IYLIA Monastrell Rosé wine comes from the Valencian region of Spain, crafted by a family-owned winery with a millennia of traditional winemaking experience. We use the Monastrell grape variety. Also known by its French synonym, Mourvèdre, which is a thick-skinned, red wine grape with a full body and intense, yet elegant, flavor profile.

We chose this vibrant grape variety for its stunningly refined taste. We've captured the luscious black fruit flavors of plum, cherry, raspberry, and strawberry by controlling the temperature of our fermentation process. In so doing, we preserve the grape's aroma, which highlights and enhances the strength and flavor of every sip. The result is a stunningly refined flavor.

Our IYLIA Moscatel-Macabeo is a dynamic blend of grape varietals produced in the Valencia region of Spain. The Moscatel grape and Macabeo grape are unique because they are exclusive to Spain and indigenous to the Mediterranean region.

Malagouzia is the new label of Vourvoukeli Estate, regarding the white monovarietal wines. The wine displays the basic characteristics of the variety, which are an intensely aromatic bouquet of moderate to high acidity. The body of the wine is full and robust. The color appears white-yellow, with golden highlights. Aromas of white flowers, apricot and tropical fruits. Its finish is quite strong and last.

Founded in 2010 in Seattle, WA, Westland Distillery mashes, distills, matures and bottles American Single Malt Whiskey in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. Situated in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle, Westland's 13,000 square foot distillery boasts a 5,000 mash-house, five 10,000 liter fermenters and two copper pot stills. It's here where Westland's Master Distiller Matt Hofmann crafts the distillery's core American Single Malt Whiskey. Like single malt Scotch, American single malt whiskey is made using a malted barley made at a single distillery. American single malt whiskeys, however, are less regulated, allowing more room for experimentation. With a specialty mash bill of Washington Select Pale Malt, Munich Malt, Extra Special Malt, pale chocolate malt, brown malt, and peated malt, their specialty Garryana-aged single malt is fermented with Belgian Brewer's Yeast for a total of 144 hours, and aged partially in a distinct oak. Garryana is the embodiment of provenance, an expression of the Pacific Northwestboth its land and its culturein whiskey (producer). The term "splinter group" means a subset of people who have broken off from the rest to pursue their own agenda. The Splinter Group as a company is a group of Napa Valley winemakers who have teamed up to finish classic American Whiskeys in ex-Wine casks. The Sinter Group was founded in 2013 by John Wilkinson of winemaker Bin to Bottle and Dave Phinney of Orin Swift Wines. They have since been joined by other experienced oenophiles (wine lovers) in the area, representing decades of experience. As non-distilling producers, they source their aged Whiskeys from established producers across the midwest and southeastern United States and then blend them on site in northern California. The married spirits are finally finished in first-fill Wine casks. They have completed four products to date, including an American Whiskey, Bourbon, Rye, and a Sweet Vermouth. Straight Edge Bourbon is a blend of Tennessee and Kentucky Bourbons aged five, seven, and eight years old. The net mash bill is approximately 70% corn with the balance 17% rye and 13% malted barley. The blend is then finished in local Napa Cabernet Wine casks brining a lush, ripe plum aroma and taste to the traditional Bourbon flavor profile. It has a nice balance and solid mouthfeel and is bottled at 42% ABV. The Wine cask finishing also deepens the color to an antique mahogany hue with hints of red. This Bourbon stands tall on its own as a flavorful sipping Whiskey taken neat or with a few rocks.

We started with a mash-bill of 95% premium rye and aged it for over 3 years in new charred oak barrels. Spicy with an exceptionally smooth finish, it is a great choice in your classic whiskey cocktails.

HMS Princessa was originally a Spanish vessel captured by the British in 1780 at the battle of Cape St. Vincent. Captained by Charles Knatchbull with Rear Admiral Francis Samuel Drake abroad, this 70 gun ship of the line was one of the first ships to engage the French in the Battle of the Saints. Fighting valiantly, the Princessa engaged the enemy throughout the battle and inspired us to create this rum that embodies power and integrity.

TASTING NOTES

Deep mahogany color with honeyed raisins on the nose and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. Sweet with intense brown sugar, crème brulee tones balanced by dry toasty oak. Complex finish with good oak integration, caramel, and tropical spice.

RUM BLEND

Admiral Rodney Princessa contains Coffey still rum pulled off lower sections of the still resulting in a robust and complex flavor profile. This rum is aged from 5-9 years in Bourbon and Port casks before being blended together by our Master Blender.

On the right or west bank of the Rhône adjacent to the vineyards of Côte-Rôtie, the Condrieu area is one of the world‘s most elite. The steep vineyards are difficult to cultivate, and as a result only 50 acres in Condrieu are currently under vine. Here, Delas controls a small hillside vineyard in the Vérin area planted exclusively to Viognier. Soils are granite-based with a fine topsoil of decomposed mica that washes away easily. The Viognier is finicky with low yields (about 2 tons oer acre), yet the limited quantities of wine it produces can be exquisite.

The climate is moderately continental, hot and dry in summer, regular rainfalls during the other seasons. The vineyard has often been a victim of history and almost disappeared on several occasions, during the barbarian invasions, in the days of the “Grandes Compagnies” (in the 17th and 18th centuries) and, more recently, at the end of the 19th century, with the phylloxera infestation. Well before the modern period, the trading port of Condrieu and its river fleet carried the reputation of its wines far and wide

The color is a straw yellow, with green tinges. This Condrieu has layers of amazingly powerful and complex aromas: violets, apricots, peaches, honey and dried fruit. On the palate, these exuberant flavors are rich, powerful, and highly seductive, with an unctuous texture and a mass of exotic fruit on the finish.
