature a Virginia port-style wine. The French oak casks, which are sourced from a local Virginia winery, impart a copper-reddish hue to the whisky and contribute sweet, fruity notes. Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky has notes of dried fruit and raisins on the nose, along with vanilla and barrel spice. The palate has hints of toffee, cocoa and toasted oak with a soft finish. Enjoy it neat, with a cube or a splash of water or in your favorite specialty cocktail. 

Batch No. 4 has been aged for a minimum of 6 years in new American oak and ex-bourbon barrels. The result of this extended Double Oaked aging period is an American single malt that displays traits of something more classically produced in the Highlands of Scotland married with spicy attributes typically found in well aged American rye whiskey. This well rounded, complex whiskey is an incredible sipper for the die hard whiskey fan.

150 years ago, brothers Jacob and Frederick Beringer left Germany to found a winery and distillery in Napa. Reusing their spirit barrels to age wine just seemed like good financial sense, but they quickly discovered it added a whole new level of complexity. Today, we honor Jacob and Frederick’s pioneering spirit by aging Beringer Bros. wines in spirits barrels.
