In the crowded world of vodka, something was missing. There were no natural options. Artificial fruit extracts, flavors, and colors lined the shelves, and we knew something had to be done. So through our desire for naturally infused spirits, Wild Roots was born.

As natives to the Pacific Northwest, we knew there were few places in the world that produced fruit as flavorful and abundant as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The rich soil, pure water, and exceptional climate allow the fruit to develop unparalleled taste and balance—which is crucial for creating an authentic tasting spirit.

Each bottle of Wild Roots starts with 6 times filtered corn-based vodka, infused with real fruit the Pacific Northwest is best known for. To capture the essence of the beautiful Northwest, we chose fruits that weren’t only rich in flavor, but history as well.

Old Carter is the passion project of “flavor chaser” partners Mark Carter and Sherri Carter, whose beverage industry roots trace back to award-winning careers in the California wine business. After resurrecting the long-dormant bourbon brand Kentucky Owl in 2011, the two were irreversibly hooked on the art of whiskey making and blending. Kentucky Owl sold unexpectedly in 2017, but by then Sherri & Mark were so enamored with the vibrant spirit of Kentucky’s whiskey community, they made a commitment to carry on their love affair with whiskey by making a statement of their own, right in the Bluegrass. And Old Carter Whiskey Co was born.

Headquartered in Louisville, the Old Carter team produces Straight Ryes, Bourbons and American Whiskies in locations throughout Kentucky. Each bottle is personally crafted by Mark and Sherri, who create every blend and select every single barrel program release together.

This glorious golden malt has been matured for over eleven years in American Oak Barrels, before being transferred into expertly selected Madeira Barriques which previously held wine made from Malvasia grapes. The result is a unique twist on the classic GlenAllachie style, with the perfect balance of sweet and spice.

AROMA: Delicate notes of orange peel, vanilla, caramel, spices such as cinnamon, and cloves. Ripe fruits such as banana, mango preserves, maple, and cappuccino coffee. The cooked agave is delicate and delicate aromas of raw agave. It is balanced between its aromas and the perception of alcohol.

TASTE: It is sweet, and powerful, confirming in the mouth its aromas achieved in the aging process such as vanilla, caramel, cappuccino coffee, and fruity vapors.

OUR MEZCAL IS HANDCRAFTED, DISTILLED ON OUR NAMESAKE FARM, BOTTLED BY WOMEN, WITH A RECIPE PASSED DOWN FROM YOLA’S GRANDFATHER.

 IN 1971, LUIS JIMENEZ PURCHASED A MEZCAL FARM IN SAN JUAN DEL RIO, OAXACA. 

TODAY, WE STILL HONOR HIS ORIGINAL RECIPE, ABIDING BY THE 300-YEAR-OLD METHOD OF TRADITIONAL MEZCAL MAKING.

Iichiko Seirin Shochu boasts a crystal-clear aroma and subtle sweetness. Our original spicy rosé from our 2023 soft launch. This product is mild and refreshing, and is perfect for those looking for a subtle kick.

From our winemaker: "Watermelon hibiscus with tangy raspberry and citrus lift. Spice lingers on the palate with a salivating finish." Translation: It's mighty tasty.

We treat our peppers like grapes, fermenting them to create a 100% pepper wine that is then blended into our dry rosé.

The very authentic absinthe: Grande Absente is a bitter liqueur which contains more plants of absinthe and less sugar.

Matching the original traditional recipes, with more absinth, less sugar. All eyes will be instantly captivated thanks to its clear and shiny light green colour with yellow undertones. Absinth infusions and essences, mugwort and star anise, aniseed alcohol, balm and mints lend Grande Absente its special bitter flavour. It has the unique taste of absinth.

Grande Absente that we manufacture for Europe contains 35 mg/kg of thyuone.

Absinthe, nicknamed "green fairy" and banned in 1915, was authorized again in 1988. It is only in 2011 that its level of thyuone (molecule present in the plant which, in strong dose, was supposed to make mad) is fixed at a maximum of 35 mg/kg. Very appreciated for its taste of absinthe and its green reflections, this alcohol seduced many artists of which Van Gogh, Baudelaire, Toulouse-Lautrec, Picasso, Oscar Wilde... The famous tasting ritual is still practiced according to the tradition, by pouring water on the absinthe, through a perforated spoon supporting a sugar. Absinthe is made by macerating plants (grand wormwood, petite wormwood, green anise, fennel, hyssop) in a mixture of alcohol and water, followed by distillation. It contains between 55 % and 75 % of alcohol.
