Thomas S. Moore Cognac Casks Bourbon Whiskey is a standout from Barton 1792 Distillery's renowned Thomas S. Moore line, released in March 2022. Part of the second batch, this bourbon undergoes a unique extended cask finishing process. Crafted from the distillery's high-rye bourbon recipes aged 5-6 years, it receives a finishing touch in cognac casks previously holding cognac for 6+ years. After 2-4 years of maturation, this exceptional blend is bottled at 93.4 proof.

Using the finest blue agave plant and a time honored distillation process, Don Julio Blanco Tequila is tequila in its truest form. Don Julio® Blanco Tequila is the base from which all of our other variants are derived. The Bottled In Bond Act of 1897 was created to regulate the quality of American whiskeys. Before this act was passed, whiskey had few regulatory guidelines and was often adulterated with additives and colorants.

After the act was passed, distilleries could label their whiskey as Bottled In Bond if it met specific criteria.

American Whiskey has of course become far more regulated since 1897. Present day Bottled In Bond whiskeys use the term to signify a true grain to bottle product. Every Oregon Spirit Bottled In Bond barrel is carefully selected by our distillers, and is bottled and stamped with its unique barrel code to showcase what makes that particular barrel a part of our single barrel program.

The Untamed whiskey is a combination of malt and grain that has been double distilled and aged in white oak 'Bourbon' casks. It is non-chill filtered and comes at cask strength. With its clean and bright pale yellow color, this whiskey has a light and floral aroma that gives way to a palate filled with bright citrus flavors and a touch of spice. It has a surprisingly long and smooth finish, making it a versatile addition to any whiskey collection. Enjoy it straight, chilled, or on the rocks, as it is the perfect blend of strength and sophistication.

Tasting Notes

The Palate has some citrus flavors and a hint of spice, with a long and soft finish for a cask strength whiskey. A high quality blend.

The Bruichladdich Thirty has spent the entirety of its maturation life in handpicked, exceptionally rare ex-Bourbon casks. A limited and refined single malt Scotch whisky, The Bruichladdich Thirty is bottled at 43% bringing the sweetness of toasted oak, honey and soft vanilla to the fore.

Delicate yet complex, a hint of dark chocolate complements the spirit’s elegant floral profile while the gentle influence of sea air lingers – a subtle nod to the whisky’s all Islay maturation.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Pale Gold.

NOSE: The gentle influence of oak opens on the nose, bringing notes of coconut, wild gorse flowers, Brazil nuts and a hint of vanilla. Subtle floral notes of geranium and rose are paired with pear drops and candied lemons, with soft spices and a whisper of cinnamon complementing Bruichladdich’s signature maritime character.

PALATE: The delicate sweetness of toasted oak comes to the fore, followed by light fruits, honey, fudge and a hint of leather. The gentle floral profile opens with time, revealing an immense depth of flavour. The American oak shapes the softness of the flavour, with the delicate salty tang of fresh Islay sea air unmistakable on the palate.

FINISH: The spirit’s all-Islay maturation significantly influences the finish, with a vibrant tang of sea salt balanced with warm oak, while soft vanilla and sweet coconut lingers.

Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

As a symbol of our offering to the makers who came before us and whose inspiration roused us to seek a future all our own, Cataleja Texas Single Malt is one of the most complex and unique whiskies in our portfolio. The Single Malt made with 100% Golden Promise Malted Barley was first aged in refill casks, then in a variety of decommissioned Sherry Solera puncheons: Moscatel, Amontillado Dulce, Oloroso, & Palo Cortado. The word Cataleja is a loose translation of the English word spyglass. As we chart our course, we honor our elders by viewing the horizon through their lens, learning the lessons we need to chart our own course and ensuring the future of Texas whiskies and American Single Malts.

TASTING NOTES

ON THE NOSE, Cataleja is bright yet earthy with notes of brandied figs dusted with smoked paprika that build to sautéed apricots served on an olive wood spoon. Deeper breaths reveal sophisticated savory notes of sobrasada garnished with orange zest, mossy cherry cavendish, and venison jerky in browned butter.

ON THE PALATE, it is sticky with brooding notes of medjool dates stuffed with cashew butter, cacao nib, and ground clove which transitions to vibrant notes of eucalyptus oil and burnt lemon peel. Pineapple kebabs on matchstick and cinnamon skewers fade to a bittersweet finish of licor de hierbas and affogato made with cherry ice cream.

RED BUSH is aged in first-fill bourbon barrels for an intense bourbon finish, combined with the signature smoothness of triple-distilled Irish whiskey. RED BUSH is a well-rounded whiskey that is as versatile as it is complex. 

TASTING NOTES

Bushmills RED BUSH is an exceptionally smooth blend of our triple-distilled Irish single malt and fine Irish grain whiskey. Matured in American white oak bourbon casks, this exciting new blend provides a perfect balance of sweet, nutty and vanilla notes with hints of bourbon – which makes for a great choice for those new to Irish whiskey and frequent bourbon drinkers.

Meaning “extra aged” or “vintage”, aged for over 3 years. Perfect balance of sweetness from the Blue agaves, with subtle hints of spice and barrel oak, with a lingering smooth finish.

Naked Diablo’s Extra Añejo is aged to perfection in smaller batches for a minimum of 3 years in 10 year old Bourbon oak barrels. Balanced, rich and Extraordinarily smooth, with astonishing depth. This dark amber tequila is full-bodied and strikes the perfect balance between bourbon, roasted nuts, toasted coconut, and vanilla bean with notes of white pepper and tropical fruits.

It is best experienced neat or simply on the rocks.

The Whistler P.X. I Love You Single Malt is a fantastic example of the decadence of the Pedro Ximénez sherry and the influence this fortified wine’s casks can have on excellent single malt Irish whiskey. Finished for at least 9 months in PX casks this single malt exudes delicious sherry influence. 100% malted barley, initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in ex-PX Sherry Casks for 9 months.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Fantastically delicious sherry nose. Dried berries, raisins, cherries and sultanas/ golden raisins, with candied orange and sticky brown/ demerara sugar.

PALATE: Wood forward opening, with an incredibly viscous yet crisp palate. The dried fruits and brown sugar from the nose are joined on the palate by walnut, zesty citrus and a hint of leather.

FINISH: Walnut, dried fruits and the subtle wood prickle remain for a lengthy dry finish with a subtle hint of dark chocolate.

The 2020 Patrimony is aging at a leisurely pace, it takes time in the glass to unfold to rich blackberry pie, roasted coffee, chargrill and a shimmery streak of graphite. The velvety palate is packed with sweet berry fruit and savory accents and finishes tightly wound. It's barely nudged in bottle this year and will continue to develop over the next 15+ years.

The 2020 Patrimony Cabernet Sauvignon is nothing short of a blockbuster. This is an uber-concentrated wine that offers explosive aromas of lilac, hibiscus, thyme and dark chocolate. Intense qualities of ripe blackberries, black currant and blueberries accompany a beautiful harmony of flavors that begin with a impressive entry and linger for several minutes. Full-bodied and silky in texture, this wine displays immense elegance backed by a wonderful minerality, all while remaining fresh and vibrant. East Imperial

A world-class collection of New Zealand made tonic waters and mixers. All-natural, low sugar, and inspired by a 1903 recipe. The spirit of exploration lies at the heart of East Imperial. We set out to be true to the quinine water found in the tumblers of the early pioneers and settlers in East Africa and East Asia at the turn of the last century. We began with a genuine family history, and worked with the best global distillers and bartenders to create a collection based on tradition with an obsession for exceptional drinking experiences.

Soda Water

To keep with the spirit of discovery that is at the heart of East Imperial, we travelled the world to find the purest, unfiltered spring water to create our Soda Water (aka Seltzer Water or Club Soda). Our water is sustainably sourced from a mineral spring located on the North Island of New Zealand. This high-quality water gives East Imperial the authentic taste of original tonic waters which were also made from the purest springs in East Africa and East Asia at the turn of the last century.

Light, refreshing and effervescent throughout, balanced with an ever so slight salinity to finish.

The Glenfarclas distillery is a family business in its truest sense, having been in the hands of the Grant family for 6 generations. The distillery, which started its operations before 1791 and was first granted a license in 1836, was bought by John Grant in 1865. Grant, a well-known cattle breeder, first leased the distillery to his distant cousin John Smith. When Smith left in 1870 to start the Cragganmore distillery, John's son George took over. In 1890 George died only a year after his father, and left the distillery to his widow and two sons, John and George. George's sons, George S. Grant and John P. Grant incorporated Glenfarclas as a private limited company in 1947, and a few years later George was appointed the chairman of the company, staying at the helm for 52 years. The early years of George's tenure were marked by rapid growth and expansion, with the production doubling due to high demand from blenders. In the late 1960s, demand for whisky started to decline, and Glenfarclas lost its biggest client. George made the wise decision to put aside more stock for the distillery's own bottling instead of relying heavily on the demand from blenders. This resulted in the distillery now having an abundance of aged stock, and their warehouses currently hold casks of the past seven decades. Now the distillery is run by the 5th and 6th generation of the family, still faithful to the vision of creating the finest Highland single malt whisky in the Speyside way. With over 150 years of experience in the family, the distillery produces a traditional Highland malt with a heavy sherry influence using artisan methods handed down through generations. Glenfarclas is one of the few distilleries using direct fired stills, and their six stills are the biggest in Speyside. The spirit is distilled twice before being put in casks, which are kept in traditional dunnage warehouses. Glenfarclas's 10-year expression is aged in the finest European oak casks used once for Oloroso sherry, which are personally picked by John Grant at a family-owned bodega in Spain. The youngest of the eight whiskies in the distillery's aged range has a depth and finish you would expect from a much older drum.

BELA (translated as “white”) is a clear and clean rakija od šljiva (plum rakija) made from a 50-50 blend of hyperlocal, handpicked Čačanska rodna and Čačanska lepotica plums, both native to the region of central/southern Serbia.

With a lower alcohol by volume than PRVA, BELA it is a clean, floral beverage, and gentle on the palate. Though abundant with fruit, it is also pleasantly dry and ridiculously easy to drink.

BELA is reminiscent of slivovitz from more northern European neighbors like Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic, but with a distinctive nose and taste that, and in our opinion, just puts anything comparable to shame.

In a blind tasting at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, the judges agreed, and awarded it a double gold medal! This is a drink you can sip, slightly chilled like a grappa, and opens entirely new possibilities in the realm of cocktails.
