Inspired by memorable dinners and nights out on West 32nd Street in New York City’s Koreatown, we sought to develop an approachable, high-quality Soju to share over any meal, toast with for celebrations, or to kick back and catch up with friends.

Tasting Notes
Tawny and auburn colors highlight Dareringer’s strong character while fragrances of custard, walnut, sherry, and brown sugar raise expectations. On the palate, it delivers a very smooth pleasing mouthfeel balanced with cinnamon, tobacco, oak, caramel, blackcurrant, lemon and cherry, which culminate to a medium to long clean finish with wine, toffee, and toasted pecans.

Wheated Bourbon Finished in PX Sherry Casks at Cask Strength
This super-premium Straight Bourbon Whiskey is carefully crafted by taking fine wheated bourbon aged in alligator char barrels and resting it in hand-made Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks from Spain's renown Casknolia Cooperage. We then intimately blend no more than fifteen barrels to produce our desired flavor profile - a true small batch. Every step we take in our whiskey-making process is intentional. When a spirit is made with this kind of love there's nothing to hide, so we forgo any chill filtering – providing you with the most authentic barrel to bottle flavor in the market – at cask strength.

Adobe Road The 24 Sonoma Red Blend 2016 is a notable wine from Adobe Road Winery, showcasing a harmonious blend of select varietals from Sonoma County. With a rich palate featuring dark fruit, spice, and a hint of oak, this 2016 vintage highlights Adobe Road's commitment to quality winemaking. Whether enjoyed alone or paired with dishes, it offers a sophisticated and pleasurable drinking experience, reflecting the excellence of Sonoma County vineyards.

In 1797 John Sinclair, an innovative kelp merchant, applied for a lease of land known as Ledaig – pronounced ‘letch-ick’ – which means ‘safe haven’. After Sinclair’s first application was rejected, he persevered, remained true to his original vision and, a year later, the distillery was established. Despite a colourful history marked by closures, financial troubles and even a change of name, today Tobermory is a thriving, expressive and unique distillery, true to its idyllic location on the Hebridean island of Mull. The Sinclair Series pays homage to our Founder, John Sinclair, with a number of delicious whiskies handcrafted at our distillery.  This Ledaig Rioja Finish is the first release in this series. Inspired by the Spanish galleon which sank off the harbour of Tobermory more than 400 years ago. Believed to have been laden with jewels, we have finished our smoky Ledaig signature expression in hand selected Rioja casks in honour of the Spanish treasure buried deep off our shoreline. Made with heavily peated barley before being matured in ex-bourbon casks, and finished in hand-selected Spanish Rioja casks, this single malt contains powerful flavours of smoke, spice, grape and sweet berries, with a lingering saltiness. The colour is vibrant and sings of rich, red Rioja, giving it a beautiful vibrant hue. It’s the very definition of our distillery’s expressive nature.

TASTING NOTES

Colour: Ruby Red

Nose: Notes of Turkish delight and rose petals balanced with candied fruits and grapes followed by rich leather and a beautiful peppery spice. A hint of chocolate comes through at the back.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel packed full of almonds, barley and sweet malt with notes of peppery Ledaig, which give way to black raspberries, sweet vanilla and cocoa interspersed with cinnamon spice and hints of freshly cut grass.

Finish: Lingering smoky finish with red fruit and sea spray.

Hailing from an undisclosed Orkney distillery, this 6 year old bottling has been matured in 100% Bourbon casks. Our tasting panel commented on the delicious creamy nature of this dram, showcasing prominent notes of budding gorse, custard creams, heather honey and stroopwafels to name a few.

Our vodka was born out of love of spirits and the desire to support the resistance efforts in Ukraine. Our founder’s family is from Lithuania, and they feel called to support the people of Ukraine. Therefore, 50% of the profit from each bottle goes to the Blue/Yellow USA organization. This vodka has a smooth, clean and crisp flavor with a sweet arome and silky finish.

TASTING NOTES
Waves of butterscotch and ripe cherry meet mint, coconut, and black pepper. A luscious mouthfeel of red fruit and maple leads to an indulgent finish of caramel sweetness with lasting rye spice.

Tasting notes

Intense and brilliant red garnet. Intense red fruit aromas (cherry, raspberry), completed by sweet vanilla notes. Harmonious, supple, well-balanced. The tannins are velvety, the finish is long and exquisite on the fruit. M de Magnol Haut Médoc is a fruity, juicy and elegant wine. 

Food matches: Entrecôte à la Bordelaise, risotto with mushrooms, Asian onion beef, ripe cheeses, red fruit based or dark chocolate based desserts. Best served between 16°C and18°C.

Vineyard Notes
Sourced from the Sta. Rita Hills near Santa Barbara, this is a big, rich California Pinot Noir that serves as a wonderful complement to our Chardonnay. The coastal influence of this region highlights the fruit’s natural acidity and provides for an elegant presentation from start to finish.

Winemaker Notes
100% Pinot Noir sourced from La Viña Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills. Submerged cap fermented in 100% stainless steel. Barrel aged for 10 months in French oak. Bottle aged for 12 months prior to release.

We scoured the world for the most intriguing grapes and sourced them from some of South Australia's finest regions. The Mediterranean climate and alluvial soils yielded one of our most complexly layered wines while maintaining the approachability and balanced acidity that makes SALDO stand out.

Inspired by a long line of Douglas Laing family Fox Terriers, Scallywag Malt Scotch Whisky is a marriage of aged Speyside Single Malts matured predominantly in Spanish Sherry casks. Scallywag is a Small Batch bottling created using only the finest Speyside Malts including - amongst others - Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes. Bottled at 46% alcohol strength and non-chill-filtered, this Small Batch bottling has a distinct rich, dark colour - extracted purely from the fine Spanish Sherry Butts used during maturation.

Our custom-designed pot still allows botanical oils and tannins to remain as distinctive notes on the palate, creating a buttery and herbaceous sipping gin or a unique addition to your favorite savory cocktails.

Citrus oils and juniper berry tannins produce distinct citrus notes followed by notes of cracked black pepper for an overall round and mellow tone with a silky texture and celery salt finish. Try New Deal Gin No. 1 in a dirty martini, Bloody Mary, Silver Fizz or herbaceous sour.
