Inspired by a passion for tradition, born as a tribute to a queen, crafted with a desire for perfection. The story of Royal Salute is unlike any other whisky.

In 1953, the young Princess Elizabeth ascended the throne. The occasion called for a tribute fit for a queen and so an exquisite blend was created using whisky from Strathisla, the oldest working distillery in the Scottish Highlands. It was given the name Royal Salute – after the famous 21-gun-salute – and so began the story of a remarkable whisky. 

To this day, Royal Salute has marked each significant event in the lives of the British Monarchy and is unique in having only ever used whiskies aged at least 21 years in its blends. It is this unique commitment to quality and tradition that has given rise to the informal motto, “We Begin Where Others End”.

Behind this drive for perfection lies the true secret to the success of Royal Salute – its legendary storehouses across Scotland.

Over the decades, Royal Salute master blenders have collected and stored whiskies of immense distinction. Behind locked doors, these liquids lie in wooden casks, aging, maturing, patiently waiting for the moment they are ready to make magic.

The Chinese New Year Special Edition, featuring our iconic 21 Year Old Signature Blend, was designed to celebrate the arrival of the New Year.

The illustration features traditional Chinese symbols including the dragon and lucky knotwork to bring you and your family health and prosperity in the coming year.

Aromas of sweet pears and citrus fruits are balanced with notes of autumn flowers. Aromas of sweet vanilla and oak are enhanced with notes of sherry and smoke.

The taste brings rich spices and hazelnut, with sweet orange marmalade flavours infused with fresh pears.

The Busker Pot Still is a distinctive expression of Ireland with an exceptional character. Made from barley the traditional way in copper stills, then matured and finished in ex bourbon and sherry casks, it opens with a rich and complex bouquet, consisting of fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge, and clove oil. Taste buds kick off with some beautiful intense spices and peppery notes, balanced splendidly with some toffee as we reach a long, warm, rich spicy finish.

After Ben Iravani and Josh Rennielauched their trendy bar in Aberdeen, Scotland in 2009 they decided to experiment with an ideal recipeof botanicals infusions andunique methodsto extract the herbs and spices using a cold vacuum distillation. Together with university professor Andrew Porter they created a special vacuum still, subsequently naming their gin after him. The distillate used for Porter's Gin is sourced from G&L Distillers near Manchester. This spirit is infused with juniper, coriander seed, angelica, licorice, citrus zest, almond, and cinnamon. These custom vacuum stillsprocess pink peppercorn, cassia, and Buddha's hand a rare Asian citrus fruit with spindly fingers-like lobes. You can expect bright notes of citrus and baking spice with ample pink peppercorns, followed by crisp clean finish with a subtle lingering nuttiness.

Black Steel is a very limited-release straight Kentucky small batch bourbon crafted by bourbon connoisseur Guy Beahm, also known as the gaming legend Dr Disrespect, and an award winning history-making Master Distiller, Marianne Eaves. Together, this unwieldy team created a delectable small run of bourbon that speaks for itself. Black Steel Bourbon delivers a smooth yet wildly distinctive flavor profile enveloped with notes of sweet grain, charred wood, green apple, vanilla bean, and citrus peel at 93 proof. It's the perfect combination of artistry and tradition with an unconventional revamp of what it means to be a bourbon.

Winemaking Vineyard
Cabernet Sauvignon is synonymous with Napa Valley and has always been a mainstay in the winemaking program at Stags’ Leap Winery. Our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a combination of grapes from select Napa Valley growers with a focus on sourcing from the valley floor. Our winemaker selects fruit that is similar in expression to the grapes from the Stags’ Leap estate, avoiding fruit from areas he considers to be too warm and instead sourcing grapes from the southern part of Napa Valley, where the climate is cooler. This strategic sourcing ensures the focus and character for which Stags’ Leap Cabernet Sauvignons are known.

Tasting Notes

Cabernet sauvignon is the core of our winemaking program and this elegant wine is plush and inviting with generous dark berry fruit flavors and integrated notes of violet, clove and cedar.

Introducing the 2022 release of The Bootleg Series by Heaven’s Door.  Featuring rare and unreleased whiskeys, each annual release features one of Dylan’s paintings on a hand-made ceramic bottle in a bespoke leather case.

The fourth annual Bootleg release, The Bootleg Series Vol. IV featured a wheated bourbon aged for 11 years, finished in Islay Scotch Casks, and then bottled at cask strength with a proof of 111.0.

The ceramic bottle for Bootleg Vol. IV features Lighthouse in Maine, 2017 by Bob Dylan inside a handmade leather journal. The brand's previous Bootleg Vol. III release was recognized by The Robb Report as "One of the Best Bourbons of the 21st Century…"

An ever-changing specimen, Rhetoric is an experiment in how barrel maturation imparts a lasting impression year after year. Each new year results in an older and wiser limited release from remaining maturing stock. A conversation piece if there ever was one.

Each sip starts with a smoky, leathery nose that translates into vanilla oak, toasted rye, and dried fruits, and concludes with a long, full finish of cherry blossom and bitter chocolate.

Our sixth release, this 25-year-old Bourbon Whiskey has an aroma rich in oak and vanilla notes with hints of dried fruit, cherries and allspice. Oaky notes with nutmeg, caramel, and cocoa give way to a warm and slightly spicy finish.

This vision imparts meaning to his creative ambition and guides him in the missions entrusted to him: Reinventing the champagne each year to surprise and delight, balancing the constraints of the year and the uniqueness of Dom Pérignon. Drawing inspiration from the origins of the Maison, Vincent Chaperon perpetuates Dom Pérignon’s aesthetic ideal; nurtures its creative heritage, and brings his expertise as well as his sensibility.

With a 50% ABV, this is the ‘export strength’ expression of our multi-award-winning, strikingly smooth London Dry gin. A giant of a gin!

Exquisitely Engineered for a more complex flavour profile, we’ve added extra juniper and introduced six new botanicals – green cardamom, nutmeg, cumin, cassia bark, cubeb pepper and lemon – for a bolder, richer flavour; an earthy sweetness combines with citrus freshness for a dry spicy finish.

TASTING NOTES

Our Brunel is aromatic, full bodied, complex, undoubtedly spicy yet splendidly smooth. Warming notes of cardamom and cumin are complemented by juniper, sweet citrus and a dry and fragrant finish.

With Tonic:
Serve with plenty of ice, premium tonic and an orange wheel. Can also be served with ice, premium ginger ale and lemongrass.

• Appearance:Excellent transparency and clarity, evidently full-bodied in the glass.
• Aroma:A clear tequila with fruit notes such as peach and green guava, citrus notes of lime and grapefruit, and even herbal notes such as mint, olive trees and olives, without losing the essence of raw and cooked agave, with a light hints of a combination of spices including cinnamon and pepper.
• Flavor:The beginning is silky smooth, confirming its aromas and transpor-ting us to the flavors of the raw agave, offering elements such as mint, spearmint, olives; with the citric characteristics of grapefruit and lime. A sweet finish of cooked agave and a light spicy pepper that confirms a balanced tequila.

The Tequila Cazadores 100 Year Estate Release is a Limited Edition Reposado developed from agave grown on our property at the Cazadores Distillery in Los Altos de Jalisco – Arandas, MX. A limited amount of the product has been made, and the unique blend of liquid will serve as a time capsule to celebrate our Centennial anniversary, never to be recreated again.

The reposado tequila has a bright gold color from the unique blend of tequila from American oak and new French oak barrels. Tequila Cazadores 100 Year Estate Release has a smooth and sweet taste with a citrus and vanilla finish and an aroma of intense cooked agave with fruity and spicy notes.

100 Estate Release is a blend of tequilas aged separately in hand selected French oak and American oak barrels for 3 months and then blended together.

This collaboration blend is an excellent representation of Wolves’ signature blend. It contains a higher pilsner whiskey content than some prior releases and drinks well in the cold weather. The craft Stout and Pilsner beer whiskeys were distilled over 10 days period in a small, alembic pot still that was imported from Cognac, France in 1983. These beer distillates were aged in used French oak and New American oak, respectively. The vanilla, hops, and sweetness on the front palate are cut by the spice of the Indiana rye whiskey on the finish. The result is a decadent flavor and texture experience. “Undefeated” was bottled at 103 Proof, with each bottle wrapped by hand in an Olive sheepskin label. Arrives with a canvas sleeve.

This blend from Matsui was launched in 2019 for the Japanese market. Homemade malt whiskey and purchased grain whiskeys from Scotland are used. They mature in barrels of American oak before being married to each other. A mild and fruity blend from the house of Matsui.

Barrel ageing has infused Sanin with a faint vanilla aroma and fruity notes of pair on the finish. The fresh, underground water of Mount Daisen delivers a smooth, mellow taste in this light and refreshing whisky.
