A premium bourbon whiskey that is handcrafted in Newport, Kentucky. The distillery is owned by Ken Lewis, who is a former owner of The Party Source, one of the largest liquor retailers in the United States. New Riff's focus is on creating high-quality, authentic bourbon using traditional techniques and ingredients.

This particular expression is a single barrel bourbon, meaning that each bottle comes from a single barrel that has been carefully selected and aged for a minimum of four years. The barrels used are made from new charred oak, which imparts rich flavors and aromas to the whiskey.

New Riff Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile. On the nose, there are notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, as well as hints of cinnamon and clove. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a touch of smoke. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant sweetness that lingers on the tongue.

This bourbon is bottled at cask strength, which means that it is not diluted before bottling and has a higher alcohol content than many other bourbons. This gives it a powerful, intense flavor that is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the flavors.

Made from predominantly Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grape varieties, this Pineau Des Charentes Blanc AOC from Jules Gautret is clean, well-balanced, fruity, and light.  
On the nose, you'll experience peach, honey, and faint lime blossom. And on the palate, a delicate flavor of honey, pear, spiced apricot, orange peel, and fresh mango which gives it just a slight touch of zest. An attractively light, smooth, and subtly spicy Pineau des Charentes with a sweet lift on the finish.

Serve chilled from the refrigerator. Very handy as a base for summer cocktails. Also excellent with red fruits (strawberries, berries), pastries, and chocolate.
An aperitif wine, 17% alc/vol.

Once opened, Pineau Des Charentes can keep for up to at least 6 months if refrigerated.

Made from the best Mother Earth has to offer: sustainably grown grapes from the Cte-dOr and water from historical French springs. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are hand-selected for this unique bottling of vintage gin. The wine is fermented and aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times.

JCB Gin is infused in a two-step process: Eleven plants and botanicals, including juniper, a touch of roses, and coriander among others are steeped into the spirits, while seperately, a distillation of an additional thirty-three biodynimic herbs, plants and botanicals including chamomile, honeysuckle, dandelion, calendula, borage, valerian, stinging nettle, lemon balm and yarrow is crafted. The Biodynamic herbs in our gin are known to be the best for the human body, and the most incredible contributor to health. Petit Castel is the second label of Domaine du Castel‭. ‬It is a blend of Merlot‭, ‬Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot‭. ‬The grapes‭ ‬are handpicked‭. ‬The wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels‭, ‬followed by four months in concrete tanks as a final blend‭. ‬It is full bodied with a deep purple color‭. ‬The wine shows elegant tannins and a harmonic balance of fruit and oak‭. ‬It is‭ ‬at its peak from three to five years after harvest‭. ‬It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving‭.‬

A super premium, small batch spirit that is carefully crafted with a commitment to environmental sustainability and support for the local community, Mijenta’s Reposado is aged up to six months in a blend of American white oak, French oak and French acacia casks. As with Mijenta’s Blanco, Mexico-based Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero oversaw the entire creation process of the Reposado. Presenting a more mature and fuller expression with a long finish on the palate, the Reposado is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a nightcap cocktail, such as an Old Fashioned. It pairs well with dry fruit, soft cheeses, game meat, as well as flavorful Asian dishes. For dessert, Reposado is best savored with vanilla flavors, coconut and semi-bitter chocolate.

A limited number of bottles will be available, with only 6,500 produced in the first batch.

The Craft: Exploring the Bourbon Frontier
In this Double Finish, we took French Oak staves (first finish) that were steeped in a patented process of pressure, oxygen, time and temperature with maple syrup (second finish). The molecular transfusion into the base fibers of the wood is wonderfully artistic and scientifically intense. Consistency is the driver here for flavor and texture.

After RD1 Spirit's Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged for 4+ years, we inserted the French Oak and Maple stave wood into the barrel for additional aging. The end result is like the best stack of pancakes you've ever had.

The Experience: A Dessert-Like Sipper
An undeniable burst of maple and butterscotch on the nose followed by lightly toasted caramel, roasted pecans and paprika. Its flavor boasts a delicate dance of maple goodness and black peppercorn spice. The finish is long, smooth and spicy with a light accent of toasted caramel at the end. Try this in an Old Fashioned but skip the simple syrup and just add more of this bourbon.

American Single Malt Whiskey Commission:
Westland has also founded and funded an organization designed to establish, promote and protect the category of American Single Malt Whiskey as a whole. The American Single Malt Whiskey Commission is rooted in the consumer and education. Today, it counts over 50 Member Producers and an equal number of trade supporters. Westland Distillery is actively developing trade programs to advance the mission and are working with several other organizations to earn a formal definition with our Federal Government. That lobbying effort will officially recognize the term American Single Malt Whiskey with a formal, legal Standard of Identity.

It originates from the town of Maotai in Guizhou province and is manufactured by the state-owned Kweichow Moutai Company.
