Another masterpiece out of San Luis del Rio, it has a nose of fruit aromatics, a hint of honey, vanilla and roast agave; the palate offers ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish. Viva VIDA!

Launched in 2010, it is highly mixable and has arrived to much anticipated industry acceptance and high bartender demand. Hand crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills to flavor specifications that underscore its versatility in cocktails.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dark chocolate fudge with cinnamon and pepper spices, followed by lush fruit – green apples, mango, banana and guavas

Palate: Rich and complex. A creamy texture with hints of vanilla, oak and cinnamon, and a hint of nutty toffee

Espolòn Flor de Oro is a Reposado Tequila to honor and celebrate one of the greatest traditions in Mexican culture, Día de Los Muertos. A new to world expression of tequila, made by taking Reposado, aged in new Oak barrels, and blended with organic Marigold Extract; creating a unique, and elegant flavor profile. 100% hand-harvested Blue Weber Agave is cooked in autoclaves and distilled in both pot and column stills. Creating a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness.

Our aged liquid, matured for at least two months in America Oak barrels, is finished with a Marigold extract to achieve a refined and elegant Reposado taste.

Our limited edition anniversary rum is distilled from cane sugar and molasses and masterfully blended using woods from around the world including Mongolian, French, and Brazilian. The time spent in these cask leads to additional depth of flavor and character.

Subtle hints of vanilla, oak, and caramel which are extracted over time from the wood of the traditional American Oak Barrel. The additional woods yield unique tasting notes like toasted sugar, allspice, nutmeg, and sweet tobacco. This magical combination produces a lighter, more refined spirit.

100% de Agave Reposado has been aged for just less than a year in new  white oak barrels. The oak barrels give Reposado a mellowed taste,  pleasing bouquet, and its pale color. Reposado keeps the blue agave  taste and is gentler to the palate. It has a distinct taste that  acquires a sophisticated nuance without losing its great heritage. The  Reposado barrels, called pipon, are usually made of white oak and  accommodate Tequila batches of up to 10,000 liters.

Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. traces their roots back to the 1880's, to the heart of Henderson Kentucky. Peerless Whiskey was founded by a businessman with a bold personality Henry Kraver, who revived the brand from the brink of ruin in the late 1880s. Under Kraver's guidance, rose from the ashes, increasing production 25-fold. But the growth of the brand was subsequently stunted by the very unforgiving era of Prohibition. Now, a century later, Peerless Whisky is in the hands of Kraver's great-grandson Corky Taylor and great-great-grandson Carson Taylor. Keeping Kraver's legacy alive, the duo has resurrected the brand, even distilling under the original Distilled Spirits Plant number, DSP-KY-50 in a centuries-old warehouse in downtown Louisville, near the Ohio River. Peerless Whiskey is distilled using a process that values quality over cost. They use a sweet mash, which is costlier than the more commonly used sour mash. The spirit also enters the barrel at a lower 107 proof, which results in the use of 17% more barrels. Produced in Northern France near the Belgium border, Wignac Ciders are 100% organic ciders made from table apples, cider apples and juice from wine grapes from Burgundy! The ciders have no added sugar, no added sulfites, and are naturally gluten-free.

The Wignac estate was established in 2016, when Edouard and Eliane de Merode, a brother and sister, started producing Wignac cider in the Ardennes. Many Americans remember the Ardennes as the region where major battles of WWI and WWII took place.  Edouard and Eliane want to show that the Ardennes can also be known for something beautiful too - its cider.
Located near the famous terroir of the Champagne region, Edouard and Eliane seek to reinvent and rejuvenate the image of cider and the region while maintaining the traditional making of cider on the Wignac estate. Both Edouard and Eliane grew up in the countryside surrounded by the nature, so was only natural to have their estate certified organic. And before their orchards were planted, the estate already boasted organic Angus cows.

Wignac was the name of Edouard and Eliane’s great-great grandmother, la Marquise de Wignac, from whom Edouard and Eliane inherited the Domaine du Château de Guignicourt sur Vence (Ardennes – France) The château was built in 1710 by the Wignacourt family and it has been in the family ever since – despite being seized during the French Revolution.  It was eventually given back to the family by Napolean I in the early 1800’s!

Wignac ciders are unique and unlike traditional French ciders. ‘Le Lièvre” is a mix of cider apples and table apples. “Le Goupil” is a rosé cider made of cider and table apples to which juice from wine grapes from Burgundy has been added. 

Le Lievre offers aromas and flavors of a fresh apple, picked directly from the tree. Le Goupil offers delicate aromas and flavors of apples, with a hint of sweetness from the juice from wine grapes.
