The Story of David C Stewart and the creation of two extraordinary red roses. For this limited release, we took an exceptional 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and finished it for one year in new French Oak barrels sculpted by the virtuoso artisans of Tonnellerie Leroi, one of France’s most renown cooperages. The exquisite bourbon that has emerged from these barrels is as luxurious in taste as it is in appearance.

Bourbon is the quintessential American Whiskey. A storied spirit whose French roots have been strong since its inception over two centuries ago. This 16-year-old Limited Edition Rabbit Hole Founder’s Collection expression is an homage to bourbon’s French connection. Finished in new French Oak, Nevallier Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is named for the two forests in France, Nevers and Allier, from which the distinctive wood for the barrels was sourced.

TASTING NOTES

Auburn color highlights Nevallier’s strong character while fragrances of custard, orange, cherry, and caramel raise expectations. On the palate, it delivers an earthy opulence balanced with an intricate dance of tobacco, vanilla, fig, blackcurrant, spice and cinnamon, which culminate to a long dramatic finish with intense spice and floral notes.

Casamigos Cristalino Reposado is made from 100% Blue Weber agave from the rich red clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our reposado is twice distilled and aged to perfection in American white oak barrels, then carefully charcoal filtered to restore the crisp, bright agave flavor found in our Blanco Tequila while maintaining some of the cask notes. The filtration process removes the golden honey color of the Reposado, resulting in a crystal-clear spirit.

Strathmill Distillery is located in Speyside and was founded in 1892 as Glenisla-Glenlivet. Strathmill uses a long fermentation regime to help create fruitiness. Strathmill is primarily distilled for the famous J&B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky. Very little 100% Strathmill has been bottled and labeled with the distillery name on it and even more rare, is a 15-year-old. Please share it with those who will appreciate its rarity.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Rich oak with a gentle nutmeg note. Sweeter aromas of baked ripe figs, sultanas and black cherries.  

Palate: Fruit cake with toasted almonds and cinnamon. The juicy zestiness of oranges and mandarins mellows perfectly with manuka honey, muscovado sugar, baked apricots and an interesting white pepper note that provides even more complexity.

Finish: Creamy and spicy with dark chocolate, walnuts and dark fruits compote.

Made using wild Italian elderflowers grown in the foothills of the Alps, Fiorente is vibrant in color and delightfully floral with a fresh taste of elderflower. Fiorente is designed to make the perfectly balanced aperitif with lower sugar content and the zesty addition of Sicilian lemon peel and fresh mint in the infusion.

All the ingredients that go into the making of Fiorente are entirely natural.The elderflowers are dried and taken to our carbon-neutral distillery where they are infused in alcohol and left to macerate. Fresh mint leaves and Sicilian lemon peel are infused separately to extract the aromas and then all the distillates are slowly blended together.We only use alcohol of agricultural origin which has been distilled to our specification. As a final touch, honey from our own bees is added to give the liqueur its unique sweetness.
