Beefeater Pink Strawberry is the vibrant new pink gin made using the original Beefeater London Dry Recipe with the addition of natural strawberry flavoring to give it a vibrant and delicious strawberry taste.

Our founder James Burrough would often experiment with new flavored gins and liqueurs, purchasing his ingredients from London's Covent Garden markets in the 1800s. These recipe archives and London's markets inspired this bright expression, Beefeater Pink Strawberry.

Distilled in small batches in the back room of a concealed distillery in the Western part of Belgium, unusual botanicals such as malted barley and cubeb pepper are used to give Blind Tiger Gin its daring and invigorating character.

Blind Tiger’s full complexity is best to be enjoyed neat or over ice. Served as a Dry Martini with a twist, the Blind Tiger adds spice and notes of orange to this classic cocktail.

In a Gin & Tonic, the spiciness is tempered by the sparkles of the tonic and the quinine emphasizes its otherwise modest citric character. Any dry & neutral tonic works fine.

Our botanicals (except the cubeb berries) are macerated & distilled in a copper pot still (400l). We add the double distilled cubeb pepper afterwards.

Following fermentation, the tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of six months. During this period, the tequila undergoes a transformation, as it absorbs the flavors and nuances of the oak. Introducing Telsón Blanco, a remarkable tequila hailing from the enchanting region of Los Altos. This extraordinary spirit stands out through its meticulous production process, which begins with the careful selection of agave plants, ensuring only the finest ones are chosen. These specially selected agaves undergo a unique transformation, starting with their cooking in an Autoclave under high pressure, followed by the use of a roller mill.

The next stage in crafting Telsón Blanco involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where the agave is carefully processed without any fibers, using pure deep well water. This precise fermentation process sets the foundation for the tequila's exquisite flavor profile.

After fermentation, Telsón Blanco undergoes a meticulous double distillation in stainless steel stills, capturing the essence of the agave with precision. Finally, the tequila is bottled at a perfect 40% alcohol by volume (abv), ready to be enjoyed by tequila enthusiasts worldwide.

Upon first encountering Telsón Blanco, your senses will be tantalized by the delightful aromas it offers. The nose presents intriguing hints of fresh agave, accompanied by bright notes of lemon and lime citrus, intertwined with a subtle touch of alcohol. As the tequila opens up, a creamy almond note emerges, delicately balancing the aroma with a hint of sweetness.

Savoring this remarkable tequila reveals an exceptional tasting experience. The initial taste is graced with a gentle sweetness that quickly gives way to the distinct flavors of fresh agave detected on the nose, followed by a pleasant peppery undertone. The Aperitivo Cappelletti, affectionately known as "Specialino" to locals, is one of the oldest styles of classic red bitters still in production. Unlike its larger competitors, Cappelletti is less sweet, with a pleasing dry finish and a natural crimson color from carmine. It offers a lively and flavorful profile with traditional wine undertones. This makes for a dry and refreshing Negroni or Spritz. Produced near Trento in Alto Adige by the Cappelletti family, it's a favorite for wine-and-beer establishments.

The modern Italian "Spritz" shares its history with Cappelletti in the Triveneto region, typically combining red bitter, wine, soda, and orange. Cappelletti is a cost-effective choice for stimulating appetites and pairs well with various beers. Its natural carmine color adds pride to the region, while modern red bitters use plant-based colorants like flowers and fruits.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA: Clear & very expressive with great aromatic freshness on the nose, including aromas of red berries with hints of lime and melon.

PALATE: The Beach rosé is subtle and smooth…showing a balanced acidity and minerality with delicious citrus and red fruit flavours.

FINISH: This rosé wine is fresh and round with a light and long peach, citrus flare.

Maker Notes

From barrel to bottle, Hand Barrel was established to bring you a whiskey experience unlike any other. We sought to create a vessel that was unique, sleek, and unlike anything else in the industry; a contemporary take on a centuries-old American pastime that would also protect the vital liquid gold inside. Once the bottle was perfected, we sought out a handcrafted bourbon that would match our bottle in quality. Whether it’s our unique mash bill, our #4 alligator charred barrels that impart spice and complexity, or our non-chill filtered process, we are constantly searching for the X factor that will elevate Hand Barrel to the next level.

SOFT, SWEET, AND SMOOTH 100% AGAVE REPOSADO TEQUILA, packaged in an heirloom quality decanter bottle made from solid ceramic with a heavyweight, all-metal statuette stopper.

Color: Light amber, golden hue.

Nose: Light and mellow oak with citrus undertones. Natural agave.

THE PROCESS
 7–8 year-old agave is harvested by hand, and then slow cooked in traditional steam ovens to a point that is ideal for mashing while retaining the natural agave flavor. After cooking for a minimum of 3 days, the piñas are left for an additional 2-3 days to cool before being mashed and distilled. The tequila is rested in American oak. Once the aging process is complete, a beautiful rich amber liquid is hatched from the barrels and decanted into a heavyweight solid ceramic bottle.

The first of the tequilas in our line-up is the Blanco. Blanco translates to “white”, referring to water-like translucency, but do not confuse it with water! A new take on a classic, our subtly herbal Blanco is filtered three times to reveal hints of Vanilla. Agave layers dominate the first sip and finishes in a creamy completion.

You will notice gentle spices with an explosive rich, mild, green heat and our signature smooth finish. This tequila is outrageously silky - no burn here. Perfect for new exploration and adventure.
