As natives to the Pacific Northwest, we knew there were few places in the world that produced fruit as flavorful and abundant as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The rich soil, pure water, and exceptional climate allow the fruit to develop unparalleled taste and balance—which is crucial for creating an authentic tasting spirit.

Each bottle of Wild Roots starts with 6 times filtered corn-based vodka, infused with real fruit the Pacific Northwest is best known for. To capture the essence of the beautiful Northwest, we chose fruits that weren’t only rich in flavor, but history as well.

Maker Notes

Chivas 12 is a classic for a reason. Made up of the finest malt and grain Scotch whiskies, this 12-year-old blended Scotch whisky is our signature status blend – and never fails to delive. Our signature 12-year-old whisky is a blend of iconic Speyside flavours. Over the years our Master Blenders have maintained the classic taste created in the 19th century by the pioneers of blended Scotch whisky, founders John and James Chivas.

THE BLEND

Only the finest malt and grain whiskies lie within Chivas 12. Within the 12-year-old Scotch whiskies that go into our signature blend you’ll find Strathisla single malt, Strathclyde single grain and more to create a whisky that’s remarkably smooth. Distinctive Speyside flavours of crisp orchard fruits, wild heather and sweet honey can be found in every sip of Chivas 12, with a rich and generous taste that’s synonymous with our house style. TASTING NOTES

CASK FINISH: A variety of casks are used for maturation of the 12-year-old Scotch whiskies that make up this blend, leading to a greater depth and character.

NOSE: An aromatic infusion of wild herbs, heather, honey and orchard fruits.

PALATE: Round and creamy with a full, rich taste of honey and ripe pears alongside vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch notes.

FINISH: Rich and lingering.

The Kilchoman whisky distillery has released a new limited edition single malt that has been finished for 9 months in mezcal casks sourced from Oaxaca, Mexico. This Royal Mile Whisky exclusive is the first mezcal cask whisky released by Kilchoman and has garnered attention among whisky enthusiasts. Despite being produced in Oaxaca, mezcal is also made in other regions of Mexico such as Durango, Guerrero, San Luis Potosi, Zacatecas, and Puebla. However, the use of the term "mezcal" is regulated by the Norma Oficial Mexicana (NOM) and certification can be costly, leading some producers to use alternative terms like "agave spirits" or "destilados de agave". While some may perceive these alternative labels as inferior, many of the best examples of mezcal come from small-scale producers who cannot afford certification and who believe that "mezcal" is a way of life and tradition rather than a state-controlled designation.

Its complex nose exhibits preserved lemon, smoked baked apples, green bell peppers, toffee, and honey, while the palate delivers tangy notes of lime, apple, syrupy pineapple, and chilli pepper heat. The finish is medium to long in length with peat smoke and lingering pineapple sweetness. While the whisky loses some of its definition when diluted, it remains a top-notch representation of the unique interplay between mezcal casks and Kilchoman's signature peated Islay whisky.

Patron El Cielo sets a new standard for silver tequila with its innovative distillation process. By distilling the spirit four times and utilizing a unique, small copper pot still at the Hacienda Patron, Master Distiller David Rodriguez has unlocked the sweet flavors of agave for an unparalleled taste experience. Crafted using only the finest ingredients, the white whiskey boasts a rich and complex flavor profile. Its 100% corn grain base is a nod to the traditional grain base used for "authentic" moonshine from the eastern mountains of the US. Despite being bottled at a gentle 80 proof, the whiskey still packs a punch, delivering a smooth and satisfying finish that lingers on the palate.

Nestville 9 Year old is the result of expert blending and aging techniques, with only the most exceptional grain and malt whiskies selected from archive stocks. These carefully crafted distillates have been aged in new virgin oak and bourbon casks, allowing for a bold and dynamic flavor to develop. Tromba Australia where it all started...

La Tromba is Spanish slang for a sudden and intense rain storm. But it’s much more than that. It means something big is happening – change is brewing and nothing will ever be the same again. 

So when three friends, Eric Brass, Nick Reid and James Sherry, met in Guadalajara back in 2005, it was between sips of tequila that they made a pact to no longer live conventional lives or work typical jobs. For them, everything would change as they vowed to make extraordinary tequila their passion to pursue. They found partners in maverick master distiller, Marco Cedano, and his son, Rodrigo. These were men skilled in the art of turning blue agave into bottled brilliance.

Despite having little money and many naysayers, the partners traveled bar to bar to build the groundswell for their tequila – one made in the rugged Jalisco highlands where the finest tequilas in the world hail from. This is where we work to define a powerful force in new world tequila – Tequila Tromba. Every bottle contains the perfect storm of youthful boldness and weathered wisdom; embodying the adventurous spirit of those who make it for those who wish to take life by storm.

A deep gold color, Tromba Añejo is aged in white oak barrels for 20-24 months and exudes agave flavours rich in complexity. Gentle hints of oak and caramelized agave sweetness paired with rich chocolate, nuts and ripe dried fruit. Expect a sophisticated, honeyed finish.

Born from generations of wine makers and distillers dating back to the 16th century, Jean-Sébastien Robicquet, the Master Distiller of CÎROC has the art of distilling in his veins. Jean-Sébastien is based in Villevert, France in the renowned wine region of Cognac.

Jean-Sébastien earned his Oenology diploma in 1988, and a Masters in Law, Economics and Management of the Wine Industry in 1990. He combined his distilling expertise and his skill as an oenologist to create CÎROC Vodka in 2003. Jean-Sébastien has been recognized by the Great Council of Bordeaux Wines as ‘Commandeur de Bordeaux,’ in acknowledgement of his resolve for high quality, superior and honest products.

Unlike most vodkas, which are made from grain, CÎROC Vodka is distilled from fine French grapes; a process inspired by over a century of wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. It is the fine French grapes and the fifth distillation at the historic Maison Villevert Distillery in the South of France that gives CÎROC Vodka a distinctive flavour with an exceptionally fresh, citrus taste.

Fine French grapes are specially selected for harvest and made into a wine. The wine is distilled four times in column stills. In the fifth distillation, CÎROC Vodka is truly created in a traditional, tailor-made copper pot still at Maison Villevert Salles d’Angles in the south of France.

What is CÎROC vodka made from?

While some vodkas originate from wheat or other grains (there are even some potato-based vodkas), CÎROC is five-times distilled from fine French grapes giving it a distinct and fruity taste.

Since Baileys launched in 1974 we've paid a premium for top quality milk from our farmer-owned co-operative dairy supplier. Through them, we ensure the high standards of animal welfare and traceability in the milk that transforms into Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur. In recent years we've reduced the amount of water used in our factories and switched to 100% renewable electricity to power them. We pay our employees a living wage and ensure they have access to leading benefits, like six months paid family leave for parents.

But we know we need to go further, like reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from our suppliers that produce our delicious Baileys. Our recipe for good is still in the making. That’s why we’re working to improve our impact all the time and have set ambitious goals for 2030.

FÉLIX RAMÍREZ MENDEZ

YOGANA, EJUTLA, OAX.

The village of Yogana is located at the southern end of the Ejutla district of Oaxaca. Like all of his neighbors, Félix is a full-time farmer. Unlike many of his neighbors, Félix is also a part-time mezcalero, working with several species of agave that he plants between rows of seasonal crops, and distills on equipment unique to Ejutla that allow his spirits can reach proof in a single pass. We first met Félix, when we stopped at his wife’s store, and he offered us a pour of espadín he had in an old olive oil bottle.

Catrina History

La Catrina was a zinc etching originally created in 1910 by Mexican printmaker Jose Guadalupe Posada. He was known for his images of political and social satire. She became a symbolic figure during the time of the Mexican Revolution. 

​La Catrina is often associated with Dia de Los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a pre-Colombian Meso-American observace of death and life that is celebrated on November 2nd in all of Mexico, the Yucatan Peninsula and parts of Central America.

​La Catrina in her elegance broad-brimmed hat first appeared in a satirical engraving that mocked those who pretended to be of a higher class, even if that meant starving, and going painfully thin, or without flesh. 

​To this day, La Catrina continues to be a symbolic figure. She has become part of the imagery for Dia de los muertos but also she can be found in books, cartoons, posters, figurines and artwork spanning over 100 years.

This artwork was created around 1910-1913 by José Guadalupe Posada in an etching called “La Calavera Catrina,” originally known as “La Calavera Garbancera.” She was created as a satirical image. Now we adapt Mexico's great folflore into a one of a kind Tequila Package, Dona Celia Tequila. Made out of ceramic and hand painted designs, this doll not only has a beautiful design but has a high quality 100% Agave Tequila to compliment inside.

About the Brand

Grand Mayan’s handcrafted tequila is produced with the purest, central-highland Blue Agave with the highest standards of production. Based in Guadalajara, the capital of Jalisco, Mexico, Grand Mayan takes painstaking pride in not only the tequila itself but also in its presentation.
Each unique ceramic decanter is handcrafted, individually numbered, and painted by local Mexican artists in Mexico City, making each bottle a piece of artwork, but it’s what’s inside that is truly a masterpiece.

We carefully select a blend of different aged Tequilas with the oldest aged up to five years. Our Extra Aged Tequila is bottled in hand made traditional Talavera ceramic decanters. These beautiful bottles are hand painted by local artisans in Mexico City. Perfectly smooth with notes of sweet nuts, blue agave, and rich chocolate. This leads to a layered and delicious long finish.

The Usquaebach 15-Year Blended Malt is a marriage of some of the finest Highland single malts, aged carefully for at least 15 years and some as old as 20 in oak and sherry casks. When purity and strength is what is desired, this beautiful yet masculine Scotch whisky delivers robust aromas and intense richness. Recognized throughout the whisky-drinking world for its quality, the 15-Year Blended Malt has won numerous accolades, including the Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco International Spirits Competition.

GRIZZLY BEAST

SINGLE SEASON, SINGLE DISTILLERY

This rare whiskey was bottled under the strict tenets of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. Aged in the temperate climate of the Northern California coast, the original distillate was altered only by the addition of pure water from the Russian River Valley aquifer. This is the purest expression of Redwood Empire’s craft.
