First invented in 1786 in Turin by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, it has survived in its original inimitable recipe thanks to the love and the skill of Fratelli Branca Distillerie which, with its motto “Novare Serbando”, has been able to preserve the product’s original qualities and characteristics.

Antica Formula's unique bouquet is enriched by the finest quality vanilla sourced from Madagascar, Papua New Guinea, and Tahiti. The saffron used is of exceptional quality, handpicked from Iran, known for its antioxidant properties. The wormwood exclusively comes from the Alps of Piedmont and the Aosta Valley, fulfilling the historical tradition of using absinthe in Vermouth. Burnt sugar further enhances the aromaticity, bringing all the flavors together.

Hand harvested single estate grapes, gently pressed a single time, naturally fermented into wine, Copper Pot distilled once to proof by varietal, rested & blended according to family tradition. Capurro Pisco is made 100% of grapes, undiluted, unfiltered, and with no additives of any kind at any step of the production process.

GLOBAL FLAVORS
Every ingredient for Domaine de Canton has been meticulously sourced. Ginger, revered for centuries for its health and mystical properties, is selected from Asia. Baby ginger is specifically used for its distinct flavor properties and viscosity. The Ginger is hand cut, rinsed, and allowed to dry for several days, in preparation for being married into the overall recipe. Additionally, hand-selected Tahitian vanilla beans and Provencal honey are sourced and added to the recipe in careful amounts. The result is a flavor profile that is exceptionally delicious and balanced.

THE COGNAC TRADITION
French distillers have refined the art of crafting premium spirits for centuries. Baby Ginger that has been meticulously prepared is transported to the St. Dalfour Distillery in France, where it is macerated with a clear crisp distillate known as eau de vie, or "Water of Life." It is then married with French Cognac, distilled in the Aquataine region of Southeast France, an area famous for producing Cognac and Bordeaux wines. Combining the ginger and distinct medley of ingredients with the long-standing traditions of fine French Cognac, creates this one of a kind French Ginger Liqueur.

This second Collector's Edition is presented in a porcelain bottle design by Cacao Rocks, a Greek street artist who has developed his own distinctive and vibrant creative style, using Greek symbols and folklore in a modern and contemporary way.

I had the honor of being asked by the House of Metaxa to design one of their iconic decanters. Inspired by my grandfather, I wanted to follow his path, re-visit the Cyclades and take pictures of their typical landscapes. This is how I created the new METAXA Grande Fine design, my own interpretation of Cycladic architecture, a tribute to my grandfather, says Cacao Rocks.

The decanter is decorated with patterns inspired by the windmills of Mykonos and other Cycladic symbols, using the artist's color palette: white for the Cycladic architecture, blue for the Aegean Sea and gold for the sun.

Singapore’s First Gin has been designed to reect the cultures and cuisines of its home country. The usual suspects appear old-world botanicals like Coriander Seed and Liquorice. We then introduce Asian ingredients like Amchoor, rich botanicals like Java Pepper, and Vanilla Planifolia.

TASTING NOTES

NOSE: Gentle citrus nose followed by a herbal and spice note.

PALATE: Smooth and creamy, held over the tongue an earthy herbal flavor appears with a slight sweetness.

FINISH: Long and smooth finish with a slight peppery warmth that lingers.

Fonseca 10 year old tawny is russet in colour with brilliant crimson highlights and a fragrant, ripe-fruit bouquet.

Fonseca 10 Year Old is made from selected red Ports grown in the best vineyards of the Cima Corgo and Douro Superior. The wine ages in small oak casks, generally holding about 630 litres, where there is a relatively small volume of wine compared to the surface area of the vessel, so contact with the wood is proportionately greater.

As it matures in cask, Tawny Port gradually loses the deep red 'ruby' color of youth and takes on the seductive amber hue known as 'tawny'. At the same time the wine becomes progressively smoother and mellower, its aromas gaining in richness and complexity. Ten years of wood ageing has given this wine its characteristic tawny color and its elegant and complex nose full of rich 'fruit cake' flavours, delicate nuttiness and hints of spice and fine oak.

Our tequilas are made with 100% Blue Weber Agave exclusively grown in Tequila, Jalisco, hand-selected at the peak of maturity, then slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens.

An ultra-premium tequila filled with 150 years of history and heritage Our powerful Extra Anejo floods the senses with praline, roasted pineapple, and vanilla. On the palate its weight is tempered with gently-extracted wood tannins for a balanced and complex finish.

AGING: 36 Months in ex-bourbon American oak barrels

HMS Princessa was originally a Spanish vessel captured by the British in 1780 at the battle of Cape St. Vincent. Captained by Charles Knatchbull with Rear Admiral Francis Samuel Drake abroad, this 70 gun ship of the line was one of the first ships to engage the French in the Battle of the Saints. Fighting valiantly, the Princessa engaged the enemy throughout the battle and inspired us to create this rum that embodies power and integrity.

TASTING NOTES

Deep mahogany color with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, crème brulee tones balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel, and tropical spice.

RUM BLEND

Admiral Rodney Princessa contains Coffey still rum pulled off lower sections of the still resulting in a robust and complex flavor profile. This rum is aged from 5-9 years in Bourbon and Port casks before being blended together by our Master Blender.

Herradura Ultra is the perfect blend of our premium Aejo and extra Aejo barrels. Using a unique distillation process, Ultra is fine-filtered to a crystal-clear color. A feast to the senses, Ultra delivers an aroma of wood and vanilla intertwined with subtle spices. Its flavor is rich and sweet. A subtle hint of agave nectar is added after distillation to offer a superior taste that will provide tequila drinkers with the smoothest finish possible. On the right or west bank of the Rhône adjacent to the vineyards of Côte-Rôtie, the Condrieu area is one of the world‘s most elite. The steep vineyards are difficult to cultivate, and as a result only 50 acres in Condrieu are currently under vine. Here, Delas controls a small hillside vineyard in the Vérin area planted exclusively to Viognier. Soils are granite-based with a fine topsoil of decomposed mica that washes away easily. The Viognier is finicky with low yields (about 2 tons oer acre), yet the limited quantities of wine it produces can be exquisite.

The climate is moderately continental, hot and dry in summer, regular rainfalls during the other seasons. The vineyard has often been a victim of history and almost disappeared on several occasions, during the barbarian invasions, in the days of the “Grandes Compagnies” (in the 17th and 18th centuries) and, more recently, at the end of the 19th century, with the phylloxera infestation. Well before the modern period, the trading port of Condrieu and its river fleet carried the reputation of its wines far and wide

Tasting Notes
The color is a straw yellow, with green tinges. This Condrieu has layers of amazingly powerful and complex aromas: violets, apricots, peaches, honey and dried fruit. On the palate, these exuberant flavors are rich, powerful, and highly seductive, with an unctuous texture and a mass of exotic fruit on the finish.

Dr Bill, our Director of Whisky Creation, was born with a taste for adventure. And with this single malt he sought to create a whisky as unpredictable as his travels.

Quinta Ruban is a whisky journey into the wild – a dark and delectable forest where the wind whistles with gusts of peppermint and dark swirls of chocolate can happen at any moment.

In our giraffe-high stills, it begins soft and fruity, then gets darker and deeper as we let it age for 14 years in bourbon casks and port casks from Portugal.

The finished whisky is a thicket of voluptuous flavour combinations. Walnut and black pepper. Mandarin orange and melted marshmallow. Dark chocolate bar and peppermint.

From Scotland’s tallest stills, Glenmorangie’s Quinta Ruban is first aged in ex-bourbon casks, which impart smooth, fruity notes.

Transferred into specially selected ruby port pipes from Portugal’s finest estates, Quinta Ruban gains new depth, velvety textures and bold chocolate flavours.

This whisky is non-chill-filtered to highlight its complex aromas and rich mouthfeel.

Like stepping into a chocolate-minty-orange unknown, the journey is as delicious as the destination.
