Loads of rich caramel and toffee up front on the nose. Leather and pipe tobacco add an earthiness, while cinnamon and clove balance it out with some spice. Hints of toasted oak and aspen round out the nose. The palate is viscous, with the clove, toffee, tobacco, and toasted oak at the forefront. There is a warming black pepper note with the return of the caramel for the long, pleasant finish. This is an assertive and spice forward rye, and yet somehow, at the same, a soft and sweet rye.

Tanduay has been crafting Asian rum since 1854, bringing a mysterious Eastern twist to the spirit. Headquartered in the Philippines, its origins go back to a distillery from Hagonoy, Bulacan, that was bought in 1856 by Ynchausti y Compaia, a multi-national company that was owned by the Ynchausti family, the seal of which still decorates their bottles today. By the 1900s the production had moved to the Manila distillery, and the brand Tanduay Rhum was formed, named after the area in which the distillery was located. The rum was produced in the significantly upgraded distillery in Manila until 2013, when it was decommissioned and the production moved to a much larger facility in the Philippines, capable of producing 100,000 cases each day. Since 1999 Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is owned by LT Group, Inc. In 2011, Tanduay was the 7th largest spirits brand in the world. Today their operation spans 4 plants that take care of aging, compounding, and bottling. At the heart of their lineup is an award-winning 5-year-old rum that matures in charred oak barrels. The brand has received over a hundred various awards over the years and sells over 20 million cases each year, making it one of the best-selling rum brands in the world. Our Blanco has a smooth, crisp and earthy taste that emulates the pure agave plant. There are absolutely no additives used in our production. How is it made? A team of skilled artisans in Mexico who grow the agave the right way, sustainable and organic, and then craft the spirit using traditional techniques. After harvest, the agave is slow roasted in a clay oven, shredded on a roller mill, fermented with a wild natural open air process, distilled twice with well water in stainless steel tanks and copper tanks.

This carefully monitored process results in a clean and flavorful tasting ultra-premium Blanco tequila. Taste layers of flavor from the agave plant; citrus on the front end and vanilla custard creaminess on the back end. Awarded 94 points from Wine Enthusiast Magazine.

High n’ Wicked is an importer and specialty bottler of exceptional whiskies. It was founded in 2019 by two former Brown-Forman senior executives, W. L. Lyons Brown, III and Kevin E. Sachs. Brown and Sachs worked together in the International Division in the 1990’s and were instrumental in building Jack Daniel’s and Southern Comfort in Europe and Asia.

The company features five year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Kentucky Straight Rye available year round. It will also offer unique, small production expressions of each annually, including cask strength, single barrel and double wood finishes. Some will carry greater age as the brands evolve.

During the late 19th century, an overwhelming number of distilleries throughout the United States were still not aging their whiskey. As a result, some retailers would add juices and syrups to sweeten the whiskey, while others would add acid and tobacco to give their whiskey its signature, amber hue. In 1870, George Garvin Brown a young pharmaceuticals salesman from Kentucky saw the need for a consistently high-quality whiskey that would remain unadulterated after distillation. After saving $5,500, Brown and his brother opened the doors to J.T.S. Brown & Bro. Distillery and began distilling bourbon. Unlike other distilleries at the time, Brown aged his bourbon, which was named Old Forester, in oak casks and bottled it in a sealed glass bottle to ensure authenticity and quality. Since its introduction in 1870, Old Forester has been on the market continuously, even during Prohibition, when it continued to be sold for medicinal purposes. It is the only bourbon continuously distilled and marketed by the founding family before, during and after Prohibition. Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the second release in Old Forester's Whiskey Row Series, which aims to highlight the distillery's significant milestones and production innovations throughout its nearly 150 year history. The whiskey pays homage to the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897 (27 C.F.R. 5.21), which stipulates that any spirit labeled as "bonded"or "bottled-in-bond" must be the product of one distiller at one distillery during one distillation season. In addition, the Act requires that bonded spirits be aged in a federally bonded warehouse under U.S. government supervision for at least four years and bottled at 100 proof. Old Forester's 'sealed-in-quality concept preempted the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897 and Old Forester 1897 Bottled in Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is made according to the distillery's exacting standards which date back to the 19th century. As a result, the whiskey has a robust aroma of caramel, coffee beans and starfruit, which leads to a deep palate filled with oak, vanilla and gingerbread. The finish is slightly hot and full of flavor, including notes of sugar cereal, burnt toast and cloves.

Crop Organic Spiced Pumpkin Vodka is crafted exclusively from USDA-certified organic grains grown in the American Midwest. Once the grains exhibit the perfect combination of plumpness and ripeness, they are harvested by expert farmers who refuse to use artificial fertilizers, pesticides or chemicals. Rather, these farmers control weeds by creating old-fashioned prairie fires, and rely on native birds and bats to consume insects in their fields. As a result, their farms are lush, complete ecosystems that flourish with all types of wildlife. Once the grains have been harvested, they are mashed and fermented at Crop's distilling facility in Minnesota. Then, the wash the liquid that remains following fermentation is distilled as many times as necessary in order to remove any impurities or unwanted flavors. That is, the vodka is distilled to taste rather than a specific number of times (the distillation process is so efficient that no carbon treatment or charcoal filtering is required). Following distillation, the vodka is macerated in a secret recipe of herbs and spices, including fresh pumpkin, nutmeg and cinnamon. As a result, it has notes of brown sugar and caramelized fruit that are complemented by notes of molasses, cloves and cinnamon. The finish is well-balanced, with slightly sweet notes of pumpkin that are accented by notes of pepper and warming spices.
