On the Rocks Premium Cocktails was launched in 2016 by Andrew Gill, Patrick Halbert, and Rocco Milano in Dallas, Texas with the idea to bring the cocktail bar experience into the comfort of your home. They produce premium craft ready-to-drink cocktails using the finest natural ingredients and proper spirits. Their aim is to bring the whole experience of having a consistently perfect cocktail, without the need for multiple ingredients and equipment, and without sacrificing taste. No preservatives are added and the range is sweetened with cane sugar only. After securing several partnership deals with airlines and hotels that recognized the quality of the product the list includes Four Seasons, Hyatt, Hilton, and Hawaiian Airlines the company took off in a big way. "My focus was to create bar-quality cocktails that had balance and subtlety of character making cocktails that have layers of complexity rather than being overly sweet, boozy, or otherwise. We operate under the belief that good is the enemy of great. We kept working on our drinks until we had great drinks," says co-founder and mixologist-in-chief Rocco Milano. After Beam Suntory joined to provide quality branded spirits for their cocktails, the road was paved for a smash hit. "We couldnt be happier to have gained a partner like Beam Suntory. Their partnership will help us grow our business much faster, and our collaboration will mean that our hand-crafted, quality cocktails will also include some of the world's finest premium spirits," said Halbert of the partnership. Right now their lineup consists of The Old Fashioned, The Aviation, The Mai Tai, The Cosmopolitan, Jalapeo Pineapple Margarita, and The Margarita. On the Rocks The Cosmopolitan is their take on the mega-popular cosmopolitan cocktail. It's crafted with the premium Effen Vodka, a Dutch carbon-filtered wheat spirit. Along with cranberry, triple sec, lemon zest, and lime, it makes for a super fresh and exciting cocktail that is one step away from a perfect cocktail. Add ice and you're good to go.

Aged more than 3 years, the 2023 vintage of Pinhook Bourbon showcases a warm nose of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker. The first Edition of Colere marks a monumental step forward for not just Westland but the whiskey industry as a whole. Colere Edition 1 is made with the varietal that began it all, Alba (a six-row winter barley) and intentionally matured in only used casks to relegate the oak influence to a supporting role and focus the attention on the grain itself.

We're proud to introduce a new collection of extra-aged, ultra-premium American Whiskeys to our portfolio. The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our almost 90 years of whiskey-making traditions. With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.

The 2024 release of the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection is an 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Bottled without chill filtering, this 120 proof Whiskey showcases our Bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley.

Over many years, we have been quietly aging some exquisite Whiskeys for a new series within our Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio. Of our over 2 million barrels resting across seven rickhouse sites in central Kentucky, our master craftspeople have kept watchful eyes on this limited stock.

We’ve pulled from our special stock of barrels twice before. First in 2018 for the premium, extra-aged Heaven Hill 27-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon, and again in 2020 for a special 85th Anniversary bottling. The success of these two releases inspired us to create the Heaven Hill Heritage Collection. With this exclusive collection, we are now able to share our oldest Whiskeys with you each year.

Situated in a former microbrewery on a west London street in England, Sipsmith Independent Spirits Distillery is home to London's first new gin in nearly two centuries. The distillery was founded by a triumvirate Sam Galsworthy (who previously worked at a microbrewery), Fairfax Hall (a former Diageo representative) and Jared Brown (a master distiller who has crafted new spirits in Vietnam, Norway, Sweden and the United States) with the goal of producing a traditional yet authentic craft gin. Sipsmith London Dry Gin is crafted using ten carefully selected botanicals, including Macedonian juniper berries, Bulgarian coriander seed, French angelica root, Spanish liquorice root, Italian orris root, Spanish ground almond, Chinese cassia bark, Madagascan cinnamon, Sevillian orange peel and Spanish lemon peel. "The best botanicals make the best gin no way around it," says Brown, who has been distilling spirits for over a dozen years. Once the botanicals arrive at the distillery, they are distilled through a copper-pot still named Prudence (Prudence is able to produce approximately 280 bottles of gin each day). "Prudence is the first copper still installed in London in nearly 200 years. We designed her with Germany's oldest distillery producers, Christian Carl a small, family business that has been crafting stills since 1869. She is the only one like this in the world. "The still is designed with a bespoke pot, column still and carter head, which makes it incredibly versatile. Sloe berries are a hedgerow fruit in the plumb family. Rarely consistent berry seasons yield annual harvests that almost always vary, due to the unpredictable English climate. This variety in harvest is a trait very characteristic of wine, in that each vintage batch that is produced has its own unique character. Each autumn Sipsmith picks their sloe berries, which are then frozen and steeped in their London Dry Gin, for three to four months. This process gives the gin a jammy, marzipan flavorThe result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour (Sipsmith).

Herradura Reposado is aged for eleven months, nine months longer than the industry standard. Its deep copper color and rounded taste sets our Reposado apart, along with its signature aroma of anise and spices. The tastes of vanilla, butter and agave work in unison to create a smooth and sweet experience. Herradura introduced Reposado to the world in 1974, creating an entirely new tequila category. Cheers to that.

The sixth in Wolfburn’s small-batch series, Batch 318 has been crafted from a combination of lightly-peated spirit, matured for a little over seven years in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, and spirit matured for seven years in first-fill Bourbon barrels. These casks produced a sweet, rounded, sumptuous whisky with a peerless depth of flavour.

Twice Distilled, Cobalto is the carefully filtered. Completely chemical and addictive free from the field to the glass, the result is an exceptionally smooth tequila that maintains the natural essence of the agave and the land in which it was grown.
