This limited edition straight bourbon whiskey honors the first 150 years of Yellowstone. Master Blender Nancy Fraley has created a unique, 9 year-old blend of wheated and rye bourbons to help celebrate America’s first national park and the 150th anniversary.

Each of the 150 bottles will come with a leather carrying case, and all sales proceeds will be donated to help support Yellowstone Forever, in their continued efforts to protect, preserve and enhance the future of Yellowstone National Park.

WHEN YOUR WHISKEY COMES FROM A CASTLE, YOU KNOW IT’S FIT FOR A KING.

In 1966, Mark Edwin Andrews purchased Knappogue Castle, a 15th century castle in Ireland, which was then in ruins. He and his wife, a prominent architect, then embarked on an ambitious program of restoration, in an effort to return the structure to its original state of glory and grandeur. It was around this time that Andrews began buying casks of fine pot still whiskey from top distilleries in the country. The casks were further aged and bottled under what is now the Knappogue Castle label. His last bottling, a 1951 vintage aged 36 years, is revered by connoisseurs as the oldest and rarest commercially available Irish whiskey on the market. Many years later, his son, Mark Andrews III, would bring Knappogue 1951 and his father’s legacy to the United States and other international markets.

A 100% agave Tequila with double distillation, aged on fine white oak barrels for a 5 years period. Through a special process allows to preserve of its wooden features, obtaining as an outcome a tequila with sublime scent and flavor with a distinguished pure crystalline color.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Crystalline with great luminosity, transparency and brilliance with silver nuances.

Scent: Very pleasant, standing out strong wood notes, vanilla and spices as an outcome of its aging.

Flavor: Very smooth, exquisite on the palate, with sublime vanilla, chocolate and oak tones for a warm finish.

Crafted in 1992 by Booker Noe as part of the Small Batch collection, Basil Hayden introduced a more subtle side of bourbon compared to its counterparts.

This style of bourbon was inspired by 1792 whiskey pioneer Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr., a rye farmer from Maryland who moved to Kentucky and began distilling. He chose to distill his bourbon with a higher percentage of rye, and Booker set out to create a similar high-rye mash bill that would offer the same refined, approachable taste profile.

Today, this bourbon stands as a tribute to Meredith Basil Hayden, Sr.’s high-rye mash bill ingenuity, as well as to Booker Noe, a true innovator who sought to welcome new drinkers into whiskey.

AROMA: Charred oak and sweet notes of vanilla & caramel with hints of dried fruit

TASTE: Charred oak flavor that is complemented with sweet brown sugar, a touch of black pepper, and dried fruit to round it out

Enjoy the following Cocktail Recipe: 

* 4 oz (120 ml) boiling water
* 2 oz (60 ml) Basil Hayden's Bourbon
* 2 dashes of walnut bitters
* 1 tbsp (14 g) butter
* Cinnamon stick, for garnish
* 1 lemon

Bring the water to a boil. Add your whiskey straight into a coffee or tea glass. Add the water, bitters, and butter, and then stir with a cinnamon stick until the butter is dissolved. Then, to make a string of lemon for garnish, use a lemon zester or sharp paring knife to gently go around the top of the lemon to create a spiral. Clean up the excess with the paring knife.  Garnish the drink with a string of lemon and a cinnamon stick. Great for colds!

This beautifully complex 30 years old single malt is a tale of two worlds. With respect for the past and a passion for the future, our 30 years old single malt brings together the old and the new. In 2019, when the distillery met its new owners, some of our precious 30 years old spirit was taken and filled into new, specially selected European Oak sherry casks where it continued its maturation for a further year. It was then carefully blended with spirit that had slumbered for all three decades in the original wood. New ownership, new Whisky Maker, new wood, 30 years old casks and aged spirit all combine to create this luxuriant single malt.

Dos Artes Tequila is made from estate-grown 100% blue agave, presented in One Liter (1L) hand-painted ceramic bottles, each bottle is unique and has a story of its own. This tequila is distributed in limited amounts.

Distilled from 100% malted barley, grown in Colorado and the surrounding states, and malted in Golden, Colorado. It is mashed, fermented, distilled at Golden Moon distillery, and aged in New American Oak casks. It is then bottled at 46% ABV (92 Proof). Golden Moon Principium is a uniquely Colorado Whiskey. Golden Moon Principium has a warm, sweet and malty nose characteristic. Great malt character on the palate, with a nice sweetness, caramel notes, and a spiciness on the finish.

Introducing the fifth chapter of the Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach series—Midleton Very Rare Dair Ghaelach Kilranelagh Wood. Once again, the rarity of Midleton Very Rare meets the luxury of Irish oak to bring you an exceptional offering from the pinnacle of Irish whiskey.  

This release takes us to Kilranelagh Estate near Baltinglass, County Wicklow. Situated amid rolling hills and picturesque features, the native Irish woodland on the estate has been managed carefully and in tune with nature by one family, the Westerholt for many years. When their great Irish oak had reached the end of their life cycle and were ready to be felled so the new oak could grow in their place, they knew they wanted their legacy to live on—and Midleton Very Rare Master Distiller Kevin O’Gorman knew that he had the perfect whiskey which would bring new life to these relics of a time gone by through finishing in this Irish oak.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Forest notes of fresh pine accompanied by floral honey and ground pepper at first, while sweet and tropical fruits can be detected amongst the herbal green tea and freshly mown hay. The use of the native Irish oak lends itself to creating distinctive aromas of smoked almonds with sweet vanilla and cinnamon that are complimented by the pot still savoury spices.

Taste: Robust and lively at first with notes of dried chilli flakes and red bell peppers which quickly soften, allowing notes of candied orange and crisp red apple to shine through. The oak continues to deliver sweet vanilla and cinnamon spice throughout, while the pot still spices add a hearty and full-bodied nature to this complex and intricate whiskey.

Finish: Wonderfully long finish which sees the pot still spices and oak linger, almost effortlessly, for an age.

This exquisite rye whiskey is distilled by the Diageo-owned Orphan Barrel Whiskey Distilling Company, which is known for its unique and rare blends of whiskey.

The Scarlet Shade is a limited-edition release that is aged for 14 years in charred oak barrels, giving it a rich, deep amber color and a complex flavor profile. The nose is filled with notes of vanilla, caramel, and toffee, with hints of spice and a subtle smokiness. On the palate, the whiskey is smooth and mellow, with flavors of dark fruit, oak, and rye spice, and a touch of sweetness from the aging process.

One of the unique features of Orphan Barrel Scarlet Shade is its high rye content, which gives it a distinct spiciness and complexity that is highly sought after by whiskey aficionados. The rye grain used in the whiskey is sourced from various distilleries across North America, giving it a unique blend of flavors and aromas.

This whiskey is bottled at 90 proof, which is slightly higher than the typical proof for rye whiskey. This higher proof gives the Scarlet Shade a more robust flavor and a longer finish, making it ideal for sipping straight or mixing in a classic whiskey cocktail.

We take our delicious Copalli white rum, place it into a tank to rest with roasted, 100% organic cacao nibs grown on the neighboring Copal Tree Farm. Over several weeks, the cacao nibs infuse a rich chocolate flavor and aroma into the rum, which is then redistilled to create a smooth finished premium product that is delicious on the rocks or for your favorite rum cocktail recipes.

Before industrial distillation, America’s original farmers would malt a small portion of their grain to start fermentation, the essential step that turns water and rye into glorious whiskey. As a nod to the farmers, Double Malt Rye is crafted from a mash bill of Rye, Malted Rye and Malted Barley. History aside, these grains unite in a show-stopping Rye Whiskey that stretches far and wide across the flavor spectrum. Its base of 79% Rye delivers bold, peppery spice, while 15% Malted Rye adds soft, floral and earthy character. A final 6% of malted barley brings rich, sweet, toasted notes.

A premium rye whiskey that is handcrafted in Newport, Kentucky. The distillery is known for its commitment to traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients, and this rye whiskey is no exception.

Like the bourbon whiskey, this rye whiskey is also a single barrel expression, meaning that each bottle comes from a single barrel that has been carefully selected and aged for a minimum of four years. The barrels used are made from new charred oak, which imparts rich flavors and aromas to the whiskey.

New Riff Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile. On the nose, there are notes of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, as well as hints of vanilla and caramel. The palate is spicy and full-bodied, with flavors of black pepper, tobacco, and dark fruit. The finish is long and warming, with a touch of sweetness that lingers on the tongue.

This rye whiskey is bottled at cask strength, which means that it is not diluted before bottling and has a higher alcohol content than many other rye whiskeys. This gives it a powerful, intense flavor that is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors.
