Our award winning, premium bourbon whiskey housed in a uniquely designed and patented football decanter bottle, each is individually blown and formed in the shape of an actual professional football, right down to the laces on the glass ball. Every bottle includes a pigskin replica stopper and sits on a raised pedestal base (all one molded piece), which is a quintessential depiction of an actual football field, complete with the yard lines and end zones. The perfect holiday or special occasion gift for the gridiron fan in all of us.

All are 750 ml bottles. A blend of select young and older, more complex bourbons, the two distinctive styles were hand-selected and chosen for their individual character and flavor profile. This bourbon finishes on the palate with caramel and butterscotch, rounded out with a layer of sweet toffee.

2XO is an award-winning Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey brand from renowned American whiskey blender Dixon Dedman. 2XO, meaning Two Times Oak, refers to the blending process Dixon pioneered where every 2XO expression has additional oak exposure. The additional oak interaction builds the sweetness to balance out the spice from the rye in the mash bills, creating a unique combination of intense flavors, character, and complexity with each expression.

ICON SERIES
The Kiawah Blend is the fourth release in the ICON SERIES, a series of limited time, small batch blends. Each blend is different and bears its own name and symbol, inspired by something in Dixon’s life. The Kiawah Blend is a nod to Dixon’s happy place where he goes with family and friends to relax, unwind, and recharge. The Kiawah Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front of the palate, to more savory notes on the mid-palate, and finishing with a lingering peppery spice.

A great whiskey with a noble heart, Noble Oak Rye is first rested in new charred American oak barrels for a minimum of one year. Then it is finished using port wine cask staves to imbue an additional layer of flavor and complexity. The result is a unique rye, elegantly balanced and bold in flavor with notes of fig, toffee and spice. "Our commitment to oak transcends our whiskey, because every bottle plants a tree in partnership with One Tree Planted in an effort to preserve the world's most majestic forests", say the folks at Noble Oak. The time-honored methods used for its distillation create unrivaled whiskey with body, deep color, and richness of flavor that earned this rye 97 points from the Ultimate Spirits Challenge in 2020. You can expect notes of "freshly milled rye, dark crusty bread, and spicy cinnamon are pungent on the nose. The European oak ex-port wine cask staves provide a rounded richness with hints of dark maple to balance out the staunch spicy graininess. The finish is balanced and enjoyable (Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2020). 

Knob Creek Rye is patiently aged for seven years in deeply charred barrels and bottled at 100 proof to give it the signature Knob Creek full flavor. At seven years, Knob Creek Rye achieves its optimal flavor profile resulting in the perfect balance between sweet barrel notes and spicy rye character. Its high corn mashbill makes it perfect for the bourbon drinker looking to add a rye to their liquor cabinet.

TASTING NOTES

Color: Amber brown.
Taste: Full body with balanced black pepper, sweet vanilla and caramel with lingering oak and rich spice on the finish.
Aroma: Sweet caramel and vanilla mixed with deep round rye spice accompanied by apple and floral notes with a hint leather.

This is a wonderfully rich and complex single malt. Opening with rich and spicy aromas of crème brûlée, heather honey and crumbled cinnamon, intensely fruity notes follow – fresh pineapple dressed with a scattering of sun-kissed lemon zest. There’s a hint of freshly baked sponge cake too, warm from the oven, and you’ll find cinnamon again, but toasted shards this time. Citrus and vanilla notes linger in the aromatic waves of peat smoke.

To create our 15 Year Old, Gordon Motion, our Master Whisky Maker, selected predominantly sherry seasoned European oak casks to deliver warm, spicy notes, and sherry seasoned American oak casks to provide a balance of sweet vanilla. Expertly adding just a few refill casks to soften and smooth the flavours, Gordon chose to bottle at 44% ABV to allow the whisky’s vibrant fruitiness and distinctive heathery peat to shine through.

A renaissance of rye that transcends mere resurgence. Blend of 70% Midwestern rye, 20% local corn and 10% two-row malted barley. Fermented with a wine yeast from France's Loire Valley. Aged in air-dried oak barrels. Crisp grain, caramel, and honey on the nose, with luscious whiskey sweetness on the palate. Spiciness is accented by notes of pepper, ginger, and vanilla. The long, satisfying finish emphasizes toasted oak, cherry, plum, and pear flavors. Perfect for sipping neat or mixing in a Manhattan.

Maker Notes

The Night Sweats Straight Bourbon was created in partnership with the band to benefit The Marigold Project, Nathaniel Rateliff’s nonprofit that supports community and nonprofit organizations working on issues of economic, racial and social justice.

In fact, $10 of every bottle sold goes to The Marigold Project (TMP).

This partnership all began in 2021 with a cocktail, The Marigold Sour. Our version of the classic Whiskey Sour features a tincture infused with marigold petals and a house-made marigold syrup. Using the cocktail to help raise funds for TMP lead us to a discussion about new ways to collaborate and promote TMP’s mission. Now here we are, with two batches of The Night Sweats Straight Bourbon under our belts and thousands donated!

TASTING NOTES
The earthy sweetness of the millet (a small kernel ancient grain) does the balancing act in this Bourbon. The peppery red corn and sweet tortilla blue corn notes give it that traditional bourbon sweetness. It’s a big whiskey that sips neat but isn’t scared of an ice cube either. Dark caramel and brown sugar compliment the grain notes that remain prominent in this spirit.

You should have a cocktail that’s just as sweet as you are. Packed with fresh and crisp citrus, this strawberry margarita is the equivalent of fun in the sun with every sip.

A beautiful mix of red and blue fruit on the nose unfolds with distinctive layers of violets, spice notes, and the fresh, haunting quality of an evergreen forest. Together, with our vineyard partners, our Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir is a reflection of the unique characteristics of our estates: coastal influence, elevation, topography, and unique soils. To craft this wine, we work with vineyards from like-minded growers that reflect the energy and purity of this coastal and natural region. Some of our long-standing vineyard partners are Anderson-Ross Vineyard, Wildcat Mountain Vineyard, and Bohan Ranch, along with our Camp Meeting Ridge Estate. 

Maker Notes

This remarkable release comprises two Single Casks, both filled in 1968. These Glenrothes Single Malt Scotch Whiskies have spent their entire lives – nearly 50 years – maturing in the same oak casks.

The relationship between this individual cask, the distillate and the surrounding air, brings about a marvellous kind of alchemy; each cask yields a whisky that is slightly different from those around it. Thus, despite being distilled on the same day in November 1968, our two casks display distinct differences, whilst sharing characteristics of the Glenrothes distilling style – famously laden with ripe fruits, juicy citrus, creamy vanilla and hints of exotic spice.

This duo represents our first Glenrothes Single Malt release. Two more releases from 1969 and 1970 – each also comprising slightly different Single Casks – followed in 2019 and 2020, thereby completing a unique Glenrothes trilogy of wonderful whiskies.

CHARLES MACLEAN’S TASTING NOTES – CASK NO. 13504

Amber with long-lingering beading. A mellow nosefeel, with slight prickle after a while. The highly perfumed initial aroma – scented hand-cream, attar of roses, carnations – reduces in time, infused by notes of almond oil and oak shavings, with a trace of vanilla. A drop of water enhances the wood notes. A smooth texture and a sweet taste, drying in the spicy finish, with a suggestion of Friar’s Balsam medicine and a cooling mentholic aftertaste.

Our agaves are 100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

TASTING NOTES

Aroma: Aged for a minimum of 6 years in the barrel this bourbon leads with a scent of vanilla and sweet hay, accented by sandalwood and mace.

Taste: It enters the palate smoothly, and the bourbon is nicely balanced with a hint of pecan pie sweetness.

KEY INGREDIENTS
The story of Fever-Tree is one of a pursuit for the best. In 2004, unhappy with the poor state of spirit mixers, founders Tim and Charles began trawling through history books and poring over maps to find sources of the very best ingredients, eventually travelling to the ends of the earth to get hold of them. Our Indian Tonic Water still uses quinine from the deep forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo, found by Tim and Charles on one of their first trips.

At 80 proof Blanton’s Special Reserve is ideal for those new to single barrel bourbons. It has a slightly floral nose that conveys whispers of cedar and raisin in between soft vanilla notes. The palate has a light airy feel to it. The taste of vanilla and toffee dance around subtle notes of dried fruit and white pepper. Its smooth consistency makes it perfect for a premium cocktail or served on the rocks. Bottled at 40% alcohol by volume.
