What’s in it?
We use a total of 25 botanical ingredients to make St. George Valley Gin: fresh orange blossoms lead the way, supported by angelica root, Bergamot orange, caraway, fresh cilantro, California bay laurel, cardamom, coriander, fresh cucumber, fresh dill, dill seed, fennel seed, fresh ginger, grapefruit, juniper, lemon, lime, Malabar black pepper, nutmeg, orris root, pink peppercorn, Saigon cinnamon, Seville orange, star anise, and Valencia orange. The base is non-GMO grain-neutral spirit.

El Mayor tequilas are handcrafted in the fertile, rocky soils of Jalisco Mexico using Weber Blue Agave. Once harvested their hand-selected agave is chopped stacked and cooked in autoclaves, before the cooked agave is shredded and gently pressed to extract the full agave flavor. After being fermented with a proprietary, family-owned yeast strain, the agave juice is double distilled in copper lined pots. El Mayor Extra Aejo Tequila is the epitome of aging gracefully. A 100% agave tequila is meticulously aged in American white oak barrels for a minimum of three and a half years. Team 144 Commemorative Bottle is 90 Proof and has been aged more than 2 years (30 months) in Owensboro, Kentucky. The Bourbon is rich in color with an amber hue and made with all Kentucky-grown corn, majority coming from Daviess County. The mash bill consists of 70% corn, 21% winter rye, and 9% malted Two-Row and Six--Row barley. The higher rye content results in a bourbon with warming spice notes on the nose and palate. Additional aroma notes to look for include cinnamon, dried cherry, and a light leather.

Taste: Notes of cinnamon, vanilla, caramel and chocolate mint.
