This is where it all began – the vodka that let us quit our day jobs and chase the dream of building an artisanal spirits business from the ground up.

HOW IT'S MADE

We start by harvesting the best organic grapes we can get our hands on, and then we actually make a pretty great Sonoma wine out of them. That Sonoma wine is then distilled in our unique combination pot and 50-plate column still for that extra pure, extra smooth, extra delicious taste.
 
HOW IT TASTES

They say the best vodkas are tasteless; we say the best vodkas taste good enough to enjoy straight up, like ours. It’s complex and balanced on the nose and palate with a silky smooth mouth feel that gives way to a lasting, satisfying finish that will leave you wanting more.
 
HOW IT MIXES

While we’re happy enough just sipping this straight from the bottle, putting it in a martini glass somehow makes it taste even better.

Established more than 30 years ago by legendary vintners Dan and Margaret Duckhorn, our roots run deep at Decoy. This California Merlot showcases the elegance of Merlot and highlights the bold fruit flavors. Reflecting the character of each growing season and the diversity of our vineyard sources, Decoy has established itself as a wine of distinction. From vine to bottle, we craft our wines to the highest standards, only using grapes from exceptional vineyards.

Blend Composition: 100% Merlot

Winemaker Notes
Beautifully lush and expressive, this alluring Merlot draws you in with aromas of black currant, black cherry, boysenberry and sweet baking spices. On the palate, it is plush and polished, with silky tannins carrying the luxurious dark berry, creamy mocha and bittersweet chocolate flavors to a long, supple finish.

Production
The growing season began with minimal winter rains and a mild spring. With drought conditions throughout California, we carefully tailored our vineyard practices to ensure balanced crop loads. With slightly elevated temperatures, budbreak at our North Coast vineyards was approximately two weeks ahead of the cooler Central Coast. As a result, our North Coast harvest concluded on October 15th, with our harvest on the Central Coast wrapping up on November 6th. In both regions, the berries and clusters were smaller than average, producing lower yields but deeply concentrated flavors, aromas and textures. Overall, the resulting wines are of exceptional quality, with lovely balance, excellent natural acidity and bright, juicy flavors.

An ultra-premium tequila filled with 150 years of history and heritage

Our traditional Añejo is expressive of rich maple and caramel but never cloying, as dried herbs and pineapple cream soda keep things vibrant, all tied together with a lingering note of black pepper.

Sip and enjoy the explosive flavors of smoke and spice with the Classic Malt Strong Collection. This gift set features Cragganmore 12 Year Old, Lagavulin 16 Year Old and Talisker 10 Year Old, with complex palates from Speyside, Islay and the Isle of Skye. Cragganmore 12 Year Old offers a strong malty taste with hints of sweet wood smoke and sandalwood. A full-bodied and smoky Island whisky, the Talisker 10 Year Old palate brings rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavors. The deep amber gold liquid of Lagavulin 16 Year Old has a dry, peaty palate with a gentle but strong sweetness, followed by sea and salt with touches of wood.

Stoli Vodka has been produced and bottled for more than 65 years at the historic Latvijas Balzams distillery in Riga. It is recognized as a high-quality, premium spirit, adhering to the Russian Alpha Spirit standard. Using traditional production techniques and state-of-the-art facilities and technology, the result is vodka that is perfectly smooth with a gentle wheat flavor and an aroma faithfully reproduced time after time.

Take a swirl on the sweet side with a scrumptious salted caramel liqueur. We’ve blended the smooth taste of caramel with velvety Baileys Original Irish Cream, a pinch of salt and other flavors and ingredients to produce this delicious liqueur. A drop or two makes Baileys desserts and cakes sing, or if you’re not in the mood for dessert, simply pour over ice, sit down and enjoy.

FEW brews up an eye opening new experience. Cask strength FEW Bourbon is mashed, fermented, distilled, aged and bottled at the FEW distillery then cut with cold brew coffee.

Cold Cut most definitely drinks like a whiskey despite a unique angle. Whiskey flavors dominate but smooth cold brew delivers unexpected depth and a boldness that leaves you asking for a refill. Perfect choice for Brunch. Also makes a mean, bold, Manhattan.

This 40 year old Highland single malt began its life at The Dalmore distillery in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being transferred to 30 year old Gonzalez Byass Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. After seven years in these rare casks, the liquid was given its final flourish in first-fill American white oak bourbon casks prior to bottling in 2017.Rich Colombian coffee mingles with sweet sultanas, dates and marmalade on the nose. The palate reveals gingerbread, molasses, maple syrup and brioche dipped in Manuka honey. The finish has delicious blood orange, over ripe Bramley apples, liquorice and notes of desiccated coconut.

Mezcal El Tinieblo is an ultra premium mezcal handcrafted in the state of Tamaulipas at Rancho El Tinieblo, our family's 9,000 acre ranch and wildlife preserve where we grow and distill our agave. Our Joven is an ensemble of Espadin and Salmiana, two of the most treasured agave varieties in mezcal bottled in unique hand blown glass.

Each plant is carefully grown with zero pesticides, insecticides, and harmful chemicals. As it takes at least 20 years for one plant to mature, for every one harvested, we plant 25 more. Under the guidance of our maestro mezcalero, we identify and harvest the best and ripest maguey, the base that will ensure each batch will result in a refined mezcal. Cooking maguey is a social and committed 24 hour process that brings everyone from the ranch together around the open-pit fire to watch the roasting of the pias over wood, rocks and earth. This whole process is done on our ranch so we can ensure our quality. Ritual dictates mezcal to be sipped leisurely in good company, served with orange slices and handmade Sal de Guzano (insect-based salts). Mezcal is for sacred consumption. Excess is a profanity.

After developing rich and intense flavor through a long, 23-year maturation in American and European oak casks; every drop of Grand Cru then spends an additional 6 months in French cuve casks, which impart new layers of decadence, offering a myriad of aromas from apple blossom to candied lemon and freshly baked bread. On the palate, rich vanilla, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape build a beautiful harmony of flavors; enhanced by a long, opulent finish for an extraordinary experience, to be shared and remembered. Continuing our family history of distilling world-renowned Scotch whisky, Glenfiddich adds to the distillery's prestigious collection of aged single malts with the release of Grand Cru 23 Year Old. Grand Cru 23 Year Old is a sinful romance between the rich, decadent flavors of Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whisky and the vibrant, seductive notes found in the world's best vintage sparkling wines.

Jura Seven Wood Single Malt Scotch whisky is crafted from seven different oak cask types first-fill ex-Bourbon American White Oak, Vosges, Bertranges, Jupilles, Allier, Tronais & Limousin barrels. Our master blender applies his deep knowledge of wood to enhance the wood's natural qualities and create a harmonious complexity of flavour in Seven Wood.

Shorebreak Vodka is distilled with 100% American corn and carefully distilled to showcase a luscious mouthfeel highlighted by a round and balanced, cream-like richness.

Deep amber in color, the El Tinieblo Anejo is sweet and warming in its depth. Probitas is a blend of rums, from Barbados and Jamaica, blended by Master Distiller & Blender Richard Seale. While White Blended Rum has existed in many forms, this is the first time that a White Blended Rum has been made entirely in the Caribbean, in collaboration between two different distilleries, selected by the rum makers themselves.

For the first time in history, Probitas is a joint venture between Caribbean distilleries to produce a blended Rum. Light white rums contributed to the explosion of popularity of cocktails like the Daiquiri in the post prohibition era. Unlike the white rums of today, which are often made from neutral or near neutral spirit, the white rums of the past had appreciable flavor. Probitas is a style of rum that would have made your daiquiri in the 1930s
