The Dalmore 12 year old, with its intricate aromas and flavours, is recognised as a whisky with character far beyond its age. This was Andrew Mackenzie's original masterpiece. At a time when it was standard to mature whisky for six years, Andrew Mackenzie demonstrated his pioneering character by being one of the first to double the maturation period. His boldness truly paid off, The Dalmore 12 year stands apart as an exceptional whisky, as much today as it did in the 19th century.

Matured for an initial nine years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the spirit is then divided for its final flourish. One half remains in the bourbon barrels, while the other is transferred to 30-year-old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts before they are reunited to create this phenomenal whisky.

Kings County Distillery Straight Bourbon is a bourbon made like a scotch whiskey. We use 80% New York organic corn and 20% English Golden Promise barley for a high-malt recipe that forgoes the wheat or rye typical of Kentucky bourbons. This mash is then double pot distilled for a rich and flavorful white spirit. After aging in a variety of new charred oak barrels for anywhere between 3 and 6 years, our bourbon is carefully blended to ensure quality and complexity. With prominent notes of caramel and vanilla, as well as undertones of dark berries, this bottle is cited frequently in lists of best craft bourbons.

Revel Avila Añejo is truly a labor of love - having been perfected over many years by their master distiller. Aged 24 months in new French oak, the results are a complex and beautifully intense spirit, made to be sipped neat. Nose Oak and barrel char on the nose

Palate: Notes of toasted coconut, almond and cardamom

Finish: A bold, earthy finish is reminiscent of a fine cognac and holds a rich, open aftertaste.
