Rich and refined; intense honeyed oak and rich fruit create a complex layer of sweetness and spice; then warm notes of  ginger and citrus are revealed.

Produced in Southern California from 100% corn, coach JB's Slapdick Five Star Vodka is as unique as the legend himself. The sweet notes on the front palate set up the buttery, floral finish you expect from a premium vodka.

DISTILLED FROM CORN

Spicy and peaty, the Black Axe is made with a portion of Islay malt whisky. Every batch of Gladstone Axe Black Axe is made from 100% malted barley and aged in oak barrels. The Black Axe is made from a selection of malt whiskies from 14 different Highland and Islay malt Distilleries. What separates the Black Axe from American Oak is a higher percentage of Islay whisky which is smokier and spicier in its nature. The marriage of these different whiskies makes for a delicious flavor profile that can be enjoyed by scotch lovers both new and old.

Kura The Whisky is a blended malt whisky produced by Helios and bottled at 40% ABV. It's made in the southernmost region of Japan and aged in American White Oak. The whisky is finished in Japanese rum casks. 

It has notes of sour and toasted grains, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla. It's described as fairly young, grainy, peaty, pungent, and spicy. It doesn't have an age statement. 

Kura The Whisky is a variation of a blended malt whisky that's finished in casks that previously held rum.

Kings County Distillery is a highly acclaimed craft distillery in New York City, known for producing award-winning whiskeys such as Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, and Empire Rye. They use only their own whiskey and never sell whiskey from other sources, with all production done onsite in Brooklyn. Their whiskeys have received recognition from various organizations and publications and are made using a blend of distilling practices from different cultures. Starting as the smallest commercial distillery in the US, Kings County is now located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard and named the American Distilling Institute's Distillery of the Year in 2016.

Grapefruit & Jalapeno Flavored whiskey starts as our signature moonshine, which is then infused with grapefruit peels and whole & crushed jalapeño peppers, designed to strike balance between citrus, bitterness, and heat. A good substitute for spiced spirits in margaritas or however tequila may be enjoyed.

Vodka

This vodka is 5 times distilled from Iowa corn and also 100% Gluten Free. Using a proprietary technique and filtered over 4 billion year old meteorites from outer space.

Chrome

Derived from hand-selected French wheat and five times distilled. This Outerspace vodka chrome is characterized by its vastly unparalleled smoothness and flawless perfection. The best vodka in the universe just got better

Our single barrels start with Colby and our distilling team selecting a small group of special barrels from our aging warehouses that he feels have exceptional characteristics that he’d like to share with the world. From that small batch of barrels, some of our favorite shops have hand-selected barrels to call their own. We also offer our very own single barrel exclusively sold at our Tasting Room at the Ranch.

Our single barrels are bottle at “barrel strength” which means we don’t add any water to proof them down. So what you’re tasting is exactly how Colby tasted it when he fell in love with that whiskey.

Grand Marnier Cuvée Révélation is best served neat or on the rocks. To reinforce the orange, caramelized orange peel oil is rubbed along the edge of the glass: a subtle touch that adds further depth and layers to a memorable experience.

The first of the tequilas in our line-up is the Blanco. Blanco translates to “white”, referring to water-like translucency, but do not confuse it with water! A new take on a classic, our subtly herbal Blanco is filtered three times to reveal hints of Vanilla. Agave layers dominate the first sip and finishes in a creamy completion.

You will notice gentle spices with an explosive rich, mild, green heat and our signature smooth finish. This tequila is outrageously silky - no burn here. Perfect for new exploration and adventure.

The story of G4 Tequila started in 1937 when the Camarena family first started making tequila. The Jalisco Highlands in Mexico are the tequila capital of the world and the name Camarena counts among the most illustrious in the spirit's rich history. After working with his brother Carlos for years, the fourth-generation tequilero (G4) Felipe Camarena decided to open his own distillery in 2011 and the Destilera El Pandillo was born. Named after his grandfather's favorite bull, the distillery proudly displays the old tahona stone from the family distillery that burnt down during the Mexican Revolution before it even became operational. G4 takes pride in taking things slow and respecting the land and tradition. They grow their own agaves without using any chemicals, and they are never harvested before fully ripening. They are cooked in traditional stone ovens for 22 hours, after which the remains are converted into fertilizer. Copper-pot stills are used for the first and second fermentation and many details in the production process ensure power efficiency. They have also strived to use solar and wind power, as well as harvesting rainwater. As all their tequila, the G4 Tequila Blanco expression is made from 50% spring water and 50% harvested rainwater and bottled at 80 proof. "Im not in the business of making fancy bottles. Im in the business of making great tequila," says Felipe of their spirits and this unaged version shows it with a smooth agave-forward profile that is as crisp as it is complex.

Traditionally in agriculture before farming the first thing was to slash and burn the ground to produce KASKI (swidden). This also gives the name to the whisky, KASKI the first phase of cultivation – a new beginning.

KASKI has matured only in selected sherry casks, so it has a color of roasted brown sugar. The scent has notes of fruitiness and a light peat. The taste is smooth, grain-like and rich. Teerenpeli Distillery’s typical spicy aftertaste combines raisin-like fruit cake. KASKI whisky is ideal avec drink.

The Stellum Black Equinox is a special, limited release from Stellum Spirits, created with meticulous care to celebrate the arrival of the Vernal Equinox. The process involved layering rare, hand-selected bourbon barrels into the blend until the perfect balance was achieved on the evening of the Equinox, in honor of the changing seasons. This inaugural release is a unique expression of Stellum Bourbon, delivering a complex, layered profile that showcases the brand’s craftsmanship and dedication to excellence.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: A rich golden amber, radiating with warmth and depth.
• Nose: The nose is beautifully subdued at first, opening with aromas of ripe cantaloupe and fresh-cut grass. As it aerates, notes of sugar maple and toffee emerge, joined by a hint of wood spice and a touch of white pepper, adding subtle complexity.
• Palate: The palate reveals dried apricot and honey upfront, unfolding into layers of Saigon cinnamon and bruleéd orange. These rich, sweet flavors transition seamlessly into more delicate notes of grapefruit and jasmine, creating a harmonious balance.
• Finish: The finish is long and slowly developed, with the floral jasmine blooming and leading to deep flavors of sorghum and wood tannins. The final moments are beautifully rounded out with a rich dark chocolate note.

With Water: A few drops of water enhance the fruit-forward qualities of the whiskey, bringing the floral notes to the forefront and softening the alcohol's heat from the back of the tongue to the cheekbones, adding a smooth, velvety finish.

Tasting Notes

• Palate: Upon tasting, honey and lemon first greet the tongue, followed by a slight earthiness akin to black tea. As it develops, brown butter and molasses add depth, revealing a softer side to the whiskey. The spice builds with clove and brown sugar, while hints of cinnamon-apples and chocolate emerge before transitioning into the charred oak tannins that add structure and richness.
• Finish: The finish is long and comprehensive, touching all parts of the palate. It begins with a delicate sweetness of lemon and honey, layered with bold clove, ginger, and tobacco spice. The oak makes its presence known, rounding out the experience with the knowledge that this blend includes some finely aged whiskey.

With Water: Adding water intensifies the charred oak aromas, bringing forward a sweet cinnamon note. On the palate, clove and ginger take center stage, with a touch of burnt orange peel adding complexity. The rich dessert-like notes of brown butter and caramel become more subtle but still present, creating a smooth, rounded finish.

Our premium canned Junmai Ginjo style Japanese sake is crisp, smooth, and easy to drink. Each can has 200ml of pure sake with 13% ABV.

Our canned Junmai Ginjo sake is gentle and incredibly easy to drink. It features aromatic fruity notes such as melon, grapes, and sweet rice. Each sip is even, with a rounded out, dry finish up.

Lighter and less acid than wine, cleaner than spirits, while more elevated and packing a better punch than beer and seltzer.

Our Junmai Ginjo style sake is made using only 4 clean ingredients (rice, water, koji, and yeast). No additives or sulfites added.

Clément 15 YR Rhum Vieux is distilled from sugarcane juice as is typical in Martinique and proudly wears the “AOC Martinique” designation signifying an exemplary degree of expertise in every stage of production.

Maturation: 15 years of tropical aging in ex-Bourbon barrels.

Tasting Notes

Color: Dark Mahogany

Nose: Aromas of bittersweet chocolate and mocha alongside notes of apple pie and fig jam.

Palate: Full-bodied and luxurious mouthfeel punctuated by dried spices and roasted nuts.

Distilled from a mash bill of 80% Texas Corn and 20% Oklahoma Rye, this double casked Straight Bourbon Whiskey is first matured in new American oak for 3-6 years, then cask finished in Napa Valley French Oak wine barrels for outstanding smoothness and complexity. Non-chill filtered.

TASTING NOTES

First, discover the light honey scents and the hints of saffron and of ginger bread tinged with cranberry and vanilla.

The aromas of this cognac come together in an exquisite harmony of delicate surprises and offer a very long length on the mouth.

The journey to create Uncut the Younger began around October 2020. I tried a Straight Bourbon blend before proofing it down and I was really impressed with the flavor profile. It was fruit forward with tons of delicate candy flavors and big cinnamon spice on the finish. My original thought was to create a younger version of Uncut Unfiltered, and release it as a Rare and Limited batch. In December 2020, when the first Rare and Limiteds’ were announced, I quickly realized that a R&L would never retail for less than regular Uncut, so the idea was put on a back burner. A few months later the company that makes our clear stock bottles for Straight, informed me they were coming out with an amber version. I was interested and I knew exactly what to use those for. I let them know I wanted as many as they could get me. Releasing a Rare & Limited younger Uncut was one thing, but being able to offer an affordable cask strength bourbon that could be one of our core expressions AND a high proof lover’s daily sipper, really got me excited. I truly believe having superior and affordable bourbons is essential.  Also I wanted Straight to have a cask strength sibling the way Small Batch has Uncut Unfiltered, it all just made sense. A year and a half later - Uncut the Younger, our second expression in the entry level category is finally here! Consisting mainly of 4 year 36% rye bourbon from several floors and warehouse locations. Uncut the Younger is blended to be fruit forward, with tons of candy flavor notes and finishing with some bold cinnamon spice with gentle heat. It’s non chill filtered so it’s buttery and creamy, drinking more delicately than one would think based on its proof.
