In 2009, Alexandre Koiransky, a former salesman at Ferrand Cognac, conceived the idea for Fair, an independent spirits brand dedicated to quality and sustainability. Fair meticulously sources natural ingredients globally, adhering to Fairtrade principles. Their spirits, including an award-winning Fair Quinoa Vodka, are crafted in Cognac, France, employing centuries of expertise while maintaining transparency and honesty in every step of the process.

The 2017 J. Lohr Cuvée POM is effusive with aromas of blueberry, marionberry, lilac, and cocoa powder. Vibrant acidity and persistent fresh berry notes resonate on the palate, leaving an angular structure sure to have lengthy cellar potential. With Paso Robles Merlot at its core, this lush wine recalls many of the best wines of Pomerol.

VINTAGE

Our J. Lohr Paso Robles vineyards emerged from a 5-year drought with remarkable quality in the 2017 vintage. The restorative rainfall exceeded the 20-year average by more than 25% in the appellation. Budbreak occurred in our Merlot block 5 at the Creston Vineyard during the first week of April. Bloom was also slightly delayed as we flowered at the end of the third week of May. An extreme heat event occurred in early September, which brought temperatures as high as 115 degrees along the California’s coast. Our Merlot crop was several weeks away from harvest and came through the heat spike unharmed. In this vintage we saw the highest level of flavor ripeness since the string of three great vintages from ‘12 to ‘14.

CUVÉE POM

Inspiration for J. Lohr Cuvée POM comes from the Grand Cru wines of Pomerol on Bordeaux’s famed Right Bank. These legendary wines are traditionally composed of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, with sparse additions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. At J. Lohr, our winemaking team is given the freedom to emulate these great wines through the prism of our world-class Paso Robles fruit.

A 100% Extra Añejo Tequila, produced in the Valley region of Jalisco. This is an outstanding signature tequila, aged in fine American oak for 40 months, and sure to delight connoisseurs and casual tequila lovers alike with its surprising tastes and aromas.

Our signature expression, created in 1880 by Louis-Alexandre Marnier Lapostolle by combining the character of cognac with the intensity of bitter orange. This refined liqueur contains 40% ABV (51% cognac and 49% orange liqueur).

Oppidian Spirits was founded in 2015 by Jeff Walsh, pegging itself as the "new American school of distilling." A technique involving traditional distilling techniques and more modern innovative ways of distilling. Known for their unique Solera Aged Bourbon, made using a rum technique to create a younger, more complex bourbon, they now have a complete line of paradigm-shifting experimental spirits. The majority of Oppidian whiskeys are fairly young, and their overall incredible quality and taste are a testament to the value of innovation over age statement. This Solera aged bourbon is distilled from a 5-grain mash bill of corn, malted rye, chocolate malted rye, special B, & 2-row barley, it then enters a unique solera aging process across 3 different wood types: American oak, French oak, & Oloroso sherry casks. The French oak & Oloroso casks are never emptied, creating continuity & increased complexity over time.

Mezcal Los Javis is an artisanal spirit and the product of a longstanding family tradition. Hand-selected agave is roasted in a conical stone oven, tahona milled, and naturally fermented in wooden vats. Mezcal Los Javis is distilled in small copper pots and is individually bottled and hand numbered.

Espadin is Oaxaca's most cultivated maguey for its high sugar content and ease of reproduction. Los Javis Espadin maguey grows in the humid and arid central valleys of Oaxaca and takes eight to twelve years to reach full maturity.

We use grains that mass production forgot.

The soulful, rich flavors of our no-compromise whiskey begin with our use of only heirloom and heritage grains. Modern agricultural has no interest in these low-yield, finicky grains, yet we could not create the singular profile of each Laws Whiskey without them. We are dependent on the two family-owned farms – the Cody’s in the San Luis Valley and the Ohnmacht’s out on Colorado’s eastern plains – willing to cultivate these specialized grains for us.Terroir is Our Master
Our whiskey chose Colorado. Don’t get us wrong, we think Colorado is a cool place to live, but that’s not why Laws is here. Our terroir-driven whiskey requires the rarified thin air, the hot days and cool nights of the Rocky Mountain region, and the rugged growing conditions of the San Luis Valley and eastern plains that stress our grains just enough to deepen their flavor.

There are No Shortcuts at Laws.

We always have and always will distil every drop we bottle. While our whiskey aged, we didn’t sell any whiskey for our first three years. Time is as critical of an ingredient as our heirloom grains. Every mash bill gets its own optimal distillation process, and we deploy time-intensive sour mash fermentation. We are the first Colorado distiller to bottle bonded whiskeys. For us, these steps are not extra, they’re mandatory to creating Laws Whiskey

A Washington Original: Made for those that appreciate a juniper-forward blend balanced with original botanicals.

Classic aromas of juniper, citrus and herbs linger on the palate with anise notes and a crisp finish. This super-premium gin excels both in cocktails or over ice with a zest of lemon or lime.

The Knappogue Castle Cask Finish Series is a range of single malts finished in the finest wine casks. The Chateau Pichon Bar limited release is matured in bourbon barrels for a minimum of 12 years, then further aged in casks from the renowned Bordeaux winery. Made exclusively from malted barley, distilled in copper pot stills, this expression is non-chill filtered and bottled at 92 proof.

Description
Aromas in which red fruit stands out, reminiscent of ripe cherry. Spicy notes can also be perceived, thus adding complexity and very well integrated slightly roasted hues evoke coffee – the result of its aging process. A round wine, rich in red fruity notes, that is also a little spicy in the palate. Including firm tannins of balanced acidity, this robust red of great character vigorously fills the mouth with ripe fruit and offers a lingering and compact finish.

This gleaming and vibrant pink Champagne illuminates The King's Path. Chemin du Roi Ros is made from grapes grown in some of the finest vineyards in Champagne. Aged for over 4 years on it 's lees to create a crisp and smooth Champagne, notes of strawberries, and black currants shine on the palate. The small and delicate bubbles create an elegant mouthfeel that has a crisp finish that maintains its structure and balance. We take great pride in delivering a flawless taste of victory with a Rose Gold symbol of the King on every bottle.

All Hail The King
The color is a gentle pink with salmon notes. The fine, elegant nose offers ripe black cherry fruit supported by lightly toasted notes in the mouth. The flavors are full and well-rounded with aromas of red fruit opening up. There are light, minty notes under lined by a touch of grilled almond that pop on the palate. The crisp finish gives the wines a fresh and clean lift.

As Madame Clicquot used to say 200 years ago, “Our black grapes give the finest white wines” an affirmation that still rings true. Beloved for its versatility, the Pinot Noir grape expresses itself differently according to its growing conditions and the year in which it is harvested.

As a fine blend of Veuve Clicquot’s historical Grands Crus, La Grande Dame is the pinnacle of the Maison’s oenological prowess, with an immense ageing potential.

Tension and elegance

Held up to the light, La Grande Dame 2015 reveals a beautiful, golden robe that sparkles brightly.

This solar vintage, while elegant and precise, offers fresh minerality with light floral notes of jasmine and acacia on the nose, which evolve into fruity notes of pear and clementine.

As for the first sip, it envelops the palate with a delightfully subtle, silky texture.

Introducing Grand Château, an exquisite 31 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky. It is the first release by our distillery that finished for an extended nine years in Bordeaux red wine casks from the French wine-growing region. This exclusive edition was created in partnership with internationally renowned and genre-defining French graffiti artist André Saraiva.

Inspired by the unexpected marriage of Speyside and its French counterpart, André Saraiva plays on the theme of juxtaposition – his signature graphic Mr. A playful figure wandering through the vineyards of the scenic Toile de Jouy landscape.

With 58% fewer calories, there is no need to compromise on taste as this delicious, crisp tonic water combines fruit sugars and quinine with citrus, aromatic botanicals and soft spring water.

Quinine is the key ingredient, and the essential bitterness, in tonic water. The brand name Fever-Tree was chosen as it is the colloquial name for the cinchona tree, the bark of which produces quinine. After much research, a specific type of fever tree plantation (known as Cinchona ledgeriana) located on the Rwanda/Congo border, was found to be producing the purest quinine in the world. There was no other option but to source Fever-Tree's quinine from this plantation - the only drinks company to be doing so.

THE END of one path forms the beginning of another. This is not just our philosophy but our story. Trail’s End is a true-born Kentucky Bourbon aged in charred new American Oak barrels. It then travels west to Hood River, Oregon where it undergoes a unique finishing process and is proofed with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood. What emerges is an instant classic.

A select few barrels of 10-year Kentucky Bourbon follow the spiritual path of the Oregon Trail. Here we finish our bourbon in toasted Oregon Garry Oak casks to heighten the notes of vanilla and spice. Glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood completes the vision of our master distiller: A rare bourbon with hallmarks of age and heritage that flourishes with a provenance of its own. 

TASTE: Initial introduction of caramel, vanilla, cherry, and roasted corn with a foundation of warm, earthy notes of summer pine and high desert moss. Bitter orange and delicate hints of lilac are hidden beneath the vanilla and oak.

AROMAS: Considerably less opening bite with the introduction of Garryana Oak. Focused aromas of vanilla, caramel, and cherry, with warm summer pine at the end.
