Sweet fruit notes if fresh apple gather with the distinct autumnal flavours of Pittyvaich, beautifully balanced with the delicate subtle sweetness of honeycomb and soft wood from the 'ghost ' whiskies of Port Dundas and Carsebridge. Other very rare whiskies from a quartet of Speyside distilleries including Mannochmore, Auchroisk, Cragganmore and Strathmill alongside the Highland whisky of Royal Lochnagar, bring aromas of dark fruit and berries before easing into gentle butterscotch, stewing orchard fruits and a dash of cinnamon, all combining to create an exploration of this rarely seen 'ghost' whisky. This Anejo Reserve began with an ambitious goal: to become one of the greatest tequilas ever crafted. In the heart of Jalisco, Mexico, 818’s Master Tequileros used their decades of expertise and passion to develop Eight Reserve by 818.

Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a premium bourbon whiskey produced by the Willett Distillery, a family-owned and operated distillery located in Bardstown, Kentucky. The distillery was established in 1935 and has been producing high-quality bourbon ever since.

The Willett Pot Still Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey is named after the copper pot stills that are used to distill the whiskey. These stills are made of copper, which is believed to impart a unique flavor and character to the bourbon. The whiskey is made from a mash bill of corn, rye, and barley and is aged for a minimum of four years in charred oak barrels.

OUR CITY

Our story takes place in a truly ancient land, one of spiritual and carnal harmony, in the temples of Nara in Japan. The ancient capital of Japan, Nara holds many temples from the 8th century that imperturbably give the holy capital its power.

OUR SHRINE

Ōmiwa Shrine in Nara is one of Japan's oldest extant Shinto shrines. It is a tutelary shrine of the Japanese alcohol producers. Most well-known alcohol producer families are in Nara and these families have a centuries-old tradition of producing alcohol for Ōmiwa.
The alcohol produced by these families is served as blessings at Shinto temples.

OUR NAME

The Ōmiwa Shrine lies at the foot of Mount Miwa, a holy mountain guarded by the shrine. Mount Miwa has many legends, and has been worshiped from ancient times as a sacred Mountain of the God. Inspired by beautiful breezes coming from the Mountain of the God, we named our whisky KAMIKI whereby "KAMI" means "GOD" and "IKI" means "BREATH".

This brewery is a rising star in the Korean sool category. Producer’s sole focus is on quality and preserving the traditional method. They use a special nuruk called Hyang On Gok which incorporates mung beans. The end result is stunning.

This soju delivers superior aromatic notes. Pungjeong Sagye Winter is not your average soju. It offers a complex aroma of savory grain notes with botanicals. The texture offers a seamless and rich mouthfeel.

We are thrilled to announce the next chapter in our Origins Series tradition with INTENTION, our 2022 release. This expression represents some of the oldest and most exceptional whiskeys we have to offer.

COMING TOGETHER WITH INTENTION
With INTENTION we sought to create a whiskey with distinct intricacy and balance
using our flagship Four Grain Straight Bourbon. To achieve this outcome, we selected and combined barrels from a spectrum of ages, ranging from three to ten years old at cask strength. In this marriage, every barrel contributes toward creating a harmony of flavor featuring the younger barrels’ brighter grain and fruit notes complimented by the older barrels’ richer character and flavors.

TASTE AND AROMAS
Ripe peaches, cherries, orange blossom, honey, and corn pudding on the nose with green melon, buttery pastry, sweet cinnamon, and black tea on the palate. Medium body with a bright, lingering finish.

Mash bill: 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, 10% heirloom malted barley

Total maturation time: A marriage of barrels 3-10 years old

The Macallan Classic Cut is an annual limited release, never to be repeated. This year's release has an ABV of 52.9% chosen by our whisky maker as the optimum strength to reveal a dominant sweetness and the well balanced flavors of the whisky. To intensify the flavor experience, pour and allow it to breath for 10-15 minutes. After this time, heightened flavors of orange, sweet ginger and vanilla come to the forefront, combined with a satisfyingly long finish. Matured exclusively in handpicked Sherry-seasoned casks, bottled to perfectly unlock its unique flavor profile.
