This award-winning rum is a rare combination of column still and pot still distillate, aged for three years in American oak bourbon barrels with a #7 char. We then filter the rum with a proprietary charcoal and limestone coral filter. 40% alc./vol, 80 proof.

Oregon Spirit Distillers Bourbon Whiskey is a four grain bourbon made with corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. This whiskey is made and aged for four years on site in Bend, Oregon. After four years of maturation in new American white oak barrels, the barrels are married and a touch of water is added to bring our whiskey to 94 proof.

Crafthouse Classic Cocktails are made from the highest quality all-natural ingredients. They All of our ready to drink cocktails contain no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. 

We use only exceptional spirits, collaborating with the finest producers (many of whom are our friends). You will never find malt, low-grade grain neutral spirits or unnamed “brewed alcohols” in our pre-mixed cocktails. 

Each Crafthouse Classic Cocktail is made just as it would be at a cocktail bar. We simply make them in larger batches. It is important to note that unlike many RTD’s (ready to drink) in the market, our cocktails each have their own ABV (alcohol by volume). You would never expect a Moscow Mule and an Old Fashioned to contain the same percentage alcohol, would you? 

Our cocktails in cans are not watered down. They have full and distinct flavor while still maintaining an accessible profile. Carefully curating our lineup, we worked diligently to provide something for every taste, occasion and mood. 

In alignment with our team’s individual concern for the impact on the environment, Crafthouse Cocktails strives to make sustainable decisions. We recently moved to 100% recyclable aluminum for our 200mls bottle and are introducing a new 1.75L bag-in-box option with less packaging. Our 750mls glass bottle is also 100% recyclable and reusable.

Essentially a Gin Sour or Collins infused with fresh mint, the Southside Cocktail is a classic gin cocktail that has only recently been brought back to life. Charles calls it a “gateway cocktail.” That is, an easy-drinking cocktail for bar patrons who might otherwise feel shy about drinking gin. Longtime gin lovers flock to this one as well. It starts with a classic London Dry-style gin — distilled to our specifications — which we combine with real lime juice, a touch of simple syrup and a bouquet of mint for flavor and aroma.

The Southside drink is the perfect introduction to gin. Many drinkers fall into the habit of choosing a spirit in their early drinking days and sticking with it for years to come. Grander Panama Rum is an independent bottler founded by Dan DeHart. DeHart is from Kentucky, meaning he was raised in the way of the bourbon. Once he discovered the wonderful world of great-quality rum that could be drunk neat, everything changed. After he met the people at Las Cabras Distillery in Panama, the groundwork was set for the launch of Grander Panama Rum in 2015. The bottler now deals in bringing authentic Panama rum to the discerning drinker without the limitations and restrictions that come from larger rum producers and suppliers. The Las Cabras Distillery is located in Herrera, Panama, and led by Jose Fernandez Perez, who oversees the blending and barrel aging. The distillery grows their own sugar cane. A proprietary yeast strain and local water are used in production, along with ex-bourbon and some ex-sherry barrels are used for maturing, with others (ex-rye, ex-scotch) are used for finishing the rum. The distilling takes place in four independent columns of varying sizes. The rum is bottled without chill filtering and additional colors. The Trophy Release Grander Panama Rum expression was distilled, aged, and bottled in Panama and is a blend of 8 to 15-year-old rums. Aged in ex-bourbon American white oak (some used to hold sherry), it's a non-chill filtered rum without additives or colorings that is bottled at 110.4 proof.
