An organic cider produced on the Cotentin peninsula in Normandy by woman cider maker - Marie-Agnes Herout. Maison Herout AOC Cotentin Cuvée Tradition Brut Cider is the latest vintage that has been released by the Maison Herout Estate.  Each year, the estate creates a series of vintage ciders that represent a specific year's harvest.  This latest release is from the 2020 harvest.
Like wine, the flavors of these vintage ciders change each year depending on how the weather has affected the apple production.

Full bodied and spicy, the Cuvée Tradition Brut 2020 distinguishes itself by its orange gold color and very fine bubbles.  Subtle aromas reminiscent of butter and dried herbs. On the mouth, a level of acidity that assures balance while allowing a refreshing sharpness to come through

Maker Notes

Wheated Bourbon Whiskey. Crafted in Minnesota, a mere 150 miles from Dylan's birthplace, the grains are cultivated, distilled, and aged in the heart of the North Country. AGE: 7 Years

NOSE: The aroma reveals a harmonious blend of sweet notes and oak influence. Prominent notes of honey and caramel balanced with delicate hints of dried fruit, toasted vanilla and a touch of nutmeg.

PALATE: Full-bodied, velvety texture. The wheat component contributes to a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, enhancing the overall sipping experience.

Appearance: Amazing clarity with a light reflecting brilliance.

Aroma: Initially slightly sweet, the aroma settles beautifully into hints of slate and rainwater.

Palate: Nicely dry up front with an essence of grain. An amazing creaminess with a velvety texture and a depth on the mid-palate. Finish is long with corn sweetness.

This exceptional rum has spent nearly 40 years aging in oak barrels, resulting in a complex flavor profile with notes of dried fruits, honey, vanilla, caramel, and dark chocolate. It's a limited-edition masterpiece that showcases the expertise of both companies and is highly sought after by connoisseurs and collectors worldwide. Dictador 2 Masters Laballe 1975 is a true testament to the art of aging and craftsmanship in the world of rum.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Lovely soft vanilla notes of bourbon and white flowers kick off the aroma, with white chocolate and raspberry to follow. Sultanas, and hints of an autumnal forest floor. Complex and well balanced.

Palate: Maple with pecans and smoked liquorice, aniseed and star anise. Some malty notes with blood orange, red apples and a touch of triple sec.

Finish: White pepper, sweet tea and some notes of fresh ginger. Candied oranges dipped in dark chocolate.

RUMZCAL 99 marries a 66 % Ron Colón Dark Aged Rum together with a 33% Mezcal finished at a 99 proof. The Lopez Real distillery, which is a 4th generation family business, processes the Maguey Espadin from Oaxaca.

Maker Notes

Citrus peel on the nose followed by layers of soft vanilla. This crystal-clear spirit has the smooth, medium-light body and clean flavor profile of a classic wheat vodka. The bite of crisp pepper evolves into a long finish of caramel, lemon, and orange zest. We filter our vodka once using minimal charcoal to retain the character of locally sourced grain, while our fractioning still ensures a superior clarity and sharply focused structure. This complex, opulent vodka is delicious simply on the rocks or with a twist.

The First Cristalino Mezcal, Tepeztate and Espadn Blend

Using our unique charcoal filtration technology, which gives us the ability to remove the color picked up from the barrel aging process, we have brought the cristalino category to mezcal. The Mezcal Cristalino is a blend of Espadn and the wild Tepeztate strains of agave. We leave you with an aged, yet clear variation, that is incredibly smooth, yet perplexingly complex.

Our Four Grain Bourbon story starts with two Colorado family farms where heritage corn and heirloom varietals of wheat, barley and rye are grown. Those grains find their expression during our labor-intensive cooking technique, bringing each grain’s individual character to life, while open-air sour mash adds soulful complexity. After three years in 53-gallon charred oak barrels, influenced by our high-altitude climate, an entirely novel bourbon unfolds.

Dano's Ultra-Premium, award-winning Tequila is hand-crafted using 100% Agave in small batches at a family-owned distillery dating back to 1840. The traditional production methods, including our 180 year old hornos and copper distillation, creates a Tequila that some say is so smooth, it's dangerous.

Taylor Fladgate is one of the few remaining houses to produce a 30 Year Old aged tawny Port. Selected red Ports produced in the eastern areas of the Douro Valley are matured in seasoned oak casks in Taylor Fladgate cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia. Here, the cool and damp coastal climate encourages a slow and gentle ageing process, producing aromas of great complexity and finesse.

Only every two or three years is a reserve of Port with sufficient structure, fruit and power to age is laid aside to age in oak casks. Those that have reached their peak after thirty years are then blended together for balance and finesse, and to ensure consistency of quality and style. The 30 year old tawny is one such wine.
 

Tasting Notes

Deep, old gold colour with hints of dried fruit and honey offsetting the rich nutty aromas. Lush, silky richness with an elegant, slightly austere quality which is quite distinctive. Subtle dried fruit flavours underly, exotic layers of caramel and nuts culminating in an endless finish.

Mythology Needle Pig Gin is a dry modern gin distilled with six natural botanicals that include Italian juniper, coriander seed, orris root, grapefruit peel, star anise and sage. Sage spice and sweet pine on the nose complimented by resinous citrus from the juniper and ripe grapefruit. On the palate sweet jam up front, followed by grapefruit citrus, licorice and pine. As the spirit transforms, there is nice anise spice on the mid palate with subtle floral notes. Lasting citrus and sage on the finish.

In the Wild Backcountry
A Trapper glided quietly through a field of juniper until he crossed paths with a Needle Pig. They both froze. The Trapper’s hand moved slowly to his spear when a mighty roar exploded from the forest. He grabbed his spear. The Needle Pig spread its quills & they both turned to face a charging grizzly bear. At the prospect of facing such a ferocious defense, the bear turned and fled.

Inspired by the spirit of Needle Pig, we hand a botanical gin that’s not afraid to stand on its own.

American Born Apple Whiskey is handcrafted and infused with Real Apple Juice and natural flavors with a taste of tart green apples with a hint of rye in the finish. Enjoy on the rocks, with ginger ale or club soda.
