The 10th in Penderyn’s Icons Of Wales Edition whiskies is called YMA O HYD. This is a patriotic anthem, written by Dafydd Iwan, and has been adopted by the Red Wall (Welsh football supporters). This whisky is produced in partnership with FA Wales as their official whisky for the Wales campaign at the World Cup in 2022. This 70cl bottle has an abv of 43% and is matured in American Rye Casks.

Amor Mio Tequila
Amor Mio was founded in 1996 in the Jalisco Highlands their estate spirits are all aged and bottled on site. Tequila Tres Mujers combines the best traditional methods with modern safety and purity standards. Amore Mio crafts a full line of premium blanco, rested, aged, and ultra aged tequilas as well as a limited edition. Their label has received countless awards. Amor Mio Extra Añejo Tequila is an “extra añejo,”meaning it was matured for at least three years. Aged for a full four years in French oak this tequila is distilled from 100% Blue Agave.

William Larue Weller, born in 1825, spent most of his life educating the public on his first-of-its-kind bourbon recipe using wheat in the mash bill. Weller’s gentle, mild and smooth sipping experience changed whiskey as we know it. Handpicked and bottled one exceptional barrel at a time, this special release is bourbon to be savored. Delivering nuanced variations from the ageing process. For the refined bourbon palate, no two barrels are quite the same. Expect distinct, full-bodied flavor in the celebrated tradition of Weller’s wheated bourbon.
Weller Single Barrel has a nose of cherry and mint, fading to vanilla. Caramel and baking spices with hints of cocoa explode on the palate, with a finish of cinnamon, coffee, and a hint of pepper.

Full-bodied, roasted to perfection, local decaf espresso is cold infused with our vodka and natural flavors. At MRD we tried to look at rum with a fresh and distinctly modern, American view: we age our premium rum, made with cane sugar, in fresh charred American oak barrels — just like our bourbon and rye. The result is simply stunning: First Run Rum – a sipping rum with an initial “hit” of bourbon-like richness rapidly transitioning to a smooth and distinctly rum-caramel finish. Since its introduction, even the “I only drink whiskey” consumers have been pleasantly surprised by our rum! All of our sugars are fair trade certified, all natural raw cane sugars sourced from Texas or Malawi, depending on the season.

High West
Situated at the bottom of the Quitting Time Ski Run in Park City, High West Distillery & Saloon is the first distillery in Utah since Prohibition and the only ski-in gastro-distillery in the world. "We wanted to call High West a "saloon", says David Perkins who founded the distillery in 2006 with his wife Jane, "because we wanted to pay homage to the history of saloons in the old West and the important role they played in each and every town that had one. The saloon was the main meeting place where town hall meetings were held, important announcements were made, and people went to eat and drink. We want people to share that sense of community and friendship over High West." The distillery's humble beginnings with a 250-gallon still operating in a historic stable and garage grew into an international brand with 4 locations: a distillery with a 1600-gallon copper-pot still in Wanship, Utah, that offers tours and educational tasting, the Saloon and Nelson Cottage with the original still and whiskey-paired dinners, and a Saloon at the Salt Lake City airport. High West has garnered numerous awards over the years, including being named "Distiller of the Year" by Whisky Advocate in 2016. The Barrel Finished Old Fashioned is a premium ready-to-drink cocktail that's a simple handful of ice and an orange twist short of a perfect drink. With their bourbon and rye whiskeys serving as the base, the cocktail adds unrefined raw demerara simple syrup and bitters to the recipe. The liquid is then finished in second-use rye barrels. "Our bar program has been the proving ground for these cocktail recipes. We experimented with and served variations on these cocktails from behind the bar for years, ultimately resulting in these final recipes. We developed them to be complex yet balanced, and they can be enjoyed on their own or when paired with food," says Steven Walton of High West. Each bottle holds 12 servings.

Koloa
In 1778, the HMS Resolution, commanded by Captain James Cook, made landfall on the island of Kaua'i, the oldest island in the Hawaiian archipelago. Cook was the first European to visit the Hawaiian islands, and his sailors undoubtedly exhausted from a long and arduous journey are believed to have introduced the concept of rum to the Hawaiians. Within a few years, Hawaii's first successful sugar plantation was established near the town of Koloa on the island of Kaua'i. "In many ways, this is where it all began," says Robert Gunter, master distiller at Koloa Rum Corporation. Koloa Rum is a single-batch craft distiller and bottler that handcrafts their rums from the finest quality sugarcane and the pure, abundant waters of Kauai, Hawaii. Koloa sources their water from the crisp rainwaters of Mount Waialeale. The nearby mountain peaks and rainforests capture the rainfall as it slowly filters through volcanic strata before reaching a vast underground aquifer. This incredibly pure Kauai water imparts its own unique taste and mouthfeel that perfectly complements Koloa's rum. Combined with the indigenous tall cane sugarcane, this results in a truly unique and delicious Kauai White, Gold, Dark, Spice and Coconut, and Coffee Rum, as well as ready-to-drink Mai Tai, Pineapple Passion, and Rum Punch products. The Original Koloa Hawaiian Rum Punch, therefore, comes with a respectable pedigree. This ready-made cocktail is as delicious as it is convenient and is based on the Koloa Kauai White Rum. The addition of essences of oranges, tropical passion fruit, guava puree, and pure Hawaiian cane sugar make for an incredibly light cocktail, perfect as a summertime refreshment.
