We named our limited editions Cascade Moon as a nod to our history of our whisky being ‘as mellow as moonlight’ and nights together at our impressive Tennessee location. Taking cues from the vintage advertising of Cascade Hollow and the world of George Dickel our new brand strikes a balance between tradition and the contemporary.

Virgil Kaine Cherry Infused Bourbon

Starting with our full-bodied bourbon whiskey, we macerate Oregon Dark Cherries, vanilla and orange to create a perfectly infused bourbon that is easy to sip. With a rich cherry flavor on the front and a smooth vanilla finish, it’s delicious on its own or can be enjoyed in a number of classic whiskey cocktails.

In 1898, Teddy Roosevelt a Long Island native organized the First United States Volunteer Cavalry, commonly known as the "Rough Riders," in preparation for the Spanish-American War. The regiment comprised 1,250 volunteers from across the country, including cowboys, Native Americans and other pioneers of the West. After seeing action in Cuba, the Rough Riders earned a decisive victory at the Battle of San Juan Hill before returning to Long Island. Upon their return, the soldiers celebrated their victory and presented Colonel Roosevelt with a small bronze statue of a cowboy riding a bucking horse. "There could have been no more appropriate gift from such a regiment," wrote Roosevelt later. "Most of them looked upon the bronze with the critical eyes of professionals. I doubt if there was any regiment in the world which contained so large a number of men able to ride the wildest and most dangerous horses." A premium bourbon whiskey that is handcrafted in Newport, Kentucky. The distillery is owned by Ken Lewis, who is a former owner of The Party Source, one of the largest liquor retailers in the United States. New Riff's focus is on creating high-quality, authentic bourbon using traditional techniques and ingredients.

This particular expression is a single barrel bourbon, meaning that each bottle comes from a single barrel that has been carefully selected and aged for a minimum of four years. The barrels used are made from new charred oak, which imparts rich flavors and aromas to the whiskey.

New Riff Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a deep amber color and a complex flavor profile. On the nose, there are notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, as well as hints of cinnamon and clove. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with flavors of dark chocolate, dried fruit, and a touch of smoke. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant sweetness that lingers on the tongue.

Made from predominantly Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard grape varieties, this Pineau Des Charentes Blanc AOC from Jules Gautret is clean, well-balanced, fruity, and light.  
On the nose, you'll experience peach, honey, and faint lime blossom. And on the palate, a delicate flavor of honey, pear, spiced apricot, orange peel, and fresh mango which gives it just a slight touch of zest. An attractively light, smooth, and subtly spicy Pineau des Charentes with a sweet lift on the finish.

Serve chilled from the refrigerator. Very handy as a base for summer cocktails. Also excellent with red fruits (strawberries, berries), pastries, and chocolate.

Once opened, Pineau Des Charentes can keep for up to at least 6 months if refrigerated.

Made from the best Mother Earth has to offer: sustainably grown grapes from the Cte-dOr and water from historical French springs. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are hand-selected for this unique bottling of vintage gin. The wine is fermented and aged individually in oak barrel for 6 months. After blending the wines together, it is then distilled one time in a copper pot and six times in copper columns, followed by filtration four times.

JCB Gin is infused in a two-step process: Eleven plants and botanicals, including juniper, a touch of roses, and coriander among others are steeped into the spirits, while seperately, a distillation of an additional thirty-three biodynimic herbs, plants and botanicals including chamomile, honeysuckle, dandelion, calendula, borage, valerian, stinging nettle, lemon balm and yarrow is crafted. The Biodynamic herbs in our gin are known to be the best for the human body, and the most incredible contributor to health. Petit Castel is the second label of Domaine du Castel‭. ‬It is a blend of Merlot‭, ‬Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot‭. ‬The grapes‭ ‬are handpicked‭. ‬The wine is aged for twelve months in French oak barrels‭, ‬followed by four months in concrete tanks as a final blend‭. ‬It is full bodied with a deep purple color‭. ‬The wine shows elegant tannins and a harmonic balance of fruit and oak‭. ‬It is‭ ‬at its peak from three to five years after harvest‭. ‬It is recommended that the wine be decanted before serving‭.‬

This Anejo Reserve began with an ambitious goal: to become one of the greatest tequilas ever crafted. In the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, 818’s Master Tequileros used their decades of expertise and passion to develop Eight Reserve by 818.
