About the Brand

The Herrera Brothers built their distillery high in the Sierra del Tigre mountains of Jalisco, Mexico, where the hot days and cool nights would allow for a unique aging process. Then they said adios to traditions once again, distilling their spirits in stainless stills instead of copper, and again them in new American oak casks.

Our drive for the best led us to experiment with all three styles of Irish Whiskey at once. This combination balances flavour and complexity: grain lends sweetness, malt adds fruitiness, and pot still contributes spice and cream.

While our adventurous spirit brings creativity and originality, there are some traditions just too good to lose. Lost Irish celebrates Irish tradition with triple distillation for a renowned smoothness unlike other whiskeys.

East Imperial

A world-class collection of New Zealand made tonic waters and mixers. All-natural, low sugar, and inspired by a 1903 recipe. The spirit of exploration lies at the heart of East Imperial. We set out to be true to the quinine water found in the tumblers of the early pioneers and settlers in East Africa and East Asia at the turn of the last century. We began with a genuine family history, and worked with the best global distillers and bartenders to create a collection based on tradition with an obsession for exceptional drinking experiences.

Tonic Water

Crafted in the most elegant way, our Tonic Water captures the contemporary taste of tonic with the highest quinine levels available in the market. This is rounded out with top notes of Thai lemongrass and Manao Lime.

Our Tonic Water is created to have a bold distinctive taste, so you can recreate the century-old tradition of Long Pink Gins made famous at the Pegu Club in Rangoon, Burma. Simply add two to four dashes of bitters to a long Gin and Tonic.
We recommend our Tonic Water with the more traditional citrus-driven and London dry style gins.

Warm and spicy, with a hint of cinnamon to start. Fresh, delicate, and full of Manao Lime zest to finish.

Maker Notes

Our Absinthe Verte is produced following the traditions of 19th Century European master distillers. That means we start with a grape distillate base (in our case, this means imported Chilean Pisco) and add the required ingredients to constitute absinthe: anise seed, fennel, and grande wormwood. Other botanicals are also added to our small batch still. Following distillation of this blend, we naturally color the result by steeping the distillate in coloring herbs such as lemon balm and hyssop. The result is a brilliantly emerald green spirit that is the perfect touch for classic cocktails such as The Sazerac. 

HDC Huckleberry vodka tastes just like eating the berries straight off the bush, full of rich flavor and both sweet and tart. Naturally gluten free.

Maker Notes

Cabernet Cask Reserve is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey aged for four years in new charred American oak barrels, then perfected in luxury California Cabernet Sauvignon casks. The finish is smooth and smoky, with a taste of rich oak and vanilla out front, a hint of dark fruit on the backbeat, followed by a clean and smooth finish.

The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve has been matured entirely in first-fill Sherry seasoned oak casks. With a delicious creamy texture that explodes on the palate, this burnished gold single malt delivers soft, spicy and fruity flavors - ginger, orange peel and sherry oak in perfect harmony. Sheer indulgence. Situated adjacent to the Burn of Rothes in the Speyside region of Scotland, The Glenrothes Distillery was founded by in 1879 by James Stuart, who had previously been employed at The Macallan Distillery. The distillery's history is marred by tragedy in 1897, construction workers who were attempting to expand its capacity started a fire that consumed much of the distillery's equipment and infrastructure. Twenty-five years later, a fire in the distillery's original warehouse caused the loss of 200,000 gallons of maturing whisky. Despite having lost ten copper-pot stills in various accidents since its founding, the Glenrothes Distillery is now a picture of tranquility. The Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made from plump, ripe Scottish barley, which is malted and fermented using water sourced from the Ardcanny and Brauchhill springs (the springs are situated adjacent to the distillery). Following fermentation, the grains are twice distilled through the Glenrothes' copper-pot stills. The stills, which were designed and fashioned to be exact replicas of the original stills installed in 1879, are incredibly tall and uniquely shaped, which contributes to the overall light and sweet flavor of the whisky. After distillation, The Glenrothes' stillmen remove the heads and tails of the distillate and preserve only the "hearts" for maturation (the hearts comprise less than 20% of the entire distillate). The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of rare and limited vintages produced at The Glenrothes Distillery, each aged exclusively in first-fill ex-Oloroso Sherry casks custom-made in Jerez, Spain. These casks cost as much as five times their American ex-bourbon equivalents The Glenrothes Distillery's Malt Master, Gordon Motion, who hand-selects the casks for the Sherry Cask Reserve, believes they are worth it. The whisky has a complex aroma of lemon cake, Christmas cookies, fresh pear and vanilla, which leads to an equally bold palate filled with notes of gingerbread, oak, flan and baking spices. The finish, which is bitter and nutty, is complete with memorable notes of orange zest. The Glenrothes is an award-winning Speyside single malt of exceptional quality and a pioneer in the Scotch whisky industry. All our Single Malt is Vintage Whisky. And when we say Vintage, we don't just mean aged; we mean whisky distilled in a particular year that has reached its peak of maturity, character and flavor. At which point, we have a choice to make: to either bottle these rare and finite expressions as Single Vintages, or marry them together in perfect harmony to create one of our exquisite Reserves. The Glenrothes Sherry Cask Reserve was awarded "Five Stars" and Highest Recommendation from D. Paul Pacult's Spirit Journal in 2015.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT
A category of peach with fluffy skin and generally reddish flesh, the vine peach was originally planted at the ends of vines in order to alert winegrowers to the appearance of possible diseases. The Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne perfectly transcribes the tangy and sweet notes of the fruit in your cocktails.

Eccentric and hypnotic, Paint Me Purple Ube Lager is tasty, creamy, and delectable beer with an easily drinkable character. Its Lager base style means it’s very clean, with not a lot of fruit profiles. The subtle flavors of ube and coconut will really come through. A dessert-like beer, Paint Me Purple is an easy pair with desserts. It becomes more intriguing to pair with local dishes like a rich and flavorful Kare-kare. 

PRODUCT PROFILE

Herradura Double Barrel Reposado is a unique tequila that has undergone a two-step aging process, resulting in a rich and smooth flavor profile. The tequila is first aged in charred American White Oak barrels for 11 months, and then aged for an additional 30 days in new charred barrels. This creates a dark amber-colored liquid with a complex flavor, including hints of cooked agave, vanilla, allspice, clove, and oak. The double-resting process gives Herradura Double Barrel Reposado an unmatched taste among Reposado tequilas.

Nestled 1,000 feet high in Scotland's Monadhliath Mountains, Tomatin Distillery, founded in the 15th century, is a pinnacle of Scottish heritage. The Tomatin 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky, crafted from plump Scottish barley, undergoes a meticulous process overseen by Master Distiller Douglas Campbell, with over 50 years at Tomatin. Distilled twice in unique copper-pot stills, the whisky matures for 15 years in ex-bourbon casks before an 18-month finish in Spanish oak casks from Oloroso Sherry. Notable accolades include the 2014 San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold Medal and the 2013 World Whiskies Awards' "Best Highland Single Malt (13-20 Years of Age)," along with a 96-point rating at the 2012 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.

Back from the fiery depths! Our 2021 Tears of Vulcan continues our tradition of bright, floral, citrusy, textural, skin contact orange wine. Made of 49% Viognier, 43% Pinot gris and 8% Muscat from two organic vineyards in the Chehalem Mtns AVA of the Willamette Valley. The fruit was on its skins for all of primary fermentation; 23 days. Then it was pressed and went through elevage in in 90% neutral French oak, 5% new French oak, and 5% new Acacia.

In 1815, the Johnston brothers leased 1,000 acres on Islay to raise cattle. They grew barley for feed but ended up distilling surplus grains into whisky. Laphroaig was born. For over a century, the distillery remained family-owned. In 1954, Ian Hunter bequeathed it to Bessie Williamson, who guarded its secrets. Laphroaig Single Malt is a robust, intensely flavored whisky made from Islay peat. Malted and smoked on the island, it's fermented and twice-distilled in unique copper-pot stills. Laphroaig Lore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, an homage to past distillery managers, is aged in a variety of casks. This crafting process results in a smoky, oceanic aroma with a palate rich in bitter chocolate, vanilla, salted caramel, and roasted chestnuts, all culminating in a finish graced with malt grain, chocolate chip cookies, tropical fruit, and the unmistakable presence of peat.
